I do NOT recommend Opal nor its manufacturer Provia. I've had numerous delays, appt cancellations & rescheduling, damaged items/parts, & botched repair jobs dealing w/ them for the past 11mos. Opal aggressively markets their services via USPS mailers/flyers every week (red flag warning sign). I ordered my $7800 custom steel front door w/ sidelight & transom last July & it was installed in Sept. During the post-installation inspection, Proj Mngr Jack noticed holes in the Andersen screen door retractable screen & nicks/scratches on the aluminum frame, & promised to repair them at a later date. A few hrs after the install crew left, I noticed a 4" dent near the top of the steel door panel, told Opal about it, sent pics, & they promised to replace it. The 1st replacement/repair appt was canceled less than 1hr prior due to parts not being received yet. The 2nd repair appt at a later date didn't go well. Jack did not even know he was supposed to bring a replacement steel front door panel & touch-up paint for the screen door nicks, then he botched the screen repair. He was reading the paper instructions on how to replace the screen spool (instead of researching & being familiar w/ the process before arriving), he installed the spool backwards, & then broke the retractable screen handle & screws. B/C of the additional damage, a new screen door had to be ordered & replaced at a later date. When the steel front door was replaced at yet another date, it did not fit well in the door frame, the bottom of the door rubbed tightly against the threshold at the bottom of the frame causing a rubber squeaking noise, & I had to lean my body weight w/ my shoulder & knee against the door to get it to close/lock. The crew tried to rub the threshold w/ a wax lubricating crayon & silicone spray, then they tried to lower & pound the frame threshold, but nothing worked. They told me the door seal would loosen up after some time & use, but after a few weeks, it was obvious the replacement door did not precisely fit into the frame as did the original dented door that was fitted in the factory. Also, the bottom of the door on the opening side protrudes outward a couple mm as compared to the top & hinge sides, meaning it is not precisely flush/plumbed to the frame. The rubbing & friction got so bad during the cold winter that the black rubber weather insulation flap near the bottom hinge side tore/ripped back about 2". All of the other doors in my house close smoothly, requiring no more than a single finger to close, but this door requires me to lean against it with my body weight to get it to close/lock, especially when the weather is very hot (expansion) or very cold (insulation strips hard, stiff, not supple). Jack also reinstalled my Home Depot Kwik Set door handles on the replacement door, but he stripped a screw during the process. A new screw had to be ordered & replaced at a later date. And then the screw had to be retightened later because the new screw was not fully secure & the handle clicked & shifted when pulled. Jack came to my house on another day to take pics & measurements of the poorly fitting door for the manufacturer Provia to see/analyze. Opal provides no follow-up communications unless I call, text, or email them every 2wks & they finally got tired of trying to rectify my problems, so they pawned me off completely onto Provia. Tony f/ Provia came out on another day to take more pics & measurements. But Provia said all measurements were w/in their limits/tolerances. During Provia's 1st repair appt, Tony replaced my original frame threshold w/ a spring-loaded threshold, which didn't make much difference. He brought a replacement insulation strip for the bottom of the door, but after removing the door f/ its hinges, he realized the original strip was firmly glued onto the bottom of the door at the factory & the replacement strip was the wrong part. I'm still waiting for the new strip to be delivered & installed. It's been 11 months & counting since I contracted this job, it's still not done, & I don't believe this replacement door will ever close smoothly/easily. Opal no longer cares, nor do they contact me anymore, after I told co-owner Tara Dawn via email that I was not happy with this disastrous project & I was going to write a bad review online. Beware of Opal & Provia. I think Opal has internal employee retention problems since they told me they're short of crews & Jack is the only person available to do repairs. I asked for a price adjustment due to all my inconveniences & time on my days off wasted on unsuccessful repair/replacement appts, but Opal only gave me $250 refund on a $7800 job (3.2%) that's still not satisfactory after 11mos & at least a half dozen inspection & repair appts. A $7800 door should fit correctly & close smoothly w/out having to push hard & rubber squeaking noises. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

Plus we needed a basement window replace, where there previous owners had covered over. They did a fantastic job! Had most of my windows replaced by Opal in the fall of 2023. Crew was professional, respectful of my property, and tidy. Windows look great. I had no clean up afterward, they handled everything. Found some minor flaws in manufacturing of screens, so items were reordered, and replaced by employee Jose. Problems with weather stripping coming out of the groove needed replacing. Manufacturer sent plenty to cover a couple of windows where this was happening, and Jose was back out to the house. While the entire crew was great, I had the most contact with Ty and Jose. Purchased my front entry door August of 23. Initially had some communication problems with Opal during the scheduling phase but then an employee named Katie stepped in and everything was perfect. Not only was she great with scheduling but also took control of the situation when we had some minor issues with the casing around the door. Katie followed up after the initial installment and after the repairs were done. The door looks great and the price was far better than the other door providers we spoke to. In 2016 Opal installed our James Hardie siding and we were very happy with the service and product at that time. The reason they are now getting 1 star, we need a repair to our siding. We recently replaced the heater in our garage and now have a hole where the old heater vented outside. We know this is not warranty work and are willing to pay for the repair. It has been two and a half weeks, left 3 voicemails, even stopped by their office once, and have yet to receive a call back from them. These guys did our windows and siding several years ago. Last year we hsd a new patio door installed via Home Depot or Lowes. Their installer took out the old door and put in the new door, but left the wood beneath the door exposed to the weather. Consumer beware! I called Opal to see if they'd come over forbthis small job considering they did our house and windows. They were happy to oblige. Thank you! They had it done in about an hour. Opal just finished a very big project on my home. Overall I'm very happy with the project- the final product is beautiful. My project (3200sf home): Old stucco and siding torn off Wet/rotten plywood removed and replaced New exterior foam insulation and housewrap New Hardie Board siding New windows - all windows replaced with Anderson 400 series New trim around windows New gutters, downspouts, and leaf guards New soffits/fascia New ProVia front door New portico over the front entry Cost- over $100,000 My initial visit was with Jason who was awesome. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable and courteous. He presented me with a proposal and design for the home exterior which was great. It was definitely more expensive than I had budgeted for, but Hardie Board is pricey as are Anderson Windows (and apparently Provia front doors). I had several custom sized windows which added to the cost. I am sure I paid a premium for the quality of the work done, but as I state below, the crew was amazing. There was an initial miscommunication about the starting date. We thought the crew was starting beginning of June but they didn't start until the following week. After that, the crew arrived on time and was extremely courteous. They had their own porta-potty so they didn't need to come inside. They were quiet and courteous to the neighbors. The owner of Opal even brought my neighbors Starbucks gift cards to apologize for the mess (and the dumpster in my driveway). The work took several weeks to complete, but it was big job and the crew worked hard, often 9+ hours per day. If they encountered any issues they brought it to my attention right away. The crew leader, Miro, clearly prides himself in his work and does a great job. He and his guys were the best. A few days after the project was complete, I had an issue with one of my windows. I emailed Jason and within literally ten minutes, Miro was at my house (it was 7pm. I thought that was amazing.) My only complaint is the amount of damage to my landscaping and front porch that I wasn't expecting. The guys had to put some pallets on my front lawn, so there's a lot of dead grass. They had to walk in the bushes/plants to install the siding and windows, so those are all damaged. The paver bricks of my front porch couldn't withstand all the weight of the equipment either, so those are all loose. I understand that the damage is just a consequence of three weeks of guys and equipment, but I definitely wasn't budgeting for a lansdacping project in addition to the siding. Overall I was very impressed with Opal and especially with Jason and Miro. If you're looking for the cheapest work, this is not it. If you're looking for really well done work with the highest quality materials, go with Opal. read more

The installation crew was drinking beer on the job!! My husband and I got several quotes for replacing all of the windows in our home. Opal was one of the higher priced companies but seemed to have what we were looking for- good reputation, quality product, financing options and very attentive customer service. Once the delivery date came there was an issue and we weren't given 24 hours to make arrangements to be home before our delivery date was given to someone else. From this time everything seemed to become difficult with the company. We had to wait another month for delivery. During the installation the crew cut many corners on caulking, installed screens with holes in them, and tried to convince me that the work they did looked just like it did before if not better. I had to pull up pictures on my phone of what the home looked like previously and was put in a position to argue with the installation crew. I had to follow the crew around the house and ask them to make corrections as they were working. There was a sliding glass door that would not close unless you put a tremendous amount of force on it. The crew was not going to tell me there was a problem and when I brought it up one of the crew members tried to tell me it was fine and just needed time. I suspected they were drinking when I saw mysterious cans in the recylce bin outside but was too busy to say anything without being sure. The crew crammed a three day project into two very long days, they had to come back several times after that to bring materials and make repairs. Opal continued to try to process the full payment when the job was not done. I refused to sign the job completion form. I had to constantly tell the bank to not process the payments, I was texting and trying to coordinate the repairs needed to be made, and in more than one case the crew came to the home, took a look around and left. It took over two months for the job to be done and during that time I actually found a beer can shoved in a drawer in my bedroom. Nobody in my house drinks beer. I spoke with someone several times about this and they threw a gift card at me for taking the time to call them. They assured me the warranty will be fine and that they fired the crew. (After reading more reviews on the company this seems to be a common thing said to people.) I set up a time for someone else to call me because I was still concerned about the installation, upset about the crew drinking, and overall did not get the quality I had expected. That was a few weeks ago and no one has called me. I am a teacher and during the day it can be hard to take a call but I was texting with the company and did everything I could to voice my concerns. The windows are done and look good now, but because we are questioning the installation we are very worried that we may have problems in the future. We most certainly did not get what we expected or what we paid for and so far the company doesn't seem to care about it. In February 2022, we had Opal come out to replace our old stucco panel siding and trim boards, which covered about 2/3 of our house, with the remaining 1/3 being stone. We had just purchased the house 2 years earlier and loved the look of it, so we were thrilled that the James Hardie fiber cement stucco panel siding would be both an upgrade in quality and exactly match the current design/colors of our house. Also, compared to the other quotes we received, their price seemed very reasonable. During the whole process, Opal was very communicative and stayed true to their proposed timeline as the weather permitted. Our house looks great and I would highly recommend their services. An additional highlight that put Opal over the top for me - I should say at the start that the issue I'm about to mention was NOT Opal or James Hardie related -- was about 7 months after the job was completed, we started getting water below a valley in the roof where the siding met a roofline. I called Opal saying I believed I had an issue with the installation and was getting water in the house. They responded by sending someone to our house that same day. Opal determined their installation was indeed done correctly, but since we were getting water in the house, they continued to look for the issue. The issued turned out to be roof related (the prior owner cut a lot of corners), and even though Opal was NOT at fault with the issue I was having, they put a temporary fix in place and recommended I have a roofer come out for a more permanent fix the next season. That experience put me over the top, and even though I don't regularly review contractors, I made sure I gave Opal a shout out and a 5 star review. Not happy with this company. Had 3 windows and one patio door replaced at my condo. Because of an issue with the trim, they wanted to stop the work until I paid them $30 to replace the damaged trim. That is completely unacceptable to leave a customer's home uninhabitable and exposed to the elements for a $30 cost and for the record it cost me $7400 to replace those 4 items. And the constant harassment to leave a review and refer others to friends. Read the fine print when signing a contract with this company, you will be signed up to receive countless calls and junk mail to advertise for them. I would not recommend this company again. Again this is not a cheap project or replacing multiple pieces of damaged trim, this is completely stopping construction until the customer forks over extra money. Their salespeople cause vandalism and lie that the storm was the cause of the damage. I'm filing a law suite again them. They create a bunch of Google emails and use them to add positive reviews about who they are and what they do. Where in reality, they are scammers and over charge insurance companies. So if you want to keep your insurance policy and not get dropped, do no hire this company. Very poor experience. Do not recommend. We hired Opal to replace 20 windows in our home about 18 months ago. After a pleasant sales experience, things went south. Fast. My first red flag was the fact that on the first day of work, a man asked me to write a review of Opal in exchange for either a bottle of wine or a Starbucks gift card. I said I'd be happy to, but only after the work was done. He stood there awkwardly for a few moments before saying something like, "Okay but you have to promise to write the review." I remember thinking that it was odd. Now, of course, I suspect that this is the reason the company has had so many positive reviews on social media. (I've also seen reports of negative reviewers being bullied by company reps online, so I'm sort of dreading the response I'm sure I'll get for this.) Shortly after our project began, the crew ran out of the trim they needed to finish the interiors of our windows. They said they'd order more and be back in a few days. I figured, "well, that's annoying but okay." They left, without cleaning up the boards with nails sticking up out of them and caulk guns laying around my house. And they did not come back for nearly six weeks. SIX WEEKS. When they finally finished the job, we were very unhappy with the work. Cracks around the windows, uneven areas of drywall on the interiors, etc. And don't even get me started on the exterior. After popping the windows out, there were ragged areas of exposed cedar siding all around the windows. Opal tried to leave them like this. We asked them to fix this, and the crews slapped a single coat of paint over the exposed wood. It looked TERRIBLE. I was honestly embarrassed at how my house looked. We ended up repainting the exterior areas ourselves. The last stage of the project dragged out forever, with us asking Opal to come and fix the things that we didn't like, and Opal lying to us about their responsibility for the problems. (Insisting, for example, that the cracked drywall above a newly replaced window was an existing issue that had nothing to do with their recent haphazard work on that exact window...) After countless back and forths, we ended up just wanting to be done with the project, and so we signed off on everything, resigned to fixing their mistakes ourselves. If you're curious about this company, I suggest reading other reviews on this site. You'll find that I'm not alone in this situation. Process started November 3rd of 2021. The General Manager, Eli, came to the house and showed me all of the product offerings for a new entrance door with a sidelight and transom, a replacement window for the basement, and a specialty eyebrow window replacement in our master. I told Eli that I wanted one of the best doors they offer, to replace the builder grade door, and everything we are replacing needs to match the rest of the townhouses in our subdivision. Detailed quote was sent on the 17th. The quote included pictures of each item and the door showed the wrong transom window configuration. I was told that there was no picture option to show the transom configuration of 4 panes instead of 5 but he had taken pictures to insure the configuration will match with the existing door. I signed off on the paperwork and put down 30%. All three orders where custom, so the turnaround time was approximately 3 months and that also included some of there pandemic backups on supplies. In the months to follow I would receive a few automated emails a month on what to expect, manufacturing process, and what to do on the day of installation. The emails slowed down at the end of May and I finally reached out in April. The day I reached out they stated that everything was in and we set the installation date for April 26th. Opal workers arrived on time that morning and began the process. They started with removing all the old windows and door. As they unboxed the custom products I noticed that the door glass and eyebrow window glass were wrong. The basement window they were installing was considerably smaller than what they were replacing. I took pictures of everything and forwarded the information to there main office and received a fast response. I was told that the window inserts to make the configuration correct can be done after the install. The office manager looked at the picture on the quote for the door and stated that I signed off on 5 windows instead of 4 and I had to bring up the fact that there system had no pictured example of the 4 window layout but the General Manager guaranteed that all products would match the layout of the replacement. The basement window was installed and they used tons of foam and plywood to fill the gaps of where the old window was. I could hear the installers complaining after they unboxed the new window and initially put it in place because there was so much room on each side. If this was a custom measured window how come they installed a cookie cutter size that I could have bought at a big box store? The old window, without the frame, measured approximately 60 x 54 and the new window, without the frame, measured 48.5 x 48.5. This is the only window in the basement bringing in natural light. If this is a reasonable expectation then the sales team should have brought up the fact that replacement windows would be considerably smaller. If we were told this we would not have replaced the window at all. On top of the window being small you could see between the sliding glass as if there was no seals on the window at all. Air was coming in from the outside and there solution was to cut two pieces of thin molding in half, which did not close the gap. I was told that in order to fix everything it would take a couple months. I was not comfortable with paying the remainder of the $10,000. I wanted a guarantee that they would some how make this fix a priority, so we agreed to hold back $600. Two months turned into 5 months. The office manager called me once in that time frame and stated it would not be until September. It's now October and there has been no follow up. Maybe the $600 was less than what it would take to make the job right. For the first time in almost 20 years we have a gnat problem in the basement from that brand new Opal window. We would be better off just buying something to replace it. All in all there wasn't a single product that was right and the years of saving money to increase the value of our home was not what we were expecting. We will see if the pictures attached and review will get a response and then I can update it accordingly. Had a window estimate done and the initial contact went very well via phone calls. After the guy came out and we discussed what I wanted done I had to wait an unusually long time, well over a week, to get the estimate and that was only because I asked about why it was taking so long. The project is fully completed and the results are as follows: - Price- If price is a issue, perhaps these are not the droids you are looking for. The siding product(James Haride board), looks amazing! But having said that, you will pay more for the look. To be honest, the price was not nearly as bad as anticipated. Opal gave a number of suggestions and options to keep the project in alignment with my budget. - People - For the most part, everyone is great. Everyone was responsive.. especially Luke. I called him for minor issues on the project and he made sure to have them corrected. He even came out to sweep the surrounding exterior home for nails that might have been left behind in the grass during construction! - Results - The project was finished close to time and budget. Everything looks amazing! I would highly recommend talking with OPAL builders if you are considering home exterior work. Incompetence at its finest. ZERO star. I made a week early appointment for a full exterior and roof renovation for a house that I just purchased. Stacy confirmed that a man named Joe is coming over for the assessment on 7/13/2016. The renovation loan officer HUD consultant and I waited for hours but no one showed up. I tried to call the Opal office c/o Stacy's number but they don't even have an on-call number that works. I emailed if the man can give us a call for any form of notification if he will come or not. NOTHING, we waited and waited. No one called, emailed back, or came. Even today 7/16/2018 I checked my emails, nothing. If anyone is working on a tight schedule especially with time-sensitive home purchase or projects. 4.5 Stars Our project with Opal included re-siding and re-trimming our home with James Hardie Fiber Cement. We opted to include window and door crowns and sills to the front of the house, including the garage. We selected Deep Ocean for the siding color and Arctic White for the trim. In addition to the siding, we added a front portico to improve our home's entryway and gable vents to add some extra character. Finally, we also opted to replace our front stoop for the portico to rest on (third party). The team at Opal was amazing to work with. We started out with Ryan (our sales rep) who walked us through options and shared some ideas on the design. Ryan came out a second time to answer our questions as we shopped around, and gave us an awesome walk-through of what it would look like when complete. We decided to go with Opal because we really liked how their previous projects around the neighborhood turned out. We found that Opal was a bit more expensive for siding, but with all the additional options including the portico, their estimate came out around the same as other companies. We signed their digital agreement (which was really convenient) and kicked off our project. Ryan confirmed our production date and finalized all the details with us the week after signing. We felt pretty good at this point. It had rained A LOT this spring and the company we selected to pour our new front stoop was severely backlogged. Opal planned to start work in June and was actually ahead of their production schedule. We decided to move forward with Opal starting work early and catching up when the stoop was poured to build the portico. Tear down of the current siding began, and the crew was super great to work with. Steve, Jack, Mirek, and team were top notch. Mirek, who was on site every day, really is a pro at siding and building porticos. The final product looks amazing. Jack really helped us navigate through issues that popped up and gave us expert options to fix them right away. One major issue that came up was the front stoop delay because of weather backlogs. Opal was EXTREMELY flexible and finished the siding and came back out to complete the portico when the concrete was poured and fully cured (one month later!). We were pretty stressed out about it and Steve and Jack worked around it. Thanks Opal. Electric for the portico was an issue, too. We had to run electric separately as Opal did not have electricians on staff. Opal has very skilled staff, and I would recommend they cover all trades if possible to provide a full turnkey service. Overall, we are very happy with the work Opal did. I would recommend Opal for anyone looking to install James Hardy Fiber Cement. They have it down to a science and their work looks amazing! ​As a response to Tara: let me​ be clear, I sent an email out to you and your entire staff to fix things​, and when I got no response, I went to Google. Then you responded once you saw it to try and save face. Your company did not do any free work; our checks covered everything that was on our contract. When there were extras, we paid for them on the "job extra" forms. Absolutely nothing was for free, but you would have known that if you and your staff communicated. You and your team were upset that we asked you to ​make touch-ups to sloppy areas and did not make the final payment until done​. Any smart person knows that if we had made the final​ payment, your staff would not have come back. It is not professional to degrade people personally on here with personal attacks. But, I am quite stable, ​and I am not afraid of you and your team of bullies. Yes, you might have some good reviews here, but they could also be imposters.​ read more

My appointment for an estimate for siding was also rescheduled due to a "sick" employee. When they did come out (nice guy), we received an estimate for Hardie Board cement board siding, not for the vinyl siding we originally requested. When asked about the cost of their vinyl siding, the rep said to discount the Hardie Board estimate by about 30%...they are obviously trying to push the higher-priced product. And their financing rates were at least double of other contractors from whom we received quotes/estimates. Either way, their prices were MUCH higher that the other estimates we received...and from contractors who have done work for our neighbors who were extremely satisfied. Seem like nice people, but shop around...they are way overpriced for this area. read more

I contact Opal in mid-October of 2015 to see if they'd like to come out for an estimate on two windows. I was greeted with a pleasant staff member who spent a bit too long going through some details that weren't much concern to me. That said, they have very pleasant staff! I had an appointment for a gentleman to come out and give an estimate. On the day of the appointment, Opal called and had to cancel. They indicated their salesperson was "sick", but hoped to reschedule for a few days later. We had an appointment set for a few days later and Kate came out. Opal's process is a bit intrusive. This isn't the fault of the salesperson. Honestly, if I didn't have an overall bad experience, I would have just been mildly annoyed, but not complaining. Essentially, they spend 10-12 minutes interviewing you with questions to help their marketing (Why did you look for a home in Naperville, what factors influenced your decision to purchase, etc.). When (:) they politely respond to this, they'll say it is to serve their customers better. Kate then took about 45 minutes surveying the two windows. Pretty standard. Kate told me they have to visit again to provide the estimate. Again, not the fault of the salesperson. That said, this "tactic" (and please, it is a tactic, don't even argue) is frustrating to me. I'm busy. I don't want you to come out again so you can leverage the sale to its fullest (I don't imagine they use high pressure- just that friendly salesperson there again asking for your business). Service providers that require this are a waste of time to the consumer. We had another appointment set for the following Wednesday (1 week away). On Wednesday, Kate & I spoke 4 (!) times. Again, who has time for this? First she called to say she's sick (is this typical with their employees? Come on- I own a business and know how often people are sick overall). She wanted to reschedule. I was out of town the following days AND I took on another appointment from a separate contractor (separate job) that day knowing I needed to get home somewhat early. She agreed to keep the appointment. She called later, I didn't answer. She called again and I left a meeting to answer. She told me she'd have to check with her "guys" to see if they'd install only 2 windows. This fact was known when I made the first call- this was not new. I was explicit about this (thinking they might not be interested in coming out). At this point she said the quote should be around $3200 (I had previously stated I had a quote from Four Seasons at $2800). I told her this was ok- I'd prefer to do business with Opal. Kate called a 4th time to tell me she'd have to cancel the appointment. She said the installers told her they "thought" one of my windows was a "picture window" and they couldn't do my work. My synopsis: They wasted my time... on the phone initially, at my home, and later with the back & forth calls. Secondly, we've had quotes from them before. They MIGHT (?) have better quality, but the two quotes we've received (gutters and windows) were the highest of any vendor. My recommendation: If you want to spend a bit more to speak with pleasant people (they are all very pleasant- great manners, well spoken), do business with Opal. This way, their higher prices and lies won't sting as much as others! Oh... and please (!) do not call me to discuss. I've received this call before (we'll discount $150 off your purchase... "Oh, and would you consider modifying your review based on subsequent experiences?" I can't wait to see Tara's response. These business owners make me sick with their canned responses: "Please view our other 25 'shining reviews'", or whatever angle she'll try to spin in response to a honestly bad experience. We contracted Opal to do a small repair to some siding and part of the soffet that had fallen off of our house due to some high winds. They were very responsive to our requests and the repairs were done in a timely manner and look great. We would definitely contact Opal again for future siding repairs or replacement. read more

They went above and beyond the call, to make sure that I was satisfied with the job that they completed on my rental property in Naperville. OPAL replaced our windows several years back. They were very competitive in pricing, offered good choices for replacements and on the day of the install -- they were very quick, clean, and efficient. By pre-painting the wood framing of the windows at their location (and let me tell you they did a great job in matching the paint) there was little mess in our house during the day of the install. Opal's representative, Irving, came out and talked with us about windows and gave us a price that was much lower than the other estimate we had received, and the windows looked very similar and operated similarly. When we decided that we could not afford to do the whole job at that time, Irving suggested that they could do the three windows we were most concerned about. That was the invitation we needed, so we signed the contract. The company even sent a man out to be sure the installation could be done properly, and the company kept in touch with us during the weeks the windows were being built. When the installation day arrived the two installers were friendly and proficient. And quite impressively, Tom came out that same day to interview us and ask about our dealings with the company and the installers, which, of course, had been excellent. Then Jack appeared in a few hours to be sure (taking photos) that the installation was done according to their protocols. We couldn't be happier. read more
