While JJ wasn't the lowest, they were the most comprehensive. For example, all of the other quotes quoted the shingles and work, but JJ Construction quoted shingles, tiles, gutters, and all hardware (new fans/vents/gutters). They are highly skilled. They did not rush the project (who wants a roofer who rushes?) and cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent. They installed Class 4 shingles, which lowered my home owners insurance by 20%. Scott's perseverance and attention to detail was beyond her expectations, and she highly recommends Olsson after his visit. He spent a good deal of time at her townhome inspecting the roof and gutters attempting to determine where the leak was coming from, and did what he could to mitigate any further damage to her walls/windows.
