Vesta continues to give us outstanding service. She takes the time and puts in the effort to make sure we are satisfied. When I was having trouble focusing on my computer screen with my progressive lenses Vesta suggested she make an "old school" bifocal so I could have a mid-range and reading lens. (side note: I worked form home during the pandemic so the focus on my screen was different from the office) She helped us found a simple frame that looked good and would work for the bifocals. They were perfect! And now, Vesta's son is working there, too, and he is just as easy and pleasant to work with. All we can say is "keep up the good work! we truly appreciate it!"

Didn't talk down to me. I had my prescription in minutes. I picked out my lenses by the helpful young kid named Danal(sp). His mom and him basically run the glasses portion of the shop. They are courteous and most helpful at helping you pick the right frames for your face. Within a week, I had my new glasses. They made sure they fit right and their were no problems. It's definitely a great place if you're in the market for new glasses and an eye exam. So you can get an eye exam,pick out your glasses, grab a dunkin' if that's your thing, and do your grocery shopping all in one swoop. They take most insurances and are cost effective. Anyway, the manager of the store helped me find what I thought was the right pair for me. I received them about a month later due to them coming from overseas. They came in, I wore them for a few days but decided to exchange for a different pair. The manager Grazel was again extremely helpful and patient in helping me find another pair that suited me. I must have been in there 6 or 7 different times either picking up the glasses, getting them fitted better, etc. Happy to add all is good now. New Glasses fit well and look great. Made a decision within minutes and they are awesome! Would have never in a million years found the pair myself! Their service extends beyond the initial transaction with their thoughtful follow up's to make sure all is perfect! I did have an issue with the lenses (no fault of their own) and they had the prescription lenses redone for me at no expense. But I want frames that are clearly as awesome as I am. Enter House of Eyes. I knew from my car that this place would have exactly what I was looking for. Bespoke. High end. A flair for drama. The desk person walked us through the set up and let us browse. I landed on 4 that I LOVED. Then another salesperson came out and shared valuable info about the available colorways, tinting processes, and even brought me some from the back not on the floor. Customer service is actually not dead folks. Get into it: -frames start in the $150 range and reach the stratosphere. But my god - the fit, the style, the details in the higher range? Exceptional. -I've been doing some reading on how glasses do or do not fit the bridges of "ethnic" noses as we tend to have broader and flatter noses. This shop does a great job of providing inclusive frame styles. Me and my husband found stuff that felt and looked good - no compromises. -The service was OUTSTANDING. Our sales associate was Rinkin (sp?) and he was amazing. We had the same taste in frames so he was able to instinctively bring me styles I loved and talk me through the pros and cons of the 4 I selected. Patient, knowledgable, and clearly passionate about eyewear - I love to see it. -Eye doctor on premises. Exams are only $120 which is cheaper than I get at Costco. A contacts exam is about $100 more but includes an exam for contacts and glasses and a long trial period for the lenses. They can also take any existing prescription you may have from elsewhere and spec your glasses. -Customization. You can get any of the models as sunglasses or regular eyeglasses or tinted as much or as little as you'd like. The bottom line is I'm tired of settling in this area of my life. Now that I'm at the point in my adulthood where glasses are no longer optional, I will be investing in exactly what I want. Peep my pics and let me know which ones you like best.
