First ride bringing her home from HD.

The only reason this place doesn't get a 1 star from me is because the second sales team saved their a**. Every person I've talked to who's come to HB Harley has told me stay away. See a bike on their site and make an appointment to test ride. The guy who answered the phone set up the test ride and tried to pitch me a $1500 part gift card if I end up purchasing the used 24 I was going to ride. I walk in and tell him I want a test ride. This is when I met Rick. 1 of the 2 dudes you should NEVER buy a bike from. He tells the test ride guy, grab him the 25, I don't want to unlock the 24 (it was bike locked to the rest of the used bikes) red flag #1. Saul and the other kid give me a test ride and set me up were super nice. While Rick walks around like he owns the place. Come back. They park the 25 right in front of me while they go "crunch the numbers". Walking like he already has the sale. Red flag 2. Of course he runs the 25 and 26 model and don't even give me a price on the 24 I want. Long story short they basically tell me the 24 will cost me $27k, but the 25 and 26 will be cheaper so let's just do that. Basically trying to get me to buy a new bike. After an hour of wasting my time. He drops the nice guy act and grabs the 300lb guy from behind the finance desk. Then they both proceed to basically tell me I'm stupid for not taking the deal. Insult my wife (which I don't have one I just told them I did) to "call her and tell her that her life isn't worth an extra $3,000 to you and you want a used bike instead of a new bike". Just relentless insults and throwing a fit I don't want a 26 model bike. After showing them another white 24 at their Riverside location for $19.5k right then and I told them grab that bike and I'll buy it off you this second for the advertised price. They had to balls to tell me those bikes don't exist. It's just to get people into the dealer to look at newer bikes. Then they proceed to insult me again and tell me they will never sell a used bike to someone like me "you can afford a bike in this show room. I'm going to put you on a new bikes and save the used cheap ones for guys who can't afford anything and probably can't even afford the used bikes". Basically telling me they just want me to over pay cause of my income and openly scam people into used bikes they know will default on. I finally said do the used bike or don't. And they got fed up and basically told me to kick rocks and go look at "cheaper bikes" outside. So I leave and they call me and promise me the 24 for $19.5k. $22k OTD. I told them lock that in with an email and I'll be back tomorrow. Of course no email. Also flat out lied and said the $1500 parts coupon was never promised over the phone. I'm a liar. It's for new bikes only. I read the tag and it specifically states "for any used bike purchase at MSRP". I come in hot and ready to go at it again with the same guys. But this is when everything changed. I talk to Zoey, awesome girl. Beyond friendly. Tell her what happened, the price I was guaranteed and the fact that I'm ready to buy in cash, have a check pre-finance from my personal bank or can finance you Harley Davidson. I'm the easiest customer they're ever gonna have so do you guys wanna sell a bike today or not? She sends over Big Mike. Friendly as can be and tells him what happened yesterday. With in 20 minutes they get me locked into the 24 I wanted, for $22k OTL. Tell me no, go ride the bike. Be sure you want it before we lock you in. As it should be. Ride and love the bike. Leo the test ride kid was awesome and took me on a real test ride. The guys before didn't even let me get out of 3rd gear and basically took me around the block. I come in and lock in the deal. Mike and Zoey wouldn't stop apologizing for me being pissed about the day before. The manager Victor even came over and apologized and said he will have a talk with him. And gave me his business card and said if I have any issues to deal with him as it should be. They sent me over to parts and service department and again nothing but respect and great information from those guys. The service manager was above and beyond information wise on what to do on my bike and what actually has to be done and what's extra. I respect honesty. I walked out of there with respect for the Wednesdays sale team. F the Tuesday team. If you walk up to a Mexican dude with a grey beard and a 300lb Mexican guy behind the desk. LEAVE! The cliché sleazy car sales run around tactics is what you'll get from those two. Honestly shouldn't even be employed the way they speak to people. If you see Big Mike (tall white guy) or Zoey. They'll hook you up properly and treat you with respect. If you can get a test ride with Leo, make it happen . Cool kid. They'll single handedly saved this place from getting slammed by me.

Thank you Misti and Justin in service for taking me in last minute and getting me the bike back all in the same day ! If you need service I highly recommend Misti as your service advisor, very informative and great communication. Misti was able to have a recall, service, tire replaced and a repair done in the same day without an appointment.

Tony O at HB Harley Davidson is awesome! Always professional and courteous. This time he hooked me up with Khrome Werkz slip on exhaust at an installed price lower than full retail for the parts alone. My ride sounds so much better now. Where do I start... From the first phone call from Taryn in sales, to Hugo the sales manager, parts department and finance the deal was done in a matter of minutes over the phone. In the last few months looking for the 2026 CVO Street Glide 3 Limited has been a nightmare with dealerships in Arizona and Missouri that we had almost given up hope. Hunnington Beach Harley Davidson I would give you 100 stars if I could. We will be a repeat customer in the future. Thank you very much.

If you're looking for someone who truly has an amazing rack of clothes, go see Giovanna at the accessories desk. She somehow got me to spend $300 just to earn a $20 tool set and be happy about it. I've dealt with plenty of shops, but she brings a level of expertise and presence that is honestly hard to ignore. Giovanna provides an incredible amount of support from the moment you walk up. You can tell she handles a heavy workload with ease. She's remarkably well endowed with technical knowledge and never seems overwhelmed by the size of the task at hand.

Shout out to Misti and the service team. They were slammed and got me in and out with no appt in less than 48 hours. To my surprise they replaced faulty parts on bike that wasn't even on service order for no charge. Can't thank them enough for all the hardwork and dedication to Harley and for being there for the bike community

HB Harley is a second home for me. The Service Dept is TOP NOTCH and I have been bringing my bikes there for years. Justin and Tim have that place running like a well oiled machine. In the last few years I have really come to feel the same about the Sales Team--(and that's saying a lot!) Under the leadership of Greg (GM) I have now bought 3 new bikes in less than 2 years and I am absolutely delighted. Steve has been my go-to salesman and we have become like family. This is proof that not all customers need to be "hard sold" but rather just taken care of and shown appreciation for their loyalty. (That's why I send all my biker family to HBHD---to experience the same)

COULD HAVE CAUGHT ON FIRE Purchased Brand new 2026 Lowrider St on 02/15/2026 On 3/16 as soon as I entered the service department, I was rudely greeted by one of the service advisors "Misty". Misty said nothing when I entered and once I got to her desk she said "Why are you here" with a deadpan stare. I stated that I had recently purchased a bike from their dealership and the pre delivery inspection was not performed properly. She immediately said it would be a warranty claim and Harley would replace any damaged parts but if it wasn't covered I would have to pay for diagnosis. The problem is, the only "damage" was the positive lead to the battery due to improper installation by the dealer and not Harley. I cleaned up the positive lead with a wire brush. The issue was that the positive lead was not properly tightened which caused the positive lead to arc. It arced to the point of tac welding the washer to the battery bolt. This killed my battery and left me unable to ride the bike. I tested the battery and the cells are still good so I recharged the battery and am able to ride again. After explaining all of this to the service advisor as well as showing her pictures, she said that the issue was above her pay grade and that I'd have to call Justin the service manager when he gets in on Tuesday. I was only asking for a discount on my break in service. I explained that I am also a service advisor and if one of my customers had the same issue (that was caused by dealer negligence and not manufacturer defect) we would take care of them in a heartbeat. She said that automotive is different. I then told her I do not work in automotive and work at a powersports dealership that sells motorcycles, SxS's, and jet-skis. She then replied with "metric?" in a snarky tone. I said yes we sell Japanese bikes and stand behind the work the dealer does. Again she said there's nothing she can do and to call Justin the manager tomorrow. I asked her if she could give me Justin's number to call him directly. She responded by saying he's always running around busy and my best chance is to just call and ask for him until I get a hold of him. I then asked if she would leave a message for Justin asking him to reach out to me when he's free tomorrow. She again said I would just have to call until I'm able to get a hold of him. This experience left an extremely bad taste in my mouth. I feel that Misty was unwilling to hear my concerns or be of any help to me. Justin the service manager has reached out to help remedy the situation after I called and got a hold of him.
