As I sat for three hours, missing two classes with mandatory attendance to get my phone fixed, it took another hour to get the wifi password to not be stranded in the middle of Gainesville. I have worked customer service. I understand it is not easy and there is a lot demanded of you. However, I never lost my integrity in the quality of service I provided. I frequently go and HAVE GONE out of my way, into personal inconvenience, to ensure a patron's exemplary experience. Ubreakifix has failed to do so.
