Or if you wanted to upgrade to fries instead of potato chips as a side, that's a $2 up charge. If you want a protein option for almost any of the main entrees, that was an extra $5-$7 up charge. I had a the burger special of the week; the Patty Melt. The burgers were very dry and overcooked, the rye bread toast was dry, and there was hardly any thousand island dressing. One of the kids in our group got the kids mac and cheese and I swear someone whipped up a box of Kraft in the kitchen and served it with some potato chips. For a $9 kids meal I expect better. And to make matters worse, there was something going on with the sewage system there when we visited. Our table was near the restrooms and you could smell an overwhelming odor of feces coming from the bathroom every time someone opened the door.
