Salesman sold us a new Rockwood trailer and advised the trailer came with a ftont window protector which was incorrect, that was another $300+ item. Items that we noticed were broken still had been fixed do not sure how well their walk through really was. service office people are not the nicest group of people and not very helpful with the issues found. Their service store is way over priced even on sale items so stick to Amazon or Walmart. We like our trailer but won't be back here for any more business. read more

We found the travel trailer at Open Road RV Arlington, After we picked it up we started to notice that some of the measurements and inside details were not correct, so it made us start searching the inside for the specs on the unit. We found a laminated sheet under the couch that had the camper details on it. Turns out they actually scammed us into thinking we purchased a 2024 and in reality that gave us a 2023. They shifted the blame on us and said that they have no control of the advertising on their website as it's all automated and it must have glitched. But I found the camper listed on Facebook, rv trader, and their own website so that is just a cover story. The manager Steve told us he could give us a 1,000 credit to his camping store for the inconvenience. We of course declined that, so he responded back with a second offer of 1,000 in the form of a check if we signed a NDA stating we give up all rights to take them to court or speak on it. We declined that offer via email as well and told them we were seeking legal representation. The response we got back was " Well Fu@k". (See pic proof below). Before our appt with the attorney they reveal a 3rd offer, they are now willing to order us the camper that we paid for in the first place and they would deliver it and take the other camper back. We did agree to the terms and they informed us it would take 2 weeks to get it to us. We are now a month out and we have no camper. We were told they got it on their lot Wednesday and they would deliver it Saturday. Today is Saturday and they are claiming they have to repair multiple Things on the unit (brand new trailer) and it will not be delivered today. We have had to extend our lease multiple times , so we're paying 2700.00 in rent, plus a camper payment , insurance for the RV, and utilities for this house. I feel we have been taken advantage of on so many levels and Steve the manager is out of town for a few weeks and has completely dropped the ball on this. This company has taken advantage of my husbands kindness and is steadily costing us more and more money and they could care less. I just want to give a big thanks to Wyatt in sales Nicole in service and Curtis who is a tech who also did our walk through of our 36' 2020 heartland north trail at the Open Road RV on Smokey point Arlington WA. Wyatt went out of his way to help us through the whole process of getting us into a trailer that we would like along with making sure we were happy with what we got. My wife and I were originally looking at a different trailer then he had suggested the north trail. My wife instantly fell in love with it and we knew we were going to take it home with us. Nicole made all of the servicing super easy along with paperwork that needed to be done. I have called a few times and Nicole has been able to help every time I have called. Now the best for last Curtis. Curtis handled the service work to the trailer along with the walk through of the trailer. He was very good at explaining stuff to my wife and I along with making sure we had everything we need. I just want to say if I ever decide to get another trailer or decide to upgrade trailers I will be going back to this place and these are the people I would highly recommend you get if you can read more

We brought a brand new class C RV. Taking it back in today for another water leak. First rain our roof leaked into the back wall of the RV like a water. When they serviced that they let the RV freeze overnight. The following week we had to return it for repairs of cracked pipes. When they fixed that they put in a clear water hose. That exploded in the middle of the night. Now we have water lines leaking under the bathroom sink. I could go on. I have only had this long enough to make 3 monthly payments. It's been in repairs for at least a month, collectively. Then there's what I see after the repair s. Stained white surfaces by greasy hands, bad putty jobs are just a couple. Warranty does not allow us to go elsewhere. To me, they create more problems than they solve. I am so upset with this company. read more

I am giving Open Road RV two stars. I bought a Forest River Lacrosse 2021 trailer from this company. When i bought the RV i was told i needed to wait 4 weeks so they could go through everything to ensure everything works. Also when they were doing their sales thing they said they would throw in a complete detail on the trailer. I finally got the trailer 3 and a half weeks after i bought it. They brought it to my home i do appreciate that. I did pay $4 or $5 K additional for an extended warranty. Well when i got the trailer home the Battery in the front was FULL of water and was not working correctly. Then i pulled out the couch and the two recliner chairs and there was a TON of cat hair from the previous owner. I also lifted the mattress to replace it and there was a TON of cat hair. Also the furnace DOES NOT WORK! Also after using the trailer one time there was water flooding in the master bedroom. Well i had to pull the whole bedroom panels off to find the water pump was leaking and there was mold and water all over and the water pump and electrical box are right next to one another. I fixed the water pump thankfully because that would have ruin the whole trailer with water flowing into the bedroom on the floors in the walls and electrical etc. I also had a brown stain around the drain in the sink and was able to get that removed. I called open road RV and they wanted me to bring them the trailer so they could check the furnace BUT i paid $5,000 for a warranty. They should have offered to come to my home to see what they could do to fix it. The reason i say that is because they had the trailer for almost a month. Open road promised me they would do a thorough inspection of the trailer ensuring everything would be working and everything would be fine also they guaranteed me they would detail the trailer. After finding all of the things I found wrong with this trailer and the fact that they did not detail it there should've been no cat hair anywhere in this trailer. I don't trust this company I don't believe they follow through with what they say. My recommendation would be not to buy your trailer from this dealership as they are not honest with you in the fact of following through with their promises. I did get a nice trailer don't get me wrong that is why I'm giving it a two star. Other than that though I had no wiggle room for negotiation on the trailer I was promised everything would work and be fine. I found way too many issues and the fact that they wanted me to bring the trailer to them I think that's absolutely absurd sense I notified them literally three days after the trailer was delivered to my home. I hope if you're looking for a trailer you go across the street to Poulsbo RV. Oh and I almost forgot that the toilet in the trailer wouldn't hold water. You would think if they did an inspection they would've noticed that and all the other issues and address the issue but they did not just like everything else. Extremely dissatisfied with Open Road RV. You spend a lot of money on an RV and I mean a lot and this is what you get. My RV is a 2021 so practically brand new but you would not think that after everything I went through. Also one more thing if they detailed my trailer why did my gutters look awful and we're all plugged up. I went ahead and took a picture so you have a frame of reference but they literally did nothing to my trailer they literally let it sit for the almost 4 weeks instead of detailing it and ensuring the toilet works the furnace works the water pump was not leaking water in the trailer the gutters would be clean there would be no cat hair. Again just for a frame of reference the problems I had was cat hair everywhere in the trailer stains in the trailer the gutters were completely plugged the battery was full of water the toilet Seal was not working the furnace is broken and does not work and stains in my sink. I seriously hope that everyone reads this and does not go to this business because yes they have super nice trailers but they will not clean it they will not detail it they will not make sure everything is working correctly. Remember in the beginning of my post the water pump was leaking and almost got to the fuse box that has wires exposed so wires were in the water that was leaking inside my bedroom of the trailer I'm so frustrated with this company. read more

Purchased a new 2020 Heartland Landmark by phone and they promised it would be ready on June 19th. When we arrived they make sure you sign the papers first and tell you the service department will call you and do a walk through. Sales makes sure you know they are the top seller and they can't keep units on the lot. Pointed out many issues with the walk through and they said they would fix them since we have to be on a construction job in California. After many calls to the Sales Department, they are out of it and send you to the Service Department. They say they will call you back and they don't. Three of the slides will not retract. Drove to another RV Dealer in Idaho to buy keys so we could get the power cord and since the Lippert Slide Fluid Reservoir wasn't filled at the dealer, we had to buy a gallon of ATF fluid. The landing gear system isn't working again and had a difficult time when we were at the dealer. These people will make sure you sign the paperwork before you have a chance to change your mind. Now they are telling us to take it to any Heartland dealer in California for repairs. Who is going to pay for a place for us to stay? All they care about are sales and nothing else. read more

I will say they have beautiful motor homes and they sure do like taking your money. We bought a brand new 2020 $64,000 trailer. It is leaking water. We brought it in after just after owning it 7 months. It went in the shop in Dec/Jan. We were told they wouldn't even start till March. Now it's the end of April. 4 months in their shop and NOT ONE phone call to us!!!! Absolutely unacceptable customer service! We are having to call them over and over and over. We then show up there on a Saturday ... the gal says "I'm really good at communicating usually" BS!!! She said we would be made a "priority" and would call the following week. That was now 2 weeks ago!!! Still no call. I am beyond irate! Don't waste your time with this place!! Roy Robinson RV is just across the street, they give a sh@t about their costumers. I wish I had thought to look at the Yelp rating for Open Road RV before I purchased a 2019 Raptor 353TS fifth wheel from them. My experience echoes that of several others who took time to provide feedback. Unfortunately, I am now left with the last resort option to pursue resolution through a lawsuit against Open Road RV. Summary of unresolved issues: - When we purchased, we were charged $2,500 to cover Open Road RV service to perform their 'Product Delivery Inspection' (PDI). When I inquired about a couple of details I had questions/concerns over, I was insured by my salesman (Jason Murphy) that their service team would inspect every system to ensure functional operation. I was told this $2,500 charge was not optional or negotiable. My salesman did a good job of easing my mind that I could count on the results of this service. - Open Road RV demonstrated GROSS NEGLIGENCE that PUT THE LIFE OF MY FAMILY AND OTHERS ON THE ROAD AT RISK. The fifth wheel hitch was installed with THREE MAJOR ISSUES. 1) The system installed does not allow attachment of the safety chains to connect the RV to the vehicle in the event the hitch connection fails. 2) The mechanism used to lock the hitch pin does not clear the tailgate when vehicle is not on level ground. This could result in being stranded, failure of the RV/Vehicle connection, and damage to my vehicle. (see picture) 3) The technician attached the safety brake trigger cable to the fifth wheel side of the hitch connection at delivery. Had the connection failed during my first trip, that system would not have worked, putting my life and the life of others at risk. - Open Road RV did not successfully test the AC units. Two of the three AC units do not work. So far I've logged 110 minutes of extremely frustrating phone calls that have finally resulted in an offensive offer by Open Road RV that does not result in full resolution. - Open Road RV did not successfully identify a severe water leak in the shower plumbing. Any qualified technician would have noticed the obvious signs of this leak. This has resulted in damage to items in the storage area and inconvenience to have to be sure the bucket is in place to catch the water until we can get this fixed. (see picture) Summary of my service experience: - On the day I had scheduled to pick up the RV, I called ahead to ask if I could come early. The answer was a very firm 'no' and I got the sense that they had not even started the PDI service yet on that morning. - Poor and inefficient communication - nearly every time I call (see call log), I am told the service manager (Jim) is 'in the yard' and that a 'note will be left on his desk', or 'please try calling back later'. Delays in communication are measured in days, not hours. Would be so much better if the service manager would proactively manage the issues to ensure timely resolution. There is nothing proactive coming from Open Road RV to date. - Open Road RV stated that I need to find a qualified service technician to certify that the AC units require replacement before they are willing to reimburse me. Finding available service technicians is extremely difficult, especially while traveling (actually trying to use the RV as intended). I finally found someone who was available. They provided the quote. I provided this to Open Road RV anticipating they would honor their verbal statement that they would cover the replacement by a qualified service technician. In the spirit of trust, I paid the deposit (about $3,300) and committed to another $700 so that the technician could receive the parts and complete the repair with minimal impact to my travel plans. Open Road RV objected to the cost and offered to cover only $2,000, and further delayed resolution and impact my travel plans for what is now an additional ten days. They also offered that I could bring the RV back to WA and they would replace the AC units. I am now 600 miles away and this would cost me about $913 in fuel alone to return to WA. This is such an offensive suggestion and so far from a 'customer focused' resolution! - I documented all open issues, offering to resolve the hitch issue on my own if they simply pay for the invoice from the local technician to replace two AC units and repair the plumbing leak. Alternatively I stated my intention to pursue resolution through legal matters, and this includes action to cover all dealer negligence, financial, time, and emotional damages. Upon expiration of the time allowed for their response, I am now initiating this legal case. I thought I'd share my experience here on Yelp in the meantime in the hopes that future customers will at least be aware if they choose to initiate business with Open Road RV. I truly wish I could give Open Road RV 5 stars. I did everything I possibly could for as long as I could in my attempt to reach a fair resolution, but my patience and trust with Open Road RV is now completely depleted. read more

I cannot speak on their inventory or their salespeople, but I would never recommend working with Jenn Cook, who is their financial director, after receiving a rather rude email from her. We bought our first RV from Open Road in Monroe Wa in 2016. After an exhausting tour at RV shows and large dealers, my wife and I decided we needed to agree on 3 main features we wanted in our RV and then pick one. This helped us narrow our search and selections down considerably. Our last stop was Open Road. At the time they were a smaller lot, but still had a good selection and we found what we wanted. The salesperson was attentive and the purchase experience went well. A short time later we needed to bring it back for some slight fixes to the coach, but had to wait quite a while to get it back during peak season. This seems to be the theme as every RV dealer or service is booked consistently due to the cheap manufacturing to nearly all models of RV's. Open Road has since opened a branch in Arlington which was much closer, but they also had issues with long service delays. read more

We purchased a Travel Trailer from Open Road on 7/8/2021, salesman was nice enough but we were sold this travel trailer under FALSE pretenses. After googling our truck and what it could tow was told the mini lite was adequate and would have about 800 lbs to spare for loading it. Well it was way to hard on our truck in fact we blew some fuses on it and now have to pay to have our truck repaired. They talked us into some extra items saying it was for safety which i am all for so $3700.00 later for extras on a transaction that should have never been done. i wrote an email through their website got no response and decided to go public with my experience only to get a call from someone that said he was a general manager, pretty much blaming us for doing a quick transaction and that my husband drove semi's for a living and should know the weight he could tow????seriously i asked them for 1/3 of what they took from us back and was told it was my problem. Well please take your business some place other then Open Road, they do not deserve your business, they will say whatever you want them to say to make a sale, when we tried to trade our 2021 mini lite back to them and get a motorhome(from them) that we had found to be told that they would offer us 1/2 of what we paid , nope don't buy from them, its always a mistake that you did they will never take responsibility. read more

Sadly, I would recommend taking your money elsewhere. We bought a trailer to live in while our home is being built. The moment it arrived, both water heaters didn't work. Had to uproot our living situation just for them to band-aid repair it. It's broken again, and with the service department falsely promising calls back and setting aside parts nothing has been fixed. We were told we would get it a month sooner than we did and had to cancel a trip we had booked. The salesman never took our calls. Now, we have called twice to get it in for miner repairs only to be told that they are not scheduling any appointments for repairs right now. I have called to speak to a service rep and was told, "let me look into that and I'll get back to you." Guess what! No return call. If it's too good to be true it is! Our loss for many years to come for not following our gut! You'll quickly find out why, you pay payments on a coach that's sitting at their lot with people doing hideous repairs for months. only to have it delivered unknown to you luckily for delivery guy we were around and had the area somewhat ready. We tried to look past all that and be happy the rv we'd been paying for was finally visible! But... we continue to run in to endless serious flaws! Pipes leaking, half the outlets don't work, water leaks throughout, propane gas wasn't hooked properly so caught the side of the rv and my fathers eyebrows on fire! Carbon monoxide detector in the same section where outlets don't work so we're fairly confident that doesn't work either ! luckily we're proactive and got a stand alone or our family could have the worst consequences from this $75,0000 purchase! zero communication from service department! once they've made that sale you're nothing and you'll be stuck with a big piece of shit! read more

This place has been very helpful in many of ways we are new to the rv life and had missing parts and they found every single one we needed. On top of that, we needed to get our vehicle set up for flat tow and we didn't have much time and they got it done in 1 day rather than other places being weeks out or needed our vehicle for 3+ days. So please note; they are fast and loose with your phone number. That said the staff was fine and professional. Had no issues with them in this respect. We paid Open Road RV Repair to come out to give us a quote for repairs; they claimed they had to see each item before they could do it. Our RV manufacturer agreed to reimburse us for repairs but needed a quote to approve in advance. We agreed to pay Open Road an hourly rate to get a quote. They charged our card $342.40 for the mobile visit and to discuss all items that had issues. The technician indicated he'd have to get with the office to get us the quote (needed part prices, etc.). Two weeks went by and no quote - called and was told no quote would be provided. We ask for a refund and was told not going to happen. So we basically paid $342.40 for a two hour chat with their technician. Do NOT use these guys - it was the owner that basically told us to pound sand. Bad, bad business! read more

HORRIFIC SERVICE! ZERO STARS SMOKEY POINT OPEN ROAD RV In August 2018 I bought a brand new VIBE travel trailer. During the walk through I pointed out repairs needed. They said fine its ALL covered by warranty and to take it and shake it out and see if anything needs fixed. The sink had cracks, gouges in floor from slide screws, electric front Jack died, outside entertainment door warped and doesn't latch properly, refrigerator has stopped working and was repaired once, and now doesn't work at all. I made appointments and left my trailer there fro 3 months, from January to March. Not a single call from anyone. THE 3rd Jack I had install myself as they didn't install the 3nd one properly. I have had one returned phone call in ONE YEAR. I have emails and records to support the HORRIFIC SERVICE. I was even told it was my fault for not complaining sooner and being patient?! WTH?! No sense of urgency or customer service NONE. I supposed to leave for a week trip tomorrow with no refrigerator! Stay away from this place!!! read more

Don't buy anything from these people. The sales person was a great guy with very interesting stories and made the purchase pleasurable, but then the nightmare begins. A piece of the trim fell off of my rv hitting my daughter in the head, she ended up with 12 stitches in her head. I told them about this on the phone and they said i have to wait to bring it in until my parts are in, in effect leaving me with a rather dangerous RV. I've since duct tapped my 30k rv so we can use it. I'm waiting 2 months for little things to get fixed, with very bad communication a long the way. I planned on upgrading my RV next year, and will shop elsewhere. I belong to a few rather large groups and am spreading the word on this place. read more

If I could give 0 stars or even -5 I would. Do NOT but a RV here. There are a lot of dealers out there to choose from, do your research. RV's are an investment, buy from a Reputable dealer. These guys don't care about you, they will sell you a piece of junk and as soon as they get your money they don't care. I have major issues with the 5th wheel I bought from them and called as soon as I got it home. The owner couldn't care less they have my money and I have a 5 th wheel with to many issues to list here but it is not safe. If anybody wants details I will be happy to share. OK luckily I didn't see the yelp reviews before I bought my travel trailer at Open Road RV in Monroe. Salesman Michael was easy and pleasant, up front in showing me a 2012 keystone bullet on the lot. I wanted an older travel trailer, and was concerned about some signs of age, but really this rig was carefully selected by open road and their inspection/maintenance process was excellent. I was given a thorough look at it and then i asked for certain upgrades, rolled into the price, and negotiating was fair and easy. The maintenance folks took over and did a wonderful job cleaning and prepping. I feel secure that my new fans and toilet were installed well and with care... Jeff and John treated me very well, even mailing me a remote to the old TV that somehow wasn't included at first. So don't hesitate to buy a used RV from these folks... I felt well respected and carefully walked through the process. Highly recommend! read more

BEWARE!!!!!! Brought a van in for conversion. Paid over $1600 to Jackie in service. Came time to deliver and got the runaround for TWO DAYS while I was stuck in a hotel. Finally discovered that an employee Shawn who had been fired and burglarized Open Road had my van. Spent two days tracking him down all the while service manager JIM is refusing my phone call. when I threatened Law enforcement the van was dropped off at the nearest Safeway and I was advised by employee Jackie that it was there. WHAT??? Raced over there, to find Jackie with the keys??????? NONE of the work had been done even though Jackie provided bogus tracking sheets for parts never ordered through OPEN ROAD service department. Something is fishy here, and I advise you to NEVER GO TO OPEN ROAD. read more

Smokey point location!! 0 stars service dept. stinks!! we bought a 2021 forestridge trailer, Love the trailer, sales guy was very upfront an professional and got a fair deal!! Our problem is with the service dept. in smokey point. We took the trailer out for the first trip and all worked fine we love it. 2nd trip we couldn't get the oven to ignite it was clicking but no spark and wouldn't light same with the 3rd burner, we called and dropped it off on 7/25 and we are still waiting!! We received no calls back when we call to get an update they keep telling us they will call back and they never do. In the last 2weeks the people we were dealing with are no longer there!! I called 3 times this week twice today they keep telling me they will get back to me!! they are not good with follow ups or cust. service!! read more

We had an amazing experience with the Smokey Point Open Road RV! We arrived late on a Saturday afternoon, and it was our last stop after a full day of shopping at numerous RV dealerships with my boyfriend and his two kids. Mick greeted us right as we got out of the truck. He was professional and listened to our long list of 'unicorn' requests and immediately showed us the one unit that he felt checked almost all our boxes. After looking at 30+ trailers that day, walking in we immediately knew it was the one. Mick casually hung out with us and answered multiple questions, never an inkling of sales pressure. We made an offer that was accepted and were connected with Jenn for financing. Jenn was the same - easy going, knowledgeable and great to work with. We had a wedding we wanted to use the RV at 13 days later, and I made that clear with the team right from the get go that that was our goal after it went through detailing and their PDI. Roland in service worked with me to get us in the schedule and make it happen. When we came to pick it up, Zack walked us through the entire trailer as the final part of the PDI and was fantastic - personable, easy going, took care of us even though we were buying a used rig and answered our hundred questions even going well past service closing time. He helped us get hooked up and down the road we went. We did have some hiccups here and there as with any major process like this - but, these guys went out of their way to go above and beyond to make it right. We purchased a 2011 Motor home from here. We paid for they 30 point inspection which costs $3,000.00 because we are living in it full time and wanted it ready to live in. They gave me the RV claiming that it was ready to go, after we moved in I realized that the front roof top AC/heat pump wouldn't even turn on, not even the fan. I paid 1 Mobile RV repairman to check the thermostat and he said it was the rooftop unit, cost $150.00, then i Paid another mobile RV repair company to check the rooftop unit, it had a dead circuit board. After paying them about $850.00 I now have a working rooftop Heat pump. I contacted Open Road and sent them the invoices to get reimbursed but they never got back to me. If you buy something from these guys don't waste you money to have them do a so called 30 point inspection. My experience is 1 star for these guys! read more

How is it possible to mess up a sale with a pre- approved, serious buyer? In the sales world that's cake. Well (Christy) I think her name was sure did. In my 55 years I have never witnessed poorer customer service, or salesmanship by an individual. She tried the immediate up sale. No thanks show us the trailer we told you we wanted please. After two more trailers we finally saw the one we wanted to purchase and went to make the deal. During negotiations she actually SHUSHED us when we were talking about our pre-approval and then said "quiet you let me run the show." By this time I was done and she said "what is the hold up here?" My reply "frankly your attitude" and got up and left. Sales manager tried to talk to my husband while he was leaving but if this is how we are treated before we buy, what is the service like after purchase? Never in a million years would I spend my hard earned money here. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. On a positive note, they have a cute office dog! read more

I went in today for a small travel trailer. We negotiated to knock off $1500 and no charge on their inspection and delivery. They charged $1995 for that "Experience Package." I informed the salesman that I would not want it if it costs anything. He said he will give it anyway for no charges. I asked him at least 4 times to confirm that it will be complementary and he ensured me that was complementary. After we shook hand and agreed, the manager came out with my out the door cost. I noticed it was over $3000 more than agreed price. Note that tax was about 10%, $150 doc fee, and about $100 license, it should be a little over $1000. I asked for the details of the cost. He said no problem but was trying to avoid it. Then, he printed it out. There it was $1995 included. I told him that was not the deal. He said that fee is a must for the trailer to leave the lot. I said his salesman said it was no charge. He called the salesman in. He said yes that's what he said. Manager said no. Then, he said he could do minimal inspection and I have to take the trailer with empty propane and battery as is if I don't want to pay $1995 fee. I said no. I walked out and I'm glad I did. There was a lot of pressure. These guys played games. Salesman was nice and respectful but I feel a lot of pressure. The manager is dishonest. If I could give 0 Star I will. $1995 fee that's just insane. FYI: Another dealer does all of those inspection and delivery with $0. read more

We bought a 2020 Forest River Vibe 26RK from them and this last fall we dropped it off for the initial warranty work. Nothing serious but when I called after a month the said they hadn't had a chance to do the repairs. One of the repairs was a leak in the shower wall, which leaked when any water was connected to the trailer. I told them I had already booked a place to stay the upcoming weekend and could they at least fix the water leak and I would return it after the trip to finish the other six things on the repair list. They did it and we dropped it off in December 2020 and they said by mid to end of February it would be done. I called them n March and they said it would be done by that weekend and I told them I was going to be out of town so the following weekend would be fine. Today is the next weekend, I called and asked if it was ready and I got the runaround, but finally they called me back and said it would was ready. I drove the nearly 40 miles one way to get it. The gave me my paperwork stating what they repaired. Before I hooked up my trailer I thought I better inspect the repairs and low and behold not a single item had been fixed. I had the service manager come out and look for himself. He said he was embarrassed and couldn't believe it himself. Well Jim your the person in charge the buck stops with you. I was told it would be repaired this week and they will deliver it to me. Not going to hold my breath. read more

Even took the shirt off his back to settle a rivalry with a friend of mine. Above and beyond service. Our finance guy Damon Brown was super as well through and informative. Great sense of humor and no preasure up sale for our best interest. Could not be happier. Wanted to that you all including Jennifer Cook for getting us a great deal started with the finance company, she is very sweet.
