I purchased a home and just decided to continue using the pest service that was already in place but over the course of the next 12 months we found 7 scorpions in the house, some alive and some dead. I can't have that with two small kids running around so after MULTIPLE attempts of calling the pest control service they routinely came and re-sprayed ONLY the spot where the scorpion was located, seemed odd to me but I'm not a pest control tech so what do I know. After finding yet another scorpion #8 and a huge family of black widows alive just days after a spray I had enough. I decided to find a new service. I came across Orange Pest with a google search and called. Soon after, a tech was at my house and spent 45 minutes scouring every inch of the yard, block fence, and inside the home (keeping care to avoid the common play areas) while treating around it to keep a strong perimeter. I did find one more scorpion about 2 weeks later but it was 90% dead and we had some furniture deliveries so I'm not 100% sure they didn't carry it in. Overall I am very happy with Orange Pest and this is the longest stretch of scorpion free we have been since we moved here. The techs are clean cut and extremely friendly. Very important for a stay at home mom with kids to feel safe. I'm truly hoping we remain bug/pest free because I am very pleased with Orange Pest Control. read more

These guys are superb. I shopped around via the phone and OPC was the only service that would look at the problem at no charge. All others said they would charge me just look at the bee problem I was having. I had a bee hive behind the electrical box attached to my house. They showed up on time and were done in about 15 minutes. That nest is bee free. About 2 weeks later a new nest started in my back yard under my tool shed. I called Tyler and asked if they were the same bees only to have moved. He said "no" and that there is probably a large colony in my housing complex. He offered to do the job at 50% off since they had done a recent job for me. That nest is dead. I have three dogs and was used a pesticide that wouldn't harm them. Again he was on time, early in fact and by 9 am he was done and the bees have not returned. OPC is the best priced and affective service. The staff is friendly and on time. Save yourself time searching for a good pest control service. I rarely write reviews. Take my word and use OPC for your pest control needs. read more

We moved to Gilbert s few months ago and bought a new house. After we bought the house we learned it was infested with scorpions. They absolutely freak us out because we know nothing about them and we have a little baby. We paid to have our whole house sealed and also were using a pest control company. While we didn't find any inside we were seeing 5 to 10 in our back yard every night with a black light search. The pest control company I was using then was sarcastic to me and asked what the big deal was if I didn't see any inside. Well we bought this house to also enjoy our backyard. It felt hopeless but I decided to switch to Orange Pest Control after reading some positive reviews. In the two weeks they have come out I have only seen one live scorpion and it was the day they sprayed. I either see dead ones or none at all. They must use some miracle formula. I even went across the street to see if any scorpions were out and I counted 30. That's means the spray Orange is using is 100 percent working for our house. Thank you! read more

We had our first appointment with Orange Pest control last Saturday morning and it was better than expected. Brad Bliss arrived as promised and explained the whole process before starting the work. The best part was that he wasn't just able to explain the whole process and answer various questions in English, he also did so in Spanish!(this was not expected) Brad was very friendly, didn't matter whether we were speaking English or Spanish, he was just as friendly and respectful. Personally, it means a lot when companies are able to provide the same excellent service in your native language. Helps build a better relationship, and of course it invites more people to use your service! So far my experience with Orange Pest Control has been extraordinary and recommend them 110%. I for sure will be requesting Brad for our next visit in a couple months. read more

For the previous 3 years we used Responsible pest control for scorpion control, and it seemed to work ok. I would still find 5 or so scorpions a month . My understanding was you just cant get rid of all of them. Well Responsible Pest Control sold off to a larger company and raised there prices so I decided to shop around. I talked with the owner at Orange Pest control and he seemed like a pretty good guy and price seemed about average ( I was not happy about having to pay more but thats life). Well the first couple months we saw quite a few scorpions, more then normal (thinking what did we do) Well I am pretty sure what happened is they got all the scorpions out from there hiding spots. We have not been able to find any scorpions in the last 3 months and yet I still look. Thank You very much for the great service Mike read more

I highly recommend Orange Pest Control, we have used their service for a little over a year now and they have been great the whole time. They are dependable - always here when they say they are going to be. They are willing to, and have come out between visits when asked, however I have only needed them to once or twice because their product is so effective. They have always been very professional and helpful - willing to spray wherever you ask or answer any questions and believe me, being new to the Phoenix area I was full of questions - I am not a fan of any bug especially not a scorpion. Take it from me the biggest scaredy cat of crawly things there is... you can't go wrong with Orange Pest Control. read more

I was having a problem with bees swarming around my house. An internet search led me to Orange Pest Control. I called for an appointment and was surprised to actually be able to speak to a live person to set the appointment, and was actually able to make one for the following day. The technician Justin showed up right on time and explained what he was going to do to solve the problem. It didn't take him very long to diagnose what needed to be done. He explained that the material he used should take care of the bee problem but if they returned to call back and he would come back out for another treatment. That hasn't been necessary. Thanks to Justin and Orange Pest Control I am now "beeless". read more

I have to give these guys yet another amazing review because they truly deserve it!! Tyler came by today for our quarterly treatment and is very knowledgable about his profession, besides being a very personable guy. He explained the type of bugs and their behaviors to me after showing him a few dead ones that I had yet to pick up. His treatment of the outside perimeter was great! I've never seen such a thorough treatment on my house. Finally, their treatment worked so well the first time that we really didn't start seeing a few bugs until our quarterly treatment time was due. It's nice to use a company that does great work that you will know lasts! I recommend Orange to everyone! read more

We were looking for a new pest control service and saw an Orange Pest Control truck in the area, so we decided to give them a try and we're so glad we did! Talked to Tyler about our service needs and he was so patient and friendly. He answered all of our questions and explained all of the services that were available. Logan came out a couple of days later to perform the initial service. He was also very professional and respectful. He spent time explaining what he was doing and looked into all of the areas of our property we wanted inspected. Looking forward to continuing our service with them and we highly recommend them. Great company and awesome customer service! read more

Ryan was great, just like every Orange technician who has treated my home. I had recently seen a scorpion in my back yard, which terrifies me. When Ryan arrived for my regular quarterly treatment, I asked him about also treating for scorpions. He looked at the area where I had seen it, told me what he could do, and let me make the decision. I chose to have him include the treatment for scorpions. He went to his truck, switched the insecticide, and took care of it immediately. The greatest part is that the cost was minimal and my peace of mind increased exponentially. Thanks Ryan and Orange Pest Control for being so responsive. You guys are the best! read more

This company is fantastic! I have been using them for a few years now. Prepping for my move a few years ago, I packed a bunch of boxes in the garage and found a scorpion walking across the floor. I was so freaked out thinking there were more scorpions in my boxes and that I was bringing them with me. So, I called orange pest control the next day and they immediately came and sprayed my new house. I have never seen a scorpion or spider. They come every other month and pray. They are courteous and do an amazing job. If you're looking for great service and a product that actually kills scorpions and spiders, call Orange Pest Control. They're great. read more

We moved into our new house a few months ago. Upon returning home from a trip we discovered an aggressive hive of bees inside the wall right by our front door. (I was stung just by standing over 20 feet away!) We run two businesses from our home so we have people over frequently and can't risk someone getting hurt. I talked to Orange Pest Control in the early evening and explained that we would have clients coming over most of the next day. The owner came right over and in about an hour the bees were gone. What a relief! Service was super-prompt and the charge was very reasonable, even with the "after 5" service. Highly recommended!! read more

I called several of the big (and small) companies in the valley when I had a massive cricket infestation. Orange came through with the best price and quickest scheduling! Within just a few hours of a complete inside and outside spray, by cricket problem was no longer - and even two months later, I've seen three (tops) in the house. They helped with the ant problem I had in the back yard as well! They took extra care when I had 17 3-week old puppies in the house as they sprayed! That meant the world to me!!!! They follow through with their word, their prices are good, and their service techs are kind. Can't recommend them enough!!! read more

Orange Pest Control, Tyler('s) and staff have been great. Very knowledgeable, Great customer service and completed estimate and service work in timely manor as they had instructed that they would. This is the first pest control company I've used but chose them after seeing their great reviews on Yelp. They are knowledgeable and thorough at explaining everything whether on the phone or in person. The 2 techs I've met are friendly, professional, and prompt. They give you an hour time frame of arrival and have been punctual both times. I just had my house initially sprayed yesterday for scorpions, crickets, spiders, and sugar ants that made their way in my house. I've already noticed lots of dead buggies around my house and they gave me several packets of liquid ant killer that definitely work. Would definitely recommend. read more

I was referred by my next door neighbor who had been using Orange for quite a long time They said they are very pleased and have had no problems with bugs since their first service When I called to set service up I was impressed by my encounter Very thorough kind and professional He was able to set something up very quickly Today was my first service and the young man Chris was very polite, friendly and communicated as to what he was doing and what I can expect He made sure to let me know when finished and so my first impression is a good one Now if these creepy lil and big bugs go away I will be very happy and very impressed read more

I started using Orange Pest control in June when I called my existing pest control company and they wanted to book me out 5 days for a bee infestation. I called Orange and they came the same day and took care of the problem. Even got in the attic when it was over 100 degrees out. That day I cancelled Blue Sky pest and have been using Orange Pest ever since. Best decision I have made. The guys are always professional and ask if I am satisfied with service before leaving. They have been on time every time. I have not had a bug problem since using them inside or outside. I would and have highly recommended Orange pest control. read more

I have used other pest control companies but don't even compete with the reliability and expertise that Orange Pest Control offers. For one thing, their product is so strong that I have never had to worry about seeing another scorpion after starting their service. In addition, their staff is so friendly and sincere when speaking to them it's like talking to a family member. They have a reliable service and billing arrangement that is so convenient. I truly believe Orange Pest Control is the best and no one else compares to the quality of service. I have recommended others to their service and they are equally satisfied. read more

I am very pleased with the service Orange Pest Control provides and would recommend their service to anyone. Jason is an excellent technician and takes his job seriously. Every time he comes to spray, we talk about problem areas around the house and he has essentially eliminated my scorpions. I have a problem with scorpions and had another company for 14 years. After numerous call backs to let them know the scorpion problem was no where near under control, I hired Orange Pest Control. Since they have started working for me my problem is nearly gone. What a difference. Recommend without reservation! Kim K read more
