I'm home for the holidays and stopped by for a quick class on Christmas Eve (this morning). I got there a bit early because, in my experience, you'll need to spend a few minutes signing liability waivers and chatting. The coaches, Dino and Perry, were great! Friendly and made sure I was well informed about what was going on for day and where the equipment was. The prior class was finishing up, and they were willing to share their mini white boards for me to us! As I was getting ready, many people helped me find or share equipment as needed, and there was more than enough space for a class of 15-20. Perry led the class and watched everyone, offering advise and making sure everyone was maintained good form through a rough workout. Drop in prices were average for most CrossFit gyms: $20, or buy a $20 shirt/tank and the class is free! I will definitely be back if I'm in the area again!

CFTC Truly Cares - More Than Just a Workout!…read more I was a member of CFTC when it first opened in 2012. I loved it then but life got in the way and I left for 8 years or so. I was always waiting for the time when i could return. The time finally came and I was scared to come back because i was so out of shape and gained a lot of weight and not feeling very confident. My fears were for nothing, the moment I walked in I felt welcome and comfortable. It didn't matter the level of my fitness because there are all levels of fitness there. The coaches are top-notch, offering modifications and guidance for every fitness level. They push you to reach your potential while prioritizing safety and proper form. But what I appreciate most is the emotional support and camaraderie. During a difficult time in my life (losing my husband), CFTC became my Happy place.
