After a 3 week estimate, It took them more than a month to even begin customizing my sneakers. I had to hound them. Ultimately, it took close to two months. So, they gave me a $10 discount and I left happy, because the shoes looked spectacular. However, the paint started flaking off within half an hour of wearing them. I'm attaching photos of the initial blemish and then how they looked hours later. Perhaps it is impossible to paint the specific type of mesh on the NB 770.9 model that I commissioned them to work on, however that was never communicated to me. To be fair, I had already attempted to paint them by hand and it became clear that they'd need to be airbrushed, which is why I brought them to the 'professionals' at OPC. If they'd told me it wouldn't work, I would have accepted that. If they'd told me they'd need to remove the existing paint and use a base primer, which is my suspicion, I'd have been willing to pay a lot more money... that would have also made the timeframe more acceptable. The communication with these guys is horrendous! This seems more 'casual hobby' than 'serious business' So after all this time and a $60 bill, my sneakers are worthless. read more

Woow woow woow! I just got my custom Gucci Air Force ones delivered today and i am really blown away by the quality of them. They literally look manufactured and perfect but under a deep investigation I can see how they were made and areas of the shoe that are hand trimmed. I have ordered a few pairs of custom nikes from other websites but none of their quality compares to these guys. Shoes took a little longer then expected to be delivered but the owner did let me know that they are opening up a new storefront so the order would take a little longer then expected. read more

My wife got the lavender swooshes custom air Force ones and my daughter got the kissy lips edition They both love them so much lol. Honestly was a little hesitant on ordering after reading some of their older re-views but after stopping by their new shop and talking to the owner I am so glad we did order from them. Very talented group of younger artists and cannot wait for their shop to officially open up. Both pairs turned out perfectly. Attention to detail is great can barely even tell that the shoes are custom made. At first my wife thought they were not! All in all actually very happy with how my custom shoes turned out. If i could give 4.5 stars to them i would, my only complaint is that the shoes were delivered to me in 15 business days. They ask for 8-12 business days to make each pair then 2 day shipping. My pair ended up coming in 3 days in the mail and not 2. Absolutely horrible service. This is a scam company. Paid for kicks on 2/26/20 was PROMISED the kicks with 8-10 business days! Have been given every excuse in the world why they are not done and in my possession. The replies from Peter Mullin, the owner, was that they made a mistake in the painting of the kicks. Then he came up with other excuses and worst part is he won't issue a refund of the $179 he stole from me. I ordered a pair of AJ 1 Rookie of the Year's on 4/13 and they arrived a couple weeks later - very happy with how it all worked out and they seemed legit. That part would be 4.5 stars. Then ordered their AJ 1 Bred's and AJ 11 Concord's on 4/24 (over $700+ order), but for some unknown reason the order canceled on May 4th - 10 days later. Here is the absurd response I received from someone there: "We hooked ya up with the rookies, Unfortunately not able to give out the pairs at the old pricing we have yet to have update on the front end of our site. As i am sure you can understand as the bred 1s are easily selling over 700+ a pair" WHAT?!?! To recap... they accepted my order on 4/24, waited 10 days with zero communication, then canceled my order because they wanted to resell the shoes for even higher than the price listed on their site from which I purchased them. For the record, those shoes are not easily selling for over $700 a pair. Absolutely atrocious. Call me crazy, but basic rules of commerce are when a seller offers a price and a buyer accepts, that's a done deal. Never actually heard of a reputable business pulling this move, and not even sure it's legal. Buyers beware: if you do decide to roll the dice with them, just know that even after you place an order, don't trust that you're going to get the product until it actually ships as they reserve the right to cancel for whatever reason they want, and as a bonus you may even get a nice sarcastic email reply like I did too. At first glance, the shoes seem worth the money and worth the wait. With OPC Kicks though, enough is enough.... It's been almost 4 month since I placed an order. Last time I heard from OPC kicks was almost 2 months ago. Good luck ever getting your order from this business. Placed my order back in March... Week after week after week I got an excuse from the owner on why he couldn't make the shoes. I don't understand how this person runs their business. It's literally a mess. On the website it claims that the shoes will be shipped between 8-12 business days. Well in my case... that estimation has been completely false and it seems like I will never get the shoes I ordered. I've emailed them constantly asking on what we can do to fix the problem. At first they would reply, but they've ran out of excuses that now they don't even bother. Here's a couple of quotes they would reply to me saying via email (last time I ever heard from them was almost 2 months ago) "Sorry on the delayed responses.I would first like to start off by thanking you on your patience as you are 100% correct and our dealing with this situation in the correct manor".... (mind you it's been months!) "Because of that i really want to make sure you are appreciated and thanked for handling this all in the right manor." (they stopped responding to my emails; thanks guys!) "We ran into a few problems with your pair, the first pair that took us a while to start due to be back ordered honestly i messed up on, they dye on the front bleed out way to much onto the other part of the shoe and was unfixable. So I tossed them and ordered you a second pair. Unfortunately the same thing happened basically with the second pair we had working on for you." (Okay, I understand this and I'm willing to work with them, but they didn't say this from the start!) I've also asked if we could switch the shoe color from white to grey (the website offers a grey edition for this shoe as well) ---- NO RESPONSE The excuses they were using at the beginning of the months was... "We've been backed up; March Madness was crazy." Look I get it, a customized shoe isn't easy, but please don't lie to your customers. I've been checking my emails daily wondering if OPC Kicks will ever send me the shoes I ordered. Granted, I did receive a full refund...but giving someone their money back doesn't mean the solution is fixed. Nor does it mean the customer will go away now. As noted at checkout tjey ask foe 8-12 business days to hand make each pair. We received both pairs in about 10 business days total. The quality of work was amazing i was absolutely blown away on the attention to detail on both pairs. I honestly at first could not even tell that they were customized. I placed an order with OPC kicks late September and I did so with high hopes, as a friend purchased a pair of their Custom Nike's and received(key word here)his order. (though, he did state it took over a month for him to receive his order) I contacted them regarding the shipping address, as it did not include a suite number (which was imperative or the order would be sent back). After I emailed OPC kicks, I was assured that the shipping label was updated and I should be receiving my order shortly. I received and email that my order had been shipped; however I had to contact them for tracking number (they state on their website that they would provide one) Well, the label was not updated, as I was assured it would be,and my order was sent back to the shipping location. After checking if the order had made its way back OPC kicks, for several day, I grew anxious as to why it was not being returned. I contacted OPC Kicks, no response(not surprised). I was told by the shipping company that it very well could be that there is no return label. Emails went out and I received no response! So, I handed this over to a lawyer and the lawyer was able to receive a response and have the order shipped out AGAIN(disappointed I had to take legal action)Take a guess here how that ended?!? Suite number wasn't included on the shipping label! Now you're really just pulling my chain that I could own a pair of really cool looking custom Nike's :/ Here is a few tips if you chose to order from OPC Kicks. 1.) Customer Service doesn't exist. 2.) You can't reach them via telephone because they don't have a working phone number. 3.) Your email probably is tossed into spam/junk box. I ordered some custom shoes for my mom as she has wanted a pair for a while. The quality is pretty nice I can't complain about that! The reason I would not recommend OPC is it took 2 months for the shoes to arrive! Also communication is terrible! When I first contacted OPC about the delay I was told that there were delays due to covid; okay fine. That was almost a month after I ordered. After another month they finally came. I contacted OPC again about 10 days before they came; at first the shipping label was printed so I got a shipped notification, but no reply to my email. I then emailed a week later a few days before they came and I was given an excuse about a mix up and that they should come soon. They were then sent out afterwards according to tracking! OPC said that I would receive a small refund for the mix up, which was his idea! I still have yet to receive it almost 2 months after the shoes arrived. I recently ordered a pair of Georgia bulldog shoes that were apparently custom made but the entire fabric and making of the shoe is very low quality. I am highly disappointed and irritable with the fact of the matter that it has also taken 2 months for the shoes to finally get here. When they arrived they were only worn for a day and they within that time they were instantly ruined. They were supposed to be water proof, stain resistant and also scratch proof with how much money was paid for these shoes and they are not. I was the one who introduced him to your company knowing he would love the outcome of some personalized shoes with a Vikings design. Now I am the one who has to admit this company was a scam and report this company to the BBB and then ON TOP OF THAT I have now go about trying to get my money back with whomever this "owner" Pete is. Since he has made it clear he does not intend to actually fulfill his order and complete the customized shoes as requested. That's fine but if you were never going to complete the order, then don't take our money. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any custom shoe designer company! I see people who are commenting saying this is a small company, I get that, but we placed our order in July. You would also think that since this is a "small company" that you cherish your customers and want to keep them as customers. You wouldn't just take their money, never reply back and hope they forget about the order they placed with you. Ordered my pair of Nike Cubs shoes. Received them in a reasonable time, but the shoe had a paint mistake on it. I reached out to the owner and he told me this was a common occurrence and he could not guarantee the next pair wouldn't have bleed marks. I mean for shoes costing this much they should be perfect not have a huge blotch on it. This wasn't just a paint bleed this was a mistake and for $200 it shouldn't happen. He told me he would size swap me another pair, but he never confirmed anything and has yet to reply to two of my emails. Terrible customer my shoes did not come after a month. The amount of emails I had to send was just insane. I had to send more than 4. And they would never get a response. It took OPC forever to respond. Customer service shouldn't even be half a star. It just does not exist. I was looking forward to a nice pair of shoes, but I did not know it would take this long to make just 1 pair. And, I see all these shoes on their Instagram so I thought I would get mine soon. I never got a shipping email, never got a response from OPC. It's like they just took our money. There's nothing like the shoe, and that's what gives it the star. The shoes are good. They look cool on the website. It just makes me very mad I did not get my order because i was looking forward to wearing those to school. Contacted the company (Owner) and returned the shoes. He claimed they would be a priority and returned promptly. 3 weeks later we contacted him for the third time after he claimed to have sent the shoes. His response was completely unprofessional as he claimed to have proof that he already returned the shoes and could be over to house in no time to discus it as he only lived 8 miles away from us. He attached a shipping label as proof. Only problem is the shipping label was not in our name or address. The state of residence was not even correct (yes, we have screen shots of all correspondence). He called my wife a scammer and threatened her. This company has been reported to Etsy, will be reported to the BBB, and needs to figure out customer service or be put out of business.
