Happy hour menu

Nice clean brewery brew pub located in the Tanger Outlets. All chairs have backs which is always a plus for me. Food is pretty solid. Their pizzas have crust flavors which is a fun twist. We go for trivia nights on Tuesday's which is low pressure fun with gift cards for the top three teams. Service is relatively quick and attentive, but can slow as you stay deep into the trivia game. We will be coming back!

This is a newer restaurant in the Tanger Outlets. Walking in the restaurant is bright and airy! It's large and great for large groups as well as smaller groups. Easy parking! This is very much a brewery feel! The service was fine. Food was nothing special. We had high hopes for our three menu items we ordered but they fell short. The cheese curds are $13 and they do give you quite a bit but they are extremely salty! They come with ranch and we asked for a side or marinara. The Alfredo 10" pizza was $16 and we asked for no bacon on it. It was very undercooked, mushy, and the chicken was cold and unseasoned. The crust was super thin and the cheese would just fall off. Bone in wings are beer braised and we asked for the Nashville Hot flavor. We were expecting more is a tangy hot sauce but these were definitely a sweet peppery flavor. To drink we had water and they left a pitcher for us on the table which is nice! The ranch however was excellent!

I went to 5 Lakes Brew Pub with a group of friends for trivia night. The location is super nice- I wandered around Tanger Outlets for a while before the event! The inside is a lot more spacious than I expected, and although it's not patio season anymore, it looked like they had a nice patio area for warmer seasons! The hostess and everyone I interacted with was very nice! Our server was nice enough, and pretty attentive. We had new drinks before our old ones were empty haha. I got the Oddside Bean Flicker. I didn't try any of 5 Lakes actual beers, which is a bit of a bummer, but I can't turn down a Bean Flicker. I also got the fried pickle wraps. They were decent. A tiny bit too salty, and I think it was the meat that was in them. They had the perfect amount of cream cheese and I love the wonton on the outside. Trivia night was also really fun! You joined in on your phone, so no having to run your answers back and forth, which was nice, and if you didn't hear the question, it was up on the TV screen. I think all of the teams that one were in a league there, which is understandable, but a little disheartening as a newcomer haha. Just be ready to compete with some pros if you go I guess! lol

It's basically the only option at the outlets for table service. We stopped on a Saturday around 1pm. It was very busy. They have a pretty efficient system to wait where you receive text messages. We waited about 20 minutes. The waitress was pretty good but we did wait a bit to place our food order and to pay at the end. Which is acceptable considering the crowd. They had some interesting pizzas and burgers. I really liked the Mac n cheese pizza. The fries were not the best. The inside was very noisy with the football games playing on the speakers. Luckily we were sitting away from the main bar area which was a bit quieter. Given we weren't ready to leave the mall, it was a much better option than Auntie Annie's or other fast food.

Amazing as usual! This is a great place to catch lunch or dinner after checking out shops or if you want to catch a game with all their TVs. Fun atmosphere but could also serve as a relaxed venue for a date night. No matter when you go there's usually not any trouble getting a table right away and then of course the food selection is pretty great. Though I might venture and try something new but then I got a craving for Buffalo chicken pizza again so I had to give in. The only very little negative that I always bring up so I always look at it is the cleanliness of the bathroom. It's always useable but is in need of a deep clean and wipe down of partitions, urinals and sinks (at least in men's)... But anyway, the restaurant is always fun, delicious and clean.

This truly is a great addition to the outlet mall! You can shop then drink some cold refreshing beers! Or drink then shop ;) whatever your fancy is. I had the 5 Lakes: The Dude, which was a white Russian stout. And damn was it good! I don't love (or even like) stouts usually because they're too dark for me. But this was a light one and I would have had more had I not had to go on with my day. The fried pickles we enjoyed were wrapped in a prosciutto then cream cheese and then lightly breaded and fried. They were also delicious, not soggy pickles but good and crisp! Wish they canned The Dude- but for now I'll just have to pick up a growler!

Awesome nachos and loaded tots. Ordered the 5 Lakes The Dude. Tasted exactly like a white Russian in beer form. Service was fast and friendly as well!

It was a Sunday evening around 5:00 pm. There were only ten or so customers in the restaurant beside our group and we were told the pork and chicken entrees were "all sold out." Almost every single menu item had an up charge. For example, if you wanted your $16 burger with cheese, it was an extra $1 up charge. Bacon? That's $3. Avacado? Also $3. Or if you wanted to upgrade to fries instead of potato chips as a side, that's a $2 up charge. If you want a protein option for almost any of the main entrees, that was an extra $5-$7 up charge. I had a the burger special of the week; the Patty Melt. The burgers were very dry and overcooked, the rye bread toast was dry, and there was hardly any thousand island dressing. One of the kids in our group got the kids mac and cheese and I swear someone whipped up a box of Kraft in the kitchen and served it with some potato chips. For a $9 kids meal I expect better. And to make matters worse, there was something going on with the sewage system there when we visited. Our table was near the restrooms and you could smell an overwhelming odor of feces coming from the bathroom every time someone opened the door. The rest of the place seemed clean so hopefully that's an outlier issue. The waitstaff was polite and professional however service was quite slow. Our experience left so much to be desired.

Atmosphere is always bumping--there's live music and other themed nights and it was jam packed on a Tuesday night. Vibes and beers are unmatched in my opinion. Big fan of the Golden Ticket and the Wilde Irish Red Ale or again, whatever is on cask. As far as the food goes, it's definitely... brown plates all around. Fryz'licious was slightly overpowering with the amount of beer cheese slopped on there, but a good bite with some hot sauce. Big fan of the beer cheese. Those Nantucket Backing pretzels are 10/10. Fish and chips weren't great. Not a lot of fish--two pieces with more batter than cod. Sort of disappointed with that. St. Patrick's Day specialty menu replaced their chicken pot pie with a sheperd's pie and a Bailey's cheesecake. Sheperd's pie was a good bite, exactly what I'd imagine lamb, mashed potatoes, and peas/carrots would taste like. Cheesecake was heavy handed on the booze, but a good palette cleanser after all the fried food.

Conner is passionate about their beers and informative. He made our beer tasting fun and gave us so much information about cask beer. The variety is great, based on English and Irish grains. The cask- a must get. They hand pull 4 varieties along with their draft. Great stuff. Ask how it's made- super interesting. The brewery is located in a plaza, quaint and quiet-so don't overlook it. Ask for Conner if he's there- and thanks for a great end to our trip!

The food was pretty good and came out fairly quick. I got nachos for the second day in a row the sauces and salsa were very tasty. I got extra southwest ranch on the side. They do cost a little extra, but it helped add some additional flavor. My only critique would be loading it up more by adding a queso cheese option or additional cut veggies, or jalapeños or guac, but not bad. They also have a very extensive drink less in their own seltzers and in-house stuff which makes it tough to decide what you really can't go wrong. Oh and I forgot we started with the cheese curds which were phenomenal. Definitely continue to look this place up and check it out if we're in the area and would recommend.

We were lucky enough to snag a table in the corner and it was the perfect spot to catch up with my friend. It is seat yourself! Our waitress arrived quickly and we ordered drinks and food. The fried pickles for an appetizer were amazing. Some of the best fried pickles I've had in a while and the ranch was soooo good. Also the portion is huge so we were able to take a lot of home. I had my eye on the mortadella with pistachio cream sandwich from the moment they posted the special on Facebook and it was everything I expected. Sooo yummy and I would eat this everyday for the rest of my life. Super fresh and all the ingredients just paired so nicely. We arrived right at 5 pm on a Friday and the place was almost full already! We were surprised but happy for them, and glad to get a nice cozy two-top in a back corner. We were greeted by our awesome server and ordered some food -- two different mortadella sandwiches and an order of fried pickles to start. Neither of us ordered drinks, but I saw some fun-looking cocktails coming over to nearby tables. The fried pickles came out first and they were perfection. I don't usually get this appetizer because I don't like fried pickle spears, but these were thin chips. The ratio of the fried pickle chip vs. spear is way better. And these came with the best runny ranch. It was a huge portion to split between the two of us, so we had lots left over. Our sandwiches came out shortly after and looked amazing. They were super stacked with tons of meat! I really liked the addition of the grainy mustard which helped cut through the fattiness of the meat. My friend liked hers - it had pistachio butter and ricotta (similar to a delicious sandwich I ate at a wine bar in Detroit). Portions are large and it's a cozy, neighborhood spot. They have rotating food features and are always helping out their community with free meals and other philanthropic ventures. Check them out!
