I've seen a lot of different eye specialists in my life, and I'm here to tell you this one is the best. She does a very thorough exam and my prescriptions are always perfect. If you can even read this through those cheap glasses LOL. Don't go any further and call to make your appointment now.

He had 20/20 all his life, so we definitely wanted to rule any issues out. I had booked the appointment for a Monday, early afternoon. When we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly. We were the only customers at the time, so I highly recommend that time slot if you can make it. All of the staff are very friendly and explain things clearly. My hubby had a great experience. Dr. Natu was so great and really took his time helping us understand what might be going on. We left with two pairs of glasses and if you have a simple prescription like my hubby, I would say definitely take advantage of the deals they have. Overall, this experience was leaps and bounds better than my experience at the Dunwoody location a couple years ago. The doctor and staff here are excellent and seem to have more patience, compassion, and professionalism than at the other location I'd been to. I would highly recommend coming here if you have any eye issues you need to get checked out or if you're shopping for glasses.

I have been a devoted customer of America's Best for 18 years, seeing the same doctor since I was a…read morechild. But as I've grown older, the company has remained stagnant. I've always appreciated the convenience--except this time, when I couldn't access my prescription online. In today's world, you can have medications delivered to your door, but I couldn't even get my glasses prescription without a frustrating in-person visit. Last Friday, June 6, I called the location for help; they told me to contact customer service. When I did, I was sent right back to the store, and this endless loop led to no solution. I left my name and number for a manager to call me back--no call. Then today, June 10, I went in person, and after 40 minutes of being dismissed by staff who kept saying it was just a "technical issue," I left even more frustrated. After 18 years, it pains me to say this, but I can no longer recommend this company. The care and service I once trusted have fallen apart, and I'm deeply disappointed.

I was given no explanation just a one word "sorry" from an attendant who seemed more annoyed that I broke up their group chat, This was completely disrespectful of me and my time. The office is spotless, well organized, and there were no long wait times which is so rare these days. Dr. Krishan Bhima is phenomenal. He took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and got to the root of the issue with a solution that was tailored to me. His bedside manner is kind, calm, and never rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their long term eye health. With his extensive background and years of experience in the Atlanta area, I felt completely confident in his care. Chris Jones, the office manager, is also a true standout. Her years of optical experience show in the way she communicates and supports both the team and the patients. She is knowledgeable, honest, approachable, and goes above and beyond to help you navigate your options. You feel like more than just a number here. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in the Cumming or North Atlanta area. It is rare to find a team that combines professionalism, warmth, and real expertise but this office does exactly that. I will definitely be returning and referring others.
