My family and I went into Camping World genuinely excited to see a used Brinkley travel trailer we had researched extensively online. We were paired with a salesperson who, to his credit, seemed knowledgeable about RVs overall. However, it became clear very quickly that he was far more interested in showing us new rigs rather than the actual unit we came to see. When we arrived at the Brinkley trailer, it was dusk. The trailer was very dark inside, and when he opened the door, we could barely see anything. We had to use the flashlights on our phones just to see what little we took the time to see given the silence of the sales person who clearly wasn't interested in showing us this rig. Did he offer to bring a jump kit or portable light so we could properly inspect it? No. Did he walk us through the unit, highlight features, flaws, or basics? No. Did he appear remotely interested in showing a used unit? Absolutely not. Instead, he redirected us toward new models--units that have clearly been sitting untouched on the lot--insisting they were "top quality." He even attempted to pitch lower-grade materials as premium, including countertops we knew would melt if a hot plate was set on it. We asked about top sellers and were told it was the Keystone and Coleman trailers. When we asked who owns Keystone, he said Thor. When we asked about Thor's declining reputation, well-documented quality issues, and financial concerns, we were confidently told, "Oh no, they're doing great." This was completely contrary to our research. By this point, it felt like he saw us as a waste of time because we were only there to see a used brand. We were brought back to his office, handed photocopied sheets of "information" meant to steer us toward brands we had researched and weren't interested in--and that, once fed into ChatGPT, were easily debunked with publicly available data. Even funnier, he recommended a specific YouTube reviewer... whom we watched when we got home. That reviewer actually praised Brinkley for their quality and pointed out the very flaws in the brands the salesperson was trying to push. So our simple RV-shopping afternoon turned into a 1-hour round-trip waste of time, disguised behind forced friendliness and insincere sales tactics. We are not experts--we're genuinely trying to learn. But this experience left us feeling dismissed, misled, and pressured toward inventory we didn't want. If you're considering buying an RV, please research everything before stepping foot into any dealership. And if you find a trailer you really love - by all means absolutely hire your own certified RV inspector--do not rely on the one affiliated with the dealer that is going to serve their interest and not yours. Manufacturers have rushed production since the pandemic, and the drop in build quality is real. The last thing anyone wants is to drop their hard-earned money on a rig packed action packed with issues before you've ever had a chance to use it like we are reading about. Bottom line: Camping World was interested in one thing--moving new units--not helping customers find the right RV for their needs. Extremely disappointing experience. read more

We went there found the travel trailer we wanting, planning on paying cash. Then when we went to get the out the door number trailer went up by $5000, we said ok we will do a big down payment and try to finance the rest but down a deposit. Then During this time there was no communication initiated from them. When we went to show the kids pictures of the trailer we notice they took it off deal pending and up the price of the trailer by $1500 I had to email them and ask what was going on the sales guy said oh someone should of called you. read more

DO NOT CONSIGN YOUR RV WITH CAMPING WORLD. They just want to use it as a bait to get people on their lot to sell THEIR inventory. We had our RV with them for seven months since July of 2025 and had NO offers, not even low balls. Obviously we moved it. We've had a terrible experience with this marysville location. We bought a 2025 Coleman trailer in October. With it being the off season we immediately covered it, awaiting spring. Once spring had arrived we began to the prep our trailer for the season, we noticed there was a leak in the under storage area. This was immediately frustrating because again it was a 2025 brand new unit that had never been used. We called and made an appointment for the service department to fix it. After our unit being there for two weeks I called to get an update. I came to find out it was all done and ready to be picked up. Again, frustrating that no one had called to tell me it was finished. When we picked up I was so disappointed in the repairs. They did not clean any of the mold from the leak, the inside paneling was warped and not addressed, and the caulking job was terrible. There was a screw popping out and overall was a terrible job. This felt unacceptable to me because again it is a brand new unit and we expected to get it back. Looking brand new. The next day we discovered it was still leaking. Luckily we still had rain because they said there was only a 90 day warranty on the work. I made an appointment to bring it back in and the service department manager addressed our concerns and agreed the work was not done up to standard. It had now been over 6 weeks and we still do not have our trailer back. We have had very poor communication from camping world. I have left messages and sent emails to the supervisor without a response. We have now been without our BRAND NEW trailer for 2 months. Yes, we are still making payments during this time. Absolutely unacceptable extremely frustrating. Not only is the timeframe taking much longer than it should be they show little empathy and are not communicating with us. They obviously do not value their new customers. With buying a brand new unit and having issues immediately, I would expect a quicker turnaround time and for them to make it a priority. I could not, and would not recommend this dealership to anybody!!!!! Unacceptable! read more

This company is dishonest! They had a trailer priced at 35k on their website and when we went in to negotiate, they presented an original price of 39k. They also tried to force us to buy a ridiculously overpriced package of add on stuff in order for their people to inspect the trailer that they are trying to sell. They totally tried a bate and hook sale. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! They should be ashamed of themselves. Zero stars!! read more

Excellent Service... I had a minor recall item for my 2023 Winnebago Roam camper van. Very satisfied with service. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The recall item plus electric troubleshooting was done to my satisfaction. Here in the PNW, all RV places, at least ones dedicated to Winnebago warranty items, take a long time (many months) to get scheduled. No exception here in second half of 2024. This is a converted RV sales business. The parts department is serving as the Camping World retail store. It has a limited selection of items much like you would find in typical parts department of an RV sales business. If you are looking for a store similar to Burlington or Fife you won't find it here. Brought our RV in for repair 5 months ago and are still waiting for it. They tell us Thor does not have the parts needed, but they offer us nothing to use or any kind of compensation. Stay away from Thor and Camping World, the quality of their work (the unit has been at several Camping World Facilities for warranty repair) is atrocious. We have had found mice in our coach after leaving it with them, we have had parts missing and lots of wasted time. Stay away. read more

I Bought my travel trailer at Camping World in Burlington and had a good experience. Then there were parts of the trailer that began to fail and we needed warranty-covered repairs. We went to Camping World in Marysville for this as it is closer to our home. We needed to wait weeks for an initial service appointment and when we finally had our first assessment for the repairs were told that the warranty approval process could be lengthy and needed to be completed before parts were ordered. Fast forward months and we heard nothing from Camping World. I called and received only opportunity for leaving voicemails. No one returned my calls. This went on for more weeks. Finally I decided to physically go in and try to speak with someone. A different service advisor looked into what was happening and found that the warranty person had questions that the original service advisor could not answer. The process had been stalled for a month. I provided more photos that the original service advisor should have taken and more description that the original service advisor should have conveyed as we had discussed the details during the original appointment. The assignment to follow up with me was handed back to the original service advisor. Again no call from her in spite of my reaching out again for two more weeks. I now have tried reaching out to the service manager. Again no response after leaving messages. Camping World is not backing its sales with service. Will not be going back for further sales. read more

Wow! I have never had such bad service anywhere, in my whole life. After having some botched repairs on my RV trailer by the Camping World in St. George, Utah where we live part of the year, I was told by the manufacturer to contact the local Camping World in Marysville when we returned to Washington. One of the service reps, whose name I will not mention, gas lit me for an entire month, making all kinds of excuses about why they weren't able to get my warranty information to Forest River. Their claims person apparently was some flavor of sick, out on vacation, and various other reasons for weeks. My calls were not returned, ever. Their parts person was unable to look up what kind of fridge I had. Very interestingly, I was able to get all this information in five minutes with one call to Forest River. After a month of this, I realized that they were just lying to me. No one was trying to help me, no one was submitting anything to warranty. It was just one big lie. Why? I have no idea. I'm glad I didn't waste more time on this boondoggle and went over to Speedway Chevrolet and RV. They were extremely professional, got all my information submitted to warranty, received parts and were able to fix my trailer within several weeks. Camping World is a failed business, in every state I've dealt with them. This location is no different. read more

Made it "Right" after "Standing up for what was promised". After 6 weeks of back and forth negotiations and service repairs we finally closed on the purchase of our Winnebago Mercedes Sprinter Class B RV. This location had Operational issues which took its toll on the current inexperience staff transition from a Roy Robinson to Camping World. Ultimately effecting our Customer Service experience. Our Sales Rep- Jared was caring and kind. He truly followed through when we had challenges on any issues throughout the sales process. Jim- Acting GM, was over worked, pulled from every direction and had to be covered by other GM's in the area to have a day off. He did not have any interaction with us until it became crucial. Buyer beware " Vehicles on Consignment". is handled as Third Party. Especially when repairs are needed. Our most valuable, memorable and appreciated experience was meeting Steven Gutierrez. He understood our frustration's and made the final closing seamless. Lastly, Interested Buyers take notes, pictures, names and dates. The worst service ever! The brand new Winnebago was purchased in March with a broken shower. It took them five months to fix it. No call backs at all. When it was picked up we asked for at least some free propane and they said oh, we don't do that. Half the summer is gone now. They suck! read more
