These guys are awesome to deal with! I recently picked up a 2024 KTM 300sx and worked with AJ. He was very knowledgeable on these bikes and the purchase process was smooth as silk.

Was told they took the bike out for a ride to replicate issue, but mileage says otherwise.

Well after giving this shop multiple tries, it's time to let the people know.. Before I start, just read the reviews and you'll see a common theme that I also experienced. And if you're looking for a KTM or service for your bike, save yourself the trouble and go to 3bros in Costa Mesa. Or for Aprilia, take your business to MotoClub in LA. Let's get into it.. Since 2018 I've taken my KTM here a few times, as I live close by, to get service. From my experience during those times they ended up taking a little longer than expected, but what stood out was they would never update me on what was going on. It wasn't til I called them after multiple days to get an update. The prices seemed kinda high, but as a new rider I thought maybe that was just the market. It wasn't until I tried 3bros that I realized I was making the wrong decision taking my bike to OC KTM. Since then I stopped taking my KTM there and stuck with 3bros. Fast forward a few years later, I was in the market for an Aprilia. I found out OC KTM had recently become an Aprilia dealership, so I got a quote on a new bike. To no surprise, Horace quoted me 1k higher than any other Aprilia dealership, so I took my business to MotoClub in Santa Monica to save myself the trouble of dealing with Horace. After getting my Aprilia, I had a warranty issue that needed to be corrected, so in an attempt to save myself the trip to Santa Monica, I decided to give them another shot since they're the only Aprilia shop in OC. After telling Horace about the warranty issue, he asked me where I got the bike then proceeded to talk down on MotoClub as if they were some sketchy shop (oh the irony..) Well to no surprise, I got no updates and had to call them. Horace seems to work the sales and Anthony and Ethan handle service. When calling in to speak to service, and they weren't available, Horace would take down my info and say they'll call me back... well as expected I never got a call back. After going to pick up my bike, I noticed my grip was completely torn from when they put the straps on for the lift. I showed Horace and he instantly became defensive telling me that Aprilia's stock grips were brittle and they were garbage and took me inside to point out new bikes that already had "cracks". Regardless of the quality, I handed the bike over to them with the grips completely intact and received the bike back with completely torn grips... of course they didn't replace them and let me go on my way. I left knowing Horace wasn't going to help and called a few days later to speak to Anthony about the situation. He told me he would submit a warranty claim for the grips and would let me know.. well again never called me back and I decided to take the loss myself and buy new grips. Call me a fool, but after experiencing a new issue with my Aprilia, I attempted to save myself time and give them another try. They told me they were 1-2 weeks behind which I was fine with. Well, 3 weeks later I still had no update and gave them a call. They told me they couldn't replicate the issue and even took the bike out for a ride to replicate the issue. So after sending them picture and videos of the issue, they submitted a claim to Aprilia. Again weeks on end, no update. Finally calling them again, I was told the claim was denied and I could pick up the bike. 6 weeks total of waiting and no resolution. Not even five hours after picking up the bike, the issue started again.. I took a look at my invoice and saw the mileage in and mileage out was exactly the same. Thought they told me they took the bike out for a test ride to replicate the issue? That was enough, took my bike to MotoClub and they instantly knew the issue and got it handled. If it wasn't for the absolute dishonest communication and service, high prices, and terrible service time I'd go back... oh wait.. that's all you ask for from shop. Don't come here.

I have a high profile ride that I needed to prepare for. I called several dealers looking for a high-performance foam insert for my tires, as the ride was gonna be very technical and aggressive. Not wanting a flat out on the trail with several dozen other people relying on me I was looking for a solid answer. I contacted orange county and they got me into the right tire and foam insert combination and actually went above and beyond to solve my problem prior to my engagement this weekend with the WLF Enduro crew super stoked with their pricing, their customer service and their follow up! Highly recommend!! By the way, if you're looking for a great answer these MOUSSE balls are the stuff!

I was in the market for a new bike and despite seeing some not-so-great reviews decided to give this place a try as I try to avoid spending money at large 'Mega Mall' dealerships. I'm glad I did as a few days later I took delivery of my new KTM Duke from these guys. Here's some things you should know: PRO's: * Small dealership but they have a large inventory * Good prices on parts. Prices were comparable to on-line sellers and arrived quickly. * Friendly sales staff, Anthony really went out of his way to make me a good deal on a new bike. * No added fee's like the 'Mega Mall's' like to add. * No endless back-and-forth negotiations. * Delivery took an hour. Paperwork, bike prep and test, helped me load it in my truck, all in 58 minutes. * All bike purchases come with a lifetime 10% discount on parts and accessories. That's a huge benefit for owners of imported Austrian MC's which use parts which are expensive regardless of where you get them. CON's: * They're busy. I think they have two salespeople. Got questions, they'll answer them but don't expect to be greeted at the door with a Cappuccino and a Scone. Both times I was there they were prepping bikes for delivery, answering phone calls from potential customers, taking and filling parts orders. * Horace, well he can be very direct. I happen to like that but I can see how his attitude would rub some people the wrong way. If you're easily offended or need to pet a puppy in order to make a decision, shop elsewhere. * My new bike came with just a splash of fuel. Would have been nice to get a full-tank with a new bike but it also gave me an excuse (like I needed one) to ride my new bike as soon as I got home LOL! I'm very happy with my experience at OC KTM and expect to be a customer for a long-time to come!

I highly recommend orange county KTM for any of your motorcycle needs. These guys have done an absolutely spectacular job building engines for me, doing maintenance, and even taking care of strange little odds and ends that most motorcycle shops would probably turn their nose up to. they happily work on my quads also :-) really enjoy doing business with these guys, and plan to do plenty more.

I have been going to KTM of Orange for sales, service and parts. They have always been very helpful and friendly. Both Horace and Anthony are amazing to work with. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They also have a fantastic selection of new and used KTM and Aprilia bikes. Highly recommended!

    Timing chain tensioner holding bolt

Called on a Saturday asking for a specific part for my KTM 350 EXCF (was looking for the timing chain tensioner holding bolt I thought mine was broken but it's just a weird design). They had the part so I was ready to make the 30 minute drive out there but asked Horace over the phone a couple more questions about the part, sent him pics directly through email and he confirmed my part was still good! So not only did he save me the drive but he saved me money by not buying a part I thought I needed. I thought that was very honest of him, I'm sure most other shops/stores wouldn't go above and beyond to let you email them pics as you're working on your bike and would probably just want to make a sell out of you.

Didn't want to settle for a color I didn't want and would ultimately end up changing anyway which would cost me more money. Anyway, why the 1 star review? I walked in this morning and spoke to Dwayne, one of the salespeople (or manager?). Extremely dismissive, short, rude, and clearly very uninterested in engaging with a serious buyer. Seems like attitude is an issue here based on previous reviews. All good though! He told me to basically kick rocks and go back to Bert's so I did exactly that! Not even an hour later after speaking with Dwayne I purchased my Ninja 500 at a steal of a deal over at Bert's. Bro's KPIs and metrics must be SOLID this month to let a sale walk out at the last day of the month. This was my second time at Bert's and both experiences were awesome. Lots of toys to look at, awesome pricing, and more importantly, excellent and friendly service the moment you walk in. This would've been my go-to place if I ever needed service or parts, but I'd rather ride/drive elsewhere than put up with the bullshit here. Oh, and if you hate your job bro, try doing something else. Don't get mad that you have to do your job when customers walk in. You're literally in sales/retail.

Thank you! Original review: I'd been shopping for a new bike for a few months and just going through my options, dealing with all the dealers in SoCal, online, private party, etc. and recently visited OC Honda & Kawasaki and met with Dwayne. Dwayne is a very chill, calm and friendly (read as "relaxed") guy, and let me look around the showroom and ask him questions as needed. There was no weird stigma or "club" here, where you feel comfortable and are greeted as soon as you come in, and get to check out bikes as well as ask them to pull some out for you to sit on if you're curious about seating position, controls, etc. I left with no pressure, and checked out some other local competitors and then continued to research and figure out what I wanted over the course of another month. During this time, I called Dwayne and asked him questions and he was always helpful and friendly, walked me through his experiences as a seasoned rider on both street & dirt, and was never pushy -- I never felt rushed as I continued to check out all my options. Finally the time came to pick out a bike, and I called and Dwayne put me in touch with Philip, who was also just as kind and a very cool, patient, and helpful person -- one that you can tell really cared about the customer experience. Philip also got me a price out-the-door on a new bike by phone, and I was there later that day to check out the bike they'd priced out for me, currently held in their storage. These guys aren't on commission so you feel free to work with them on your timing, pricing, as well as delivering payment -- they took great care of me. Communication was top-notch from the team; even if Philip was out or off, Dwayne is able to man the texts coming in, and vice-versa, so I always felt confident in my decision and their service. The fact that they're just around the corner from me is the cherry on top. When I went to pick up my bike, I was treated with respect and kindness -- Dwayne took his time to walk me through all the new features (coming from an all-analog older bike), and set my rider modes up as well as guided me through quick-shift options and service. I was kept updated by Philip and the team here from day-one, and the shop is really nice with a ton of new bikes on the floor, some great sales, as well as a ton of helmets and gear - many gear options priced to go as new inventory comes in for the different seasons across all manufacturers. Had a great experience at Orange County Honda & Kawasaki; I got no-nonsense out-the-door pricing, easy and chill service, and a great attitude from the team, what more could you ask for? I'll be back for an Africa Twin when the time comes, thanks guys!
