Applying fees without proper communication creates distrust and gives the impression that revenue is prioritized over patient care. Given my experience, I believe this business would benefit from a formal review or audit of its billing practices to ensure compliance with proper standards. From my last eye glasses, everything magnified/was clearer but wearing these new ones didn't make that much of a difference without my glasses.
