I called simply to review the cancellation rules and was completely YELLED at over and over again, by RUDE, MEAN jennifer. honestly, I've never been treated so poorly by ANYONE in the service business, and I promise I was being very polite, actually helping her be aware that she was unnecessarily raising her voice, and reminding her I was only trying to get information on the contract and how to cancel and that I did not need to be SCOLDED for inquiring. Do you know if you do nothing Your ETF payments will start automatically flowing to Midtown? They can do nothing and sit back and rake it in. It is we the customer who have to go to considerable trouble of cancelling our ETF payments if we don't want our money to go to this over crowded gym that we have never even entered before and did not choose. They have no room. Equipment is jammed together willy nilly all over the place. This is nothing like we signed up for at World Gym. Everyone should cancel their ETF payments immediately. Also it is a complete lie that they are honoring World Gym's contracts. I pay by ETF but my neighbor paid World Gym upfront and got several extra months in return for paying in advance. Is Midtown honoring my neighbor's contract? It is not , despite the statement on their web page. SO CANCEL YOUR ETF"S . I suspect they are paying under the table money to World Gym depending on how many passive suckers stick with them.

I can tell you that THAT WAS A BAD DECISION!! (Don' get me wrong - Grafton AF isn't bad) Now, i don't know what happened back in 2012/13, but those postings are NOT for today's Medway AF! It's possibly one of the cleanest gyms that i've been to, with a great variety of equipment to use... ranging from cardio (treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters & a jacob's ladder, if i'm not mistaken), to machines, to a wide variety of free weight options! Now, it's not a HUGE gym, but for it's size (and it's not tiny), it offers a lot of options for you. And to my surprise, it has an "outdoor gym" - but i've been hitting this gym at 5am, that is only open when there's staff so... makes sense. I'm driving in from CT for my job, so if\when I move to Mass, Medway AF will be my new "home gym"!

Depends on the instructor. Today's, despite request to turn it down, was toooo much! Volume was down but bass levels still at deafening levels. My impression was they were going for the disco effect and not being attentive to the attendees that still had some hearing left (I would say those attending less than a year). Not very socially responsible of them. Over 80 decibels , comparable to garbage disposal or blender, can damage hearing after one hour.. This was way above. Wasn't willing to take the risk so I left halfway through.
