This is our second time eating here. We found it accidentally while visiting DC and had to come back one more time before we left. The BimBimBap was amazing. We like to make it at home but this was by far the best we've had. The people were so friendly and accommodating. The facilities were clean and beautifully decorated.

This restaurant is a bit hidden next to the Marriott. I don't think I would've stumbled upon it unless I was actively searching for the restaurant. That being said, I'm so glad I stopped by and it's very close to Rosslyn offices. I got the beef bulgogi which was absolutely delicious and a very good quantity for the price (~$15 with tax). The restaurant is large with lots of seating and a nice calm atmosphere. Everyone who worked here was very nice as well :)

It's good place for a quick lunch. Salad is about $12-13, and it is huge. You would need to wait for 5-7 min, butt it's ok.

Amazing food, always made fresh to order at a family owned and family ran eatery. Home style cooking, great for picking up a quick lunch. Love the quality of the beef and chicken. I order the beef bibimbap rice bowl and the chicken curry with rice dish. Both excellent! Highly recommend!!! Fast and friendly service with open seating.

Buttermilk pancakes and fresh spinach and mushroom omelet

Oh my goodness, you have to come here for breakfast. And you HAVE to get an omelet with a side of pancakes. They used to have a kimchi fried rice omelet, which was exceptional. Paired with fluffy, buttermilk pancakes, the combination of flavors - sweet, spicy, savory was incredible! I'm sad it's gone, BUT, I am now loving their spinach and mushroom (with cheddar instead of feta) omelet. Chock full of fresh spinach and fresh sliced mushrooms, it's super delicious. Seasoned just right and again the combo of sweet, salty, and savory is divine. You get a lot of bang for your buck, too. This dish - omelet and 2 pancakes - paired with a generously sized fresh-squeezed orange juice (must be at least 20 oz.) is just $11.99. Super good, fill-you-up and get you ready for your day, meal. Yumm! Oh, and for lunch, try their veggie bibimbap. Fantastic! Lots of fresh veggies, kimchi, fried egg and gochujang (fermented red chili sauce). Healthy and filling lunch. Finally, the lady at the registers is the sweetest. Such a lovely person. Thanks for all you do!

This is a relatively new place that has a nice bagel breakfast sandwich. Made fresh right before you. I highly recommend it.

Really good food, prepared fresh. That's great, but be prepared for a bit of a wait. Not someplace to dash through on your way to the Metro.

We both got the All American Burger and it was awesome! Piled high with extras like fresh lettuce, flavorful tomatoes, sharp onion, slightly spicy mayo - MORE PLEASE!!!! The bun was strong enough to hold up to all the ground beef, toppings and delicious beef drippings. The french fries were crispy on the outside, soft and hot on the inside!!! The service - this time from Samantha Co - was great as always even in a dining room that was packed solid. She took excellent care of us! Thank you, Samantha Co!!! Will we be back to The Admiral? It was straight up LOUD when we arrived due to the music; so loud I debated on if we should stay but we decided on sticking here after seeing there were a couple spots at the bar and less of a crowd there. The bartenders are attentive and patient, answering any questions you have. After ordering a couple beers, I ordered the chicken wings and a side caesar salad while my friend got the fish and chips. The wings are crispy although dry on the inside; fortunately you got the ranch for that; probably not something I would order again given the quality and price. The caesar salad is fine; nothing special, just fine. The fish and chips looked delicious and my friend enjoyed it. I probably should've gone with that but it was a large portion and I wasn't trying to leave on a full stomach. It's breaded nicely with some parmesan fries and a garnish of slaw. I can tell it's a favorite here. Located in Dupont Circle, this seems to be a favorite of the younger crowd which would explain the blaring music; especially on a Wednesday night at 930ish. The restaurant interior gives an upscale elegant vibe that suites the DC scene. Maybe I'll come here for lunch or on the weekend if I'm in the area but I'm too old for the loud music now. Sit outside (if weather permits).

Well I do enjoy burgers and plenty of places have upped their burger game. As much as it cost for a burger at certain fast food places you might as well hit up some of these other places. The prices are basically the same now. On a few trips to Capital Grille I did go with the burger and so I decided to check out its affiliate Capital Burger. Capital Burger actually has more burger options to choose for over Capital Grille and a more slimmed down menu. Still with the name burger in its name, you know where their focus is. I went with the bacon cheeseburger that comes with candied smoke bacon that came at $22 with your chose of sides (fries or various salads). It was cooked to the perfect medium rare and you can tell when a burger is cooked with better ingredients and cooked with a give a damn. It was not thrown together, and the fries were not just sitting under a heating lamp. I actually ordered a to go burger for the spouse. Here is where customer service comes in. I was asked how far I had to travel and the person taking my order said she will separate portions so it will travel better. Thank you. It is that little extra that goes a long way. This time I went with the Capital Burger to go along with some key lime pie to nibble on later. Great service and great food. There are plenty of good burger places but if you are a burger fan then definitely check this place out. Absolutely no disappointment. For a true high end burger experience I have no problem giving this place a solid five stars.

The bartenders were friendly, filled waters promptly and were fast. I came in about 5pm on a Saturday and there were only 5-6 other people at the bar, but the dining area was pretty full. This place has an almost pioneer-ish vibe with all of the taxidermy on the walls mixed with like your Uncle's cabin in the woods in the 60s. I was digging it. I started with the buttermilk biscuits and pimento cheese. Wow. I could have eaten all of them. The bartender and I agreed that it wasn't a good idea. He said he did it once. I also had a mint julep, and while I normally like them, this one was a little different. The presentation was cool, but the drink was all ice, which was disappointing. For dinner I had the Butcher's Steak, medium well (should have gotten medium) and the Brussels sprouts. I'm thinking about the leftovers now. The folks next to me ordered my exact meal because it looked so good. I will indeed return! Thanks, St. Anselm!
