Dr. Brandon Cohenmehr was incredibly thorough, attentive, and knowledgeable, and I never felt rushed during any of my appointments. During my initial complimentary consultation, he not only placed trial lenses but also identified that I had MGD. I'm very thankful this was caught early, especially since no other doctor had detected it before. His attention to detail is truly phenomenal. My scleral lens fitting went incredibly well. My lenses arrived in exactly a week, and he was able to get me to 20/20 vision, which was especially important to me because glasses could not get me there. I also had an issue with the trial lenses fogging up, and he immediately recognized that my dry eye was likely contributing to the problem. He recommended hydro-coated scleral lenses, which turned out to be an excellent solution. My official lenses with the coating have not fogged up! I really appreciate how comprehensive and personalized the care is. He is a great problem solver, explains everything thoroughly, and genuinely pays attention to the details. I was told the contacts haven't arrived -ok that happens but some sort of update would be appreciated. I asked if she can check with the provider since I will be out the country the following week. She told me she will call me back with an update by EOD, but nothing happened. I called again the next day, someone picked up and told me my contacts should be ready for pick up on Friday, and again they will call me. Today is Friday, no one has reached out. When I called them, I found out that they close every Friday. Use your own judgement before making an appointment.

My last optometrist strengthened my previous prescription because I'd said I couldn't read fine print on my TV, but what they needed to do was correctly assess my vision, which (surprisingly!) had improved. And yesterday, when I went to pick up my glasses, Jacqueline, the general manager, went well out of her way to take care of me. She was so friendly and kind, and shetreated me with such warmth, dignity, and respect.
