So I used Orange coast movers last year to move from a two bedroom apartment and it cost me 600 dollars for 4-5 hours worth of work. Which I thought was a fair price so when I moved .2 miles from my new place and with almost the same amount of furniture for a 2 bedroom condo I thought why not use Constantine and his moving company. Boy was I wrong. I had three movers instead of 2 this time and it took them double the time. I ended up paying almost $1,200 dollars for the same move a year ago cost me $600. Beyond that I was the one unwrapping all my furniture to see if that would hurry them up. When I called Constantine to talk with him about the change of price he said the new price was due to the group of guys I had are always extra safe and with covid people don't want to share the elevator and prices have changed. So that being said an extra hour should account for the elevator issues. He told me he would look at my contract and see what he could do. He gave me 60 dollars off!!! So the story is I moved .2 miles. I had a two bedroom place worth of stuff. I had to unwrap all my own furniture and it cost me $1,200. Do not use these guys as they definitely are trying to milk the time!!!! Never again read more

It was a dark and stormy day....and it happened to be our moving day from essentially a third floor two bedroom apartment with enough things to furnish a five bedroom house!!! (Horror movie screams play in the background). But Orange Coast Movers--specifically Dennis and Alex---saved the day!!! First, despite all of our boxes, Dennis and Alex worked incessantly to move us. Even when the rain poured and the stairs got slippery, instead of stopping both of them made makeshift ponchos with garbage bags. Second, although they likely went up and down the stairs hundreds of times during the day they still carefully wrapped our biggest items with moving blankets and plastic wrap to ensure safe arrival. Their professionalism and focus did not diminish. After more than six hours of loading up the truck, we headed over to our new place to unload. Dennis and Alex carefully backed in the truck into a tight driveway and despite the rain, unloaded the truck in just a few hours. Mind you not only did they unload us into the garage, they literally put each box exactly where we wanted them to (including our new bedrooms...located on a second floor), put our bed together, installed our washer and dryer, and even made sure not to scuff our new hardwood floors. Third, and more important, both Alex and Dennis were always friendly, polite, professional and hard working the entire time. Even when their shoes were completely soaked and they had to put garbage bags in their shoes to prevent further moisture, they still smiled and kept positive attitudes. From hour one to hour ten!!!! We hope never to move again, but if we ever need to, we will DEFINITELY hire Orange Coast Movers and specifically request Dennis and Alex. Even more telling, whenever friends are looking for moving services we will always highly recommend them to Orange Coast Movers!!! read more

These men are THIEVES. During our move they stole 3 designer handbags, a value estimated over $8000. They are flat out denying it. Well, first I would like to tell PCH Movers a Big Thank You! I don't write reviews, I usually read them and decide it I am going to use this or that business for my needs. Let me tell you my story how it all started. I was at the charity event for our community in Laguna Niguel back in August. There were a lot of people there and one of them was from PCH Movers, his name was Konstantin. We started talking about houses and rent, next thing led to another he asked me if I picked a moving company and offered his crew to move my stuff to our new home. Time passed by and I forgot about it. As November finally came, I remembered his company name PCH Movers. Called him last minute and he sent me a crew of four guys two days later. These guys were all pros. Came in did a fast wrap job with my furniture. They took my TV down with no hassle, dismantled two beds, disconnected washer, dryer and refrigerator, then connected it all in my new house with no charge. I had used 10 wardrobe boxes (again no charge). Bottom line, PCH Movers are best in OC. I took a risk by not doing my research. Of course, I worried, but these guys assured me that all my stuff will get will moved safely. Did I mention moving from the 4th floor?? Yes, they did it and did not complain. I booked these movers back in November given the awesome reviews I saw on Yelp. I confirmed twice that they were moving my items to a storage unit and everything needed to be shrink wrapped. The movers arrived, introduced themselves and started working. After 30 minutes I walked by the truck and nothing was wrapped, I asked them why and they said they didn't know anything about the move or request because they were the back ups. I understood and we continued to empty out the house. Once we got to the washer and dryer, they didn't have equipment with them so we had to run down to home depot and bang on neighbors doors for a wrench. Once we were done, they asked for ten minutes to take a break unpaid and meet us at the next location. When they arrived, they smelled like weed, their truck smelled like weed and they were high as kites. Again, as long as the job is done well, I dont care. The guys seemed nice and hard working but the kicker with all this is today.. i finally unloaded all the items out of my storage unit to find damaged items, broken items and missing parts to my bed and couch. My $900 couch now has no wooden legs and screws are sticking out. I would call and complain but now so much time has passed. However, They were Courteous, Cautious, Helpful and kindly asked questions on where to place your possessions.ONLY CAUTION: If you own any Large items Beware that They may NOT FIT in your New Home/ Residence .Unfortunately My 2 Huge items were placed outside on side of my home. After Already paying a tremendous amount to them before this happened, I was stuck for 5 days Until I found & Hired 2 Local workers to Do the job that PCH Unfortunately failed. BEWARE! this company will leave you stranded with no remorse! Moving is such a stressful experience and having good reliable movers is a must. We called this company from a referral, spoke with Konstantin and set a date for our move and later confirmed the date thru email. When moving day came we waited for them to arrive and after they didn't show I gave them a call to see if they were on their way. NOPE! They said I had sent them a text the day before cancelling and wanting to reschedule... Which was a complete lie! He told me "to check my text messages" to see that I had sent them the text. Of course there were no texts, in fact we never communicated through text messages! The phone number they said the text came from was off by one digit... coincidence? I think not! We were left scrambling to find movers at the last minute as we had to turn the keys in that evening. They sure seem nice in all the reviews, but you should learn from our mistake of calling these guys. It was a happy day for me. I finally moved to my new apartment. Long waited, but worth it. I hired PCH Movers Newport Beach. After reading about them, noticed it's a small local company and it was only a pleasure to give my business to them instead of a large corporation. I booked my day with ease. Got a confirmation via email. On the day of the move got a phone call 30 mins prior arrival. 2 movers came (sorry forgot the names) neat and very pleasant. We did a walkthrough, they inspected all my things, signed some paperwork and ONLY then my time started. I read some reviews from another moving companies that some guys start time upon trucks' arrival. NOT PCH Movers. Very respectful of my time. Most of my furniture was wrapped in blankets and plastic wrap. Of course, I did not know how much time this takes. I think most of the prepping they did takes the longest.
