After several months of gremlins in our electrical system, Action RV traced down the problem after another company managed to put something in backwards which reversed the polarity which burned up some components. Action RV fixed all the problems and the RV is working perfectly. I would recommend them for all your RV services. read more

I called them at 7: 30 AM They said they open at 7:00 am. i got their answering thing and They said they would call me. I waited all day and did they call even both of my numbers I Ieft for them. I have a Class C motor home i just purchased and had Sound truck repair Some Electrical work that I needed tha t came to over 900.00.and did an excellent job on the Chassie I need some further work about 1500.00 to 2,000.00. but Action RV must have thought I was on the Moon or maybe they don't like my cash or check. I have owned several businesses and the first thing i always did was call customers ASAP. People do not like to be put on hold for days. Reading their reviews it looks like these people like to do only the things the customers didn't feel it needed to be done right away. If I ran my businesses the way these morons do I would have been out of business years ago. OH well I will find someone that knows how to fi x RVs. read more

Mel was excellent to work with. He called us that morning to touch base on his team's arrival time and called us with a follow up phone call to ask how everything went. His team showed up on time and they were very professional and did great quality work. We will be using Action RV again if the need arises. read more

Les, the owner, said he treats others like he wants to be treated after his shop caused far more damage than was fixed. I'll give this to him. When I asked Les how he'd feel if someone did this to his trailer, he said to take a full refund and never return. My bill was $1.5K, but it will cost me at least triple that to clean up the mess, and complete the worked that I wanted. BTW, Les' battery pitch seems to be a review through line. Easy margin? I'll be checking with Interstate thank you. read more

These guys are The Best ! They have been taking care of our RV needs since 2013. Since we live out on Orcas they have always treated us excellent and work with our ferry schedules. Top quality service. Recently they went to a 4 day work week. Employees are super happy and helpful. Made it to AZ remember to always re-pack your bearings before every long trip. read more

Took my camper in for a simple systems check, which I was told would cost about $300-$400. When I came back to pick it up they had replaced the water pump without contacting me prior. My bill ended up being nearly $800 so double what I was expecting to pay. The gas was left on and the panels covering some of my appliances were also left half closed causing one to open while I was on the highway. Great place to come if you want unauthorized fixes and make sure to double check everything before you take off. Les' excuse for the panels opening was due to them having a busy day. They wouldn't have been so busy if they didn't spend 2 hours replacing a pump I didn't want replaced. read more

Les was very helpful when I rolled over and did things his way. Les threatened to come to my RV and removed my recently repaired furnace with a Sheriff. I told him to go ahead. Les never submitted parts to my Forever Warranty claiming they would NOT be covered. I contacted my Warranty company and in one call the parts were covered. I will pay Les when I receive those funds. Les yelled and threatened me and I will NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND HIM AGAIN. 10 thumbs down. read more

I can only say I wish everyone in business had the same kindness , diligence and fine ethics as Les and this company have. I bought an RV back in 1998 while the house I had just bought ... had to be torn down. (unexpected surprise!) and Les saved the day then helping me navigate the world of RV living..... now here I am in 2025 and I bought a1993 RV and again Les and his amazing group of kind and knowledgeable men are back repairing, replacing and with such patience and diligence. This time the refrigerator broke beyond repair and Les had to find one that would fit the space as close as possible . YES! he found it and he and Jeremy came down and installed it. It was wonderful to meet this good man and of course to see Jeremy again!!! they are quite the team. Thank you guys! you are the absolute best! read more

Wonderful experience dealing with Action RV and Les! He helped correct a difficult situation we were having with our RV on a very limited time frame. I was also charged a very fair price for the work that they did. Thank you so much for everything that you did!! read more

Awesome service by Les made it possible for me to leave on a two and a half month trip in the Rockies on time. Solved my intermittently working (and not working) fridge problem and made sure I replaced the coach and engine batteries. It's hard to find good RV maintenance service. Glad I found Action RV. read more

Thank you for helping us in an emergency. We had an RV rental and the house batteries stopped charging and had us stranded. We got a jump start and made our way to Action RV. They were super busy, but could not have been more helpful and were full of empathy for our situation. They squeezed us in to replace the batteries and fix a water leak. We had our 4 year old and they loaned us a car to grab lunch while they did the work. What a great local business! read more

We called Action RV for service to replace the refrigerator drain, to look at the electric service on the water heater and to fix the gas oven. Total bill was over $1,400 and when we called to tell them that the oven wasn't working, the owner told us rudely that they were busy and that there was no warranty on the work because out 5th wheel was almost ten years old. We were very disappointed in the fact that 'even Camping World offers a 90 guarantee on it's service.' Won't recommend them for anyone owning a coach more than a year or two old. Price seemed high before we found out they DON'T stand behind their work. :( read more

Considering that my RV was the 2nd most expensive purchase of my life, Les and Susan made it a very enjoyable experience. Having been to other RV dealers that obviously didn't listen to what I wanted and proceed to show me the most expensive options possible, Les and Susan were courteous, took the time for find out what I wanted and let me know how the purchase matched those criteria, and then gave me the time to check things out by myself. They worked with me to coordinate the offer with the seller, and they helped me find a fantastic local company to move my trailer to my site. The make a fantastic team. I feel I made a great decision and they were a key part of having buyer satisfaction. read more

I recently had a power issue with my camper and couldn't figure out what was causing it. I called Action RV to see if I could get a mobile repair visit set up. They were unfortunately booked all week and I couldn't wait (temps were in the 30s and I live in my camper). Les was kind enough to take time out of his busy schedule to walk me through the problem. Turns out that my power plug had zapped the neutral prong and needed to be replaced. Les had the part in stock and walked me through how to replace the plug- I'm certainly no electrician and was nervous. I was touched that he took the time to help me out when he was obviously quite busy at the shop. read more

After two terrible experiences at competitors, we decided to swing into Action RV and I'm glad we did! Les was quick to greet us and after explaining the reason for our visit he happily came out to take a look. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and had the patience to explain to us how things worked, what the possible issue was, and what the possible fixes were (including estimated prices). Les at Action RV quickly earned our business and I will be the first to recommend to all my friends and families! Thanks for your time and smile Les, experiences like that go a long way these days! read more

I cannot say enough about how great Les and Action RV are! Action RV was referred to me by a friend. Part of the electrical system went out in my motor home while staying at a KOA. The were too busy to come to check it out but did take time to listen to my description of the problems. Les said it sounds like the converter went out but he would have to check if they had any in stock and call me back. He did call me back to say they had one so packed up the rig and drove in to pick it up. Les and the others working there were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would have given them 5 stars except they charge double what Amazon charges for the same unit. I know that some of that extra cost pays for me to talk to an expert but my wife called around and two other shops sell the same model for $270.00 instead of the $378.00 Action RV charges. In observing the techs working on other RVs I believe that this is a shop that you can trust your rig with, just be setting down when you get the bill. read more

They helped us out in an emergency when they were so busy with there regular work. Roy Robinson in Marysville would not see us until November. That is where we bought our rig brand new exactly a year ago. Action RV really came through. They took care of our emergency immediately. Fast, friendly, efficient! Thank you so much! read more

We were traveling and discovered a problem on our 5th wheel when we arrived in Anacortes. Called in and Les scheduled a day for us to bring in our rig. Since we were living in the trailer, quick diagnosis and repair was important. The tech quickly found the problem and had us back on the road less than 8 hours later. These guys are the Action Super Stars! Did I mention it was raining and the tech worked on the rig outside in the rain? read more

The Thetford water modular that is behind the Thetford toilet broke and sprung a leak every time I turned on the water pump in my RV. I took the toilet apart, took off the old water modular and installed a new one. I bolted the toilet back down to the floor but I couldn't get the plumbing to go together. I didn't have the correct tool, nor did I have the strength to twist it together. I drove over to Action RV in Burlington, WA from Camano Island, and as usual, they are so accommodating and eager to help you. First I was told they are booked solid three weeks out. I told Les I just need five or ten minutes to have someone use the right tool to tighten the pipes and stop it from leaking every time I turn on the water pump. Les had one of his technicians take a look at it, walk back out of the RV to get the tool, and sure enough, he fixed everything within ten minutes or less. The technician said it was a special tool that he made himself to fix my toilet dilemma. I might add, I drove over to a RV repair shop on Camano Island where I live, and the guy wouldn't even come out of his house to talk to me. When I was talking to him on the phone, I told him all I needed was a special tool and five or 10 minutes of his time. He wouldn't even budge. I left there so frustrated and upset, I decided to go to my favorite place for help, Action RV. I offered to pay them for their time, and they wouldn't accept any payment. If you need anything fixed on your RV, this great team of Action RV specialists is the place to go!!! You are awesome guys! read more

Wow...pulled into Action RV after a 200 mile drive for repairs. Greeted by Gary who helped me park RV in storage area for repairs first thing in am tomorrow. Super professional, courteous, competant, knowledgable and concerned to meet my needs employee. I am impressed as much by him as I was about Les via phone conversations and trouble shooting leading to my appointment! Location is equally impressive. Very conveniently located, well groomed lot, very clean and professional appearance. I am super pleased to have discovered this business. Camp ground host for Washington State Parks past four + years and this is the best repair business I have discovered in the whole state! And I have used multiple shops state wide including the dealer I purchased my RV from!!! Can't say enough about the excellence of Action RV. Katie Smith read more

They helped me on the spot with an RV water leak while traveling. I was extremely appreciative they got us back on the road. My only issue is that while putting the bed back together, they stripped or missed the wood on a number of screws holding the frame together causing more damage to the wood. read more

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience here. Well a couple. The first time we needed their assistance, we were experiencing leaking from our bathroom sink, maybe toilet or kitchen sink. We had their mobile unit come out to our site, as we are full timing it. Their mobile fees there are already very steep, arrival fee and then an hourly fee. Our problem was that after traveling across the US and back, our fixtures had all become loose, and we needed a special little tool to tighten them up. The service worker recognized the problem right away and had everything tightened in about 15 mins but was extremely talkative and burned through an hour like nothing. That was about a $300 fix. Our next experience, which is the reason I felt obligated to write this review. We were experiencing a sluggish grey water valve, which was getting worse and harder to pull in or out with every use. We took our rig in to have the valve replaced. After dropping the belly, they called us to come back within an hour, they said they were unable to work on the valve, that it was a manufacturers flaw, that the cables were intertwined and we're just going to have to live with it. They zipped up the belly and charged us $350 bucks for labor to drop the belly. Well the valve got worse until it wouldn't close anymore. Meanwhile, awhile back a mobile guy had been recommended to us by our RV community. Everyone (the full timers) reported having excellent experiences with him. We had Nick do a couple of things which we were pleased with and asked him if he knew if our make and model had a design flaw in the valve system, Nick said not with his experience. He ordered the part, arrived the next day and had our valve replaced within a 1/2 hr. All under $300 (parts and labor). Nick also said "I sealed up the under belly real good, whoever did it the last time, did a crappy job" Well thank you Action Rv for taking advantage of us, twice. It won't happen again. read more

We contacted Les when our 5 year old fridge died in our Arctic Fox 5th wheel. We had used 1 week a year so 5 weeks total but when we were selling our home moved into it full time. I talked to Les on the phone and he helped me troubleshoot it and said to call back with results which we did, it had to be repaired (if possible) or replaced. Since we needed to be sure we opted for replacement. This is where the top notch customer service comes in. He searched high and low for a new Norcold fridge for us and finally found 1 (they are on back order for 6 to 8 months due to Covid) and ordered it for us. When it arrived he found it was damaged and sent it back. He then called us to explore our options and let us know he could get a different brand that was available but more expensive. He honored our original agreed upon price and appointment day and time pending it arriving to them undamaged. The day before our appointment he called again to let us know it was a go. Tim and Jeremy arrived on time and were so polite, super informative every step of the way of what and why they were doing and after the install left no trace of being in the trailer. They also offered some extra wisdom about our trailer that nobody had mentioned before. I would never call another company and although we had to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment and parts it was so worth it. They are 5 stars in our book, very honest, reliable and communication was excellent. Les also helped us fix a leak by having us pick up a part at his store, and telling us how to fix it ourselves since they were booked out so far, and it worked out perfectly. We are truly grateful for Les and his service team. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND! read more

Had our water heater replaced in our RV and while there the service rep found a problem with the electrical power into the RV also our batteries I would highly recommend their service, Tony the service rep corrected all of the problems along with a explanation as to why these problems had happened, their fair honest and a great company to deal with and will definitely continue to use them in the future. read more

During a cross country trip, found that all my propane appliances stopped working after shutting off the main valve when riding the Washington Ferry. Local Camping World recommended Action RV. Les and his crew took me in within an hour and his technician, Tony Marandola, quickly discovered a stuck ball valve just past main shut off. I was back on the road within the hour! Amazing service for a desperate transient traveler. Professional, efficient, and kind! read more

We were planned, prepared and ready to go. As many, we had systems ready - check , RV loaded - check. One last check: run the propane refrigerator and furnace for functional confirmation through the night followed by an early departure. So . . . up early roaring to go and DANG - sometime through the night, the furnace quit functioning! Ahhhh, there goes our schedule - out the window! Immediately called our repair shop: Action RV Services in Burlington WA. The proprietor, Les, said he'd have the "Boys" check it out so bring it in. Within hours, Les called and explained that due to the factory installed screens on the intake and exhaust ports on the exterior of the RV, air-flow restrictions were created, burning out the furnace's "brain!" Man that was quick and thorough! My hat is off to 'Les and the Boys' for helping me down the road. A few hours delay but we were able to make our timely destination. Thanks Action RV Services - you're the BEST! read more
