I had to drive back (30 miles each way), they said it was a defective part and replaced it. At that point my phone wouldn't change and was dead the next morning. I went back (60 more miles, half a day of work, total three hours of waiting there), and they said it was yet another defective part and replaced it. I had to argue with them each time, since they initially denied that it had anything to do with them. Finally, I left and my phone audio was terrible and broken. I brought it back, they claimed they had "nothing to do with it," and offered to let me pay to repair it. I complained to the "manager," Josh, but he was the one who have me the most trouble. They refused to give me the number to the owner, he refused to contact me, and the mall management said they had relayed the messages. These people are incompetent and shady. The owner is definitely not reputable, and I've filed complaints against the business online. STAY AWAY!!! Note, they refused to compensate me in any way for the initial screwed up repairs, time lost, travel, or anything. They said they'd give me a "discount" on the audio repair, but that was something they broke to begin with.
