Why is he not helping in busy sections and leading by example? Additionally, I've seen employees verbally accosted and have overheard employees talking about customers negatively. While I'm sure there are good employees the negative experiences seem to stand out in my mind. I recently went to look at golf clubs and not a single employee checked on me. The person in that section sat and talked with a friend.

Everything seemed to be about 40% off and most was last seasons colors. My big issue is that they only had a handful of items that were actually down, most things were 100% polyester fill but priced like they were down. They did have a lot of sizes even in the clearance section.

From the owner: Our founder, Davis Smith, grew up in Latin America and lived for several years in Ecuador. When he…read morewasn't in school, Davis was exploring and camping in Cotopaxi National Park. It was here that he developed a lifelong reverence for the strong, hard-working people of the Andes. His time in Latin America also showed him the plight of those in abject poverty. Davis later moved to the United States, where he pursued advanced degrees in business and international studies. He started several successful e-commerce businesses, two of which took him to Brazil, where he lived from 2010 to 2013. Despite his success, he wanted to do more to make a difference in the world. For his next venture, he decided to merge his love of travel with a poverty-fighting business model. Each customer's purchase would give to those living in the world's poorest regions. He named the company Cotopaxi to represent the spirit of adventure, optimism, and determination that he'd experienced during his time in Ecuador.

I'm in there quite often for athletic gear and random printing needs. Most recently our volleyball team needed 19 green t-shirts made for a special day at a volleyball tournament. The employees helped me find 19 shirts in all the sizes I needed while Rich printed off the design I wanted and started ironing the design on. He said, "Go get some lunch and come back in a few and they will be done." That's exactly what we did. We returned to all the shirts made and an amazing price! I love supporting local businesses and with Action Sports right here in Arlington able to print pretty much anything you need, you don't need to go elsewhere.

I told him - "you don't need to be rude" and in response he made the racist baby sign to say bye bye to us (kind of middle finger) This needs to have corporate review and this guy should be removed from the store. I get it we were at the store closing time, but still the staff doesn't need to be rude and disrespectful. Its unacceptable.

The employee at the cash register was nice. Minus 1 star for only being able to buy one canister due to low stock and some prices, not all, being a little high. Rubber coated, non rubber coated, regular, olympic power lifting plates...etc... I have been to big 5 looking at those items before.
