Audi Boundary is the biggest Audi dealership in Western Canada, right here in Burnaby. It's a massive 3-4 story dealership with probably a hundred staff members working in this building alone. They have a coffee lounge, where I get my hot chocolate. Yum! They've got mostly great and friendly workers here. The vehicles are so shiny! They have a lot more cars parked on the third floor for more options. I like the vehicles they have here. I'll come back again!

Came here to look at cars and for some coffee with my good friends. Showroom inside is quite small eventhough it looks big from the outside. There are less than 10 cars inside the showroom. Guess most of the space is taken up by the car service area. Audi here has two floors. Second floor has a much bigger and more open seating area. Not sure if that means more people come in for service than to look at cars. If that is the case than that worries me. But when I came there was not a lot of people though. Coffee here is decent. Lots of parking lot space outside. So you never have to worry about not being able to find a parking spot. I do like the cars here. But wish they have more to see. Like I said there is two floors but all cars are on the first floor. Not sure why parking lot looks so much bigger than the store itself.

Came by some coffee and car watching. Parking is available in the lot beside the building. Strangely enough, there aren't quite enough spots. I think there's a secondary lot behind the building though. The interior looks pretty amazing. It looks almost like a futuristic space station. The showroom is the front of the building, while the service department is in a section of the rear. There's a small coffee lounge by the service station, but this is not to the one to be. Look for the flight of stairs where the sales people sit, and go upstairs to the back. There is a much quieter lounge. This is also the area where people take delivery of their brand new cars. The service people seem pretty knowledgeable and professional as well. Come for the coffee, stay for the cars. Or is it come for the cars, stay for the coffee?

My husband and I have been coming to this dealership for 6 years we've never received anything less than exceptional service. The staff here are always efficient and easy to deal with. We can bring our car back for the simpliest or complex things. Whatever it is, we never hear any complaints and our issues are addressed as quickly as possible. Not only do we love the car, the service we've received from Openroad Audi has convinced us to go with another Audi for a future purchase. They really do take care of you. 30DaysOfYelp 24/30

Decided to come in and take a look at some cars as my lease was ending soon... The showroom is pretty neat. I was in the store for a while before I walked up to the counter and asked for some assistance. Jana was the one who assisted me. She was knowledgeable and professional. Hopefully an A6 would be my next car...

I cant get over how hard it can be to get good service from large dealerships. The product is good why cant the service be good.. Well I've given up here... I know there are good Audi dealers out there but damn hard to find.. My last three visits have been a comedy of errors and disappointments, that they just could not get right. I had to speak to the general manager and also placed a call to the owner to get them to take some responsibility in the all of the errors they preformed, its just to long to list here. So steer wide of this road block

Had to get an oil change and read some good reviews about this place so decided to give it a try…read more Didn't need to make an appointment and the oil change took about 10 mins even though they seemed to be quite busy. Unlike some other places I have been to for oil changes they didn't up sell me on any additional product like air filters etc. They told me my vehicle could take regular oil or synthetic and it was completely my choice. All in the oil change with the synthetic oil was under 88 dollars.

Had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I came in for a second opinion based on proximity…read moreand positive reviews, but ultimately left with a very bad impression. I initially came in for an oil change and asked the owner / owner's son, Riaz, to check a few items while the car was on the hoist: the belt drive, control arms, brake fluid, and brake pads. I was completely fine paying for an inspection, and he mentioned it would be easy to check since the car was already lifted. After the oil change, I was told that all of the above items needed attention. Based on his recommendation, I authorized the brake fluid service and belt drive replacement. The old belt was never shown to me after replacement. Regarding the brakes, I was told--both verbally over the phone and in writing on the invoice--that the brake pads were 1 mm in the front and 3 mm in the rear, and that they needed to be replaced ASAP. I found this odd and questioned it, but he doubled down and assured me this was accurate. I was quoted $550 per axle, trusted the assessment, and agreed. I was also given labor quotes for the work and asked to return once I purchased the pads and control arms. The labor pricing was on the higher side, though still lower than the dealership. The parts took about a week to arrive. Once the parts came in, I called around and found another shop that beat their pricing, so I dropped the car off there instead. Midway through the day, the new shop called me to ask whether I actually wanted to replace the rear brake pads, because they measured 6-7 mm remaining and didn't understand why they were being replaced at all. I have never experienced an auto shop calling to confirm work because they believed it was unnecessary and unreasonable. That alone speaks volumes. I returned to Amin's to see if they would make things right. When I first called, I was told, "What do you want us to do? The manager isn't here and won't be back for six weeks." After pushing back, I was told to come in and discuss it. When I arrived, Mr. Amin was extremely confrontational and stated that they "only eyeball the brake thickness." I explained that I came to their shop specifically for a professional opinion, and that I had written confirmation from their invoice stating the rear pads were 3 mm, which was clearly not the case. Had I not chosen to source my own parts, I would have been charged $1,100 for brake work that was not needed. I was ultimately told to "get lost and sue me if you want." There was no attempt to resolve the issue, no accountability, and no professionalism. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. im out money for parts and labor which i never needed.

My Serpentine belt was going on my 2003 Chev Avalanche and I called around to shops, Speedy Muffler…read moreand Midas Muffler would take the job but would only do it if I bought a belt from them. I explained I already picked up the belt from GM and didnt need to purchase the belt from them. They said they could not do the work, having to leave Vancouver to head back North I started to call around. I found John from Gord's Auto repair. He not only got me in right away but his cost for doing the labour work was less than any shop I called. He had no problem putting on a GM Belt bought from the dealership. Thanks John and staff for an outstanding job. Will see me in the future when I am down your way once again. Thanks Brian

It's been awhile since I needed anything to fix in my car, but when I do, I'm so thankful that this…read moreplace is here. This auto repair shop used to be located closer to Olympic Village, but now is on Clark Drive. The service and price over the years have been beyond outstanding! Steve and John are friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable in anything related to cars. They will give you advice when your unsure and it is always on point. When I even had a question related to changing the battery on my car fob, they were their to help. Another thing I like is that you are just dealing with one person. The service and price to fix your car is very reasonable and they don't overcharge. Other places are compartmentalized so your always redirected to another department before you even get to the repair shop and you don't ever talk to the actual person who knows cars. There isn't a big lot to park your car, but when I go there, I normally just park on the side street. I definitely will come back to this place in the future!
