It's about 10 minutes farther but it's worth it; I was totally impressed with this facility and plan to visit more often. It's night and day compared with Natick. The first thing I noticed was that it was bright and welcoming and the staff was very attentive. Maybe it was just a coincidence but it seemed like the staff was really trying to keep things clean and tidy. I saw people attending to the machines and one staff member was cleaning the showers in the locker room. Someone told me they went through a major renovation recently and it certainly shows. Everything is new. The machines, the locker room, the spa. Speaking of the spa, I was like a kid in a candy store! I tried a massage chair and the cryovac machine which was incredible. Like a lounge chair that combines a heating pad and an ice pack that you can apply to different parts of your body. eg, hot on your neck, cold on your lower back and vice versa. One major difference is that this location is much smaller than PF Natick which I happened to like. You didn't have to walk far to move from one machine to the other. I was always waiting for the time when i could return. The time finally came and I was scared to come back because i was so out of shape and gained a lot of weight and not feeling very confident. My fears were for nothing, the moment I walked in I felt welcome and comfortable. It didn't matter the level of my fitness because there are all levels of fitness there. The coaches are top-notch, offering modifications and guidance for every fitness level. They push you to reach your potential while prioritizing safety and proper form. But what I appreciate most is the emotional support and camaraderie. During a difficult time in my life (losing my husband), CFTC became my Happy place. Booking anything is an exercise in pure frustration, the sauna is never working, and the locker rooms are filthy. And don't even think about trying to cancel your membership. It's a complete scam. They'll send you in circles between phone calls, emails, and in-person visits, each time insisting you need to submit your request in a different way. They never call you back, and just when you think you've finally escaped, they somehow manage to make it worse. At one point, I even received a "Reactivate Your Account" email--suggesting my membership had been canceled. Turns out, that was a lie. Instead, they must have messed with my information in their system because I never heard another word... until I suddenly found out my account was in collections. Unbelievable. Save yourself the headache. Avoid this place at all costs.
