He also listed for me all of the prices of the hats there, most of which were under the price or just the same as hats at lids. The hats that were pricier were hats with custom brims. I was glad for the clarification and reassurance. I went in a day later and to my surprised the issues I'd mentioned in my previous review were gone, no more crappy display shoes and odor thank you! And the first thing that I saw when I walked in was the owner Robert hard at work and fixing up the displays on the floor himself. This let me know how dedicated he is to his business and how sincere and serious he is about custom satisfaction. After speaking with him in person he convinced me to come by the store again. I came back and bought a very nice hat. Thank goodness for good owners like Robert. I'm definitely a fan and will be back.
