Great workmanship. Very professional and was able to replace the trim work as well which the other companies weren't willing to do. Very reasonable pricing. read more

Our 30 year old, builders grade patio door was in dire need of replacement so we started doing research and receiving quotes from various vendors. Naperville Windows and Doors stuck out immediately to me with quick communication via email and phone, along with free in-person consultation. There were no gimmicks, no games, no pressure to purchase, and a full out the door price (no pun intended) with no additional fees that would come later. Other people I spoke with tried to put some pressure on me with timelines and costs, but I don't do business with places like that. Don and Sandy were great and easy to work with, timelines were exactly what they mentioned, and the day of install couldn't have gone more perfectly. Jereen came by and did an incredible job on the install, with beautiful trim finishing around the interior / exterior and sealing everything up beautifully. The work was also completed in about 5 hours which was very speedy and efficient. The pricing was right in our budget and extremely competitive with all other vendors we spoke with, but the level of customer service exceeded everyone else by far. We'll continue to do business with them for all of our door / window needs in the future, looking forward to working with them again! Best, Charlie read more

Naperville Windows & Doors - looks amazing!! - Windows Installation Near Me - Naperville, Illinois

We had a great experience with Naperville Windows & Doors. One of our windows was blown off our house by violent winds during a thunderstorm. We did our best to seal off the opening with thick plastic and tape until we could get the window replaced but knew that wouldn't last long. One company we called wanted over $500 just to nail plywood over the opening. In the meantime, we called two window companies to get estimates for the replacement. The first company spent very little time and was rather short with us. They offered nothing in the way of covering the opening for the 6-8 weeks it would take for the new window. Then we called Naperville Windows & Doors. Their representative came to our house and took time to listen to us and address our concerns. Shortly after receiving our estimate (which, by the way, was over $1000 lower than the first company for the same window), Don (who I believe is the owner) came out to get exact measurements. When he saw the gaping hole in our house & our makeshift repair, he offered to nail the old window into place and seal the opening so we wouldn't be without a window for 2 months. When we tried to pay him for his trouble, he wouldn't take any money. Very impressive customer service! Needless to say, we chose to go with NWD. When our window came in, Joe came to install it. He was super nice & did a fantastic job! The window is beautiful & very solid. We were very happy with our experience with NWD and would whole-heartedly recommend them. In fact, we plan to begin replacing our other windows over the next few years & will go with NWD again when we do. Thanks again! read more

My experience was amazing. From the very start to the end. Very professional. They are a great company. I looked into some of the bigger window companies and did not have a good experience. I highly recommend. read more

We window shopped for several months, getting 4 bids on several types of windows. We asked for a list of past work and checked out 3 past jobs by ND&W. Were happy with what we saw and signed them up. Very satisfied with the completed work. Their 2 man crew worked hard and finished our job in 2 days, and the windows look great. They took the old windows out, removed old trim to the rough window opening, used water barrier tape on the bottom, installed the new windows and new trim and then clad the new trim with aluminum and caulked. They also used low expansion foam insulation both in and outside to seal and insulate the window opening. No more breezes coming thru the wall! The crew had a lot of experience doing the work which is something I looked for when getting bids. The window you select is important, but so is the crew that will be installing it...the crew that did ours was careful and precise, expertly leveling the windows, etc. And the new trim inside looks spectacular. We had them stain it for us in their warehouse before the install. Beautiful job on the stain and mitiring... This is a smaller company, and had pricing well below one of the big companies that we got a quote from, for the exact same windows. It pays to shop around a bit. read more

Naperville Windows and Doors offered us a great price. The install team was efficient and friendly.

Working with Naperville Windows and Doors was a pleasure. Compared to other contractors I have worked with, I wish I could give NWD a 10 out of 5. This includes quality, value, responsiveness, and professionalism. If your looking for new windows, get some quotes, but I suspect you'll end up choosing NWD like I did. No regrets. read more

One of the easiest remodel projects I've had. Don was patient while I took weeks to chose a paint color for the wood interior of my windows, providing samples each time. Mid-priced and we appreciated no upsell. Crew was very professional, pleasant & knowledgable! They also replaced our window trim and it looks great. Would use them again in a heartbeat! read more

We got 4 quotes for windows, and while Naperville Windows & Doors wasn't technically the cheapest, it felt like the best deal by far in terms of customer service and quality. I also appreciated that they didn't enforce a minimum number of windows like many companies I spoke with. We got three full frame window replacements, and all are beautifully done. We've had them for several months now with zero issues. I will return in the future if we ever have another window or door project. read more

I had NW&D replace my exterior doors a few years ago and more recently had them replace 3 casement windows. The old casement windows all developed leaks in the thermopanes that caused a permanent fog. Don came over and suggested replacing them with awning windows. Since the windows are located on the southwest side of the house and get a lot of sun exposure, I opted to go with fiberglass replacements for better durability, specifically Marvin/Infinity Ultrex fiberglass. Their installer, Joe, arrived in the morning and worked 8 hours straight to remove the old windows and install the new ones. Joe was very careful and detail-oriented in doing the work, and it really shows in the end result. Since I used NW&D previously and it was a very positive experience, I didn't feel the need to shop around for quotes. From prior experience I knew the quality of their installation was going to be first-rate and the price was going to be fair for the quality of the product, and I was not disappointed. Highly recommend Naperville Windows & Doors. read more

We did not end up going with Naperville Windows & Doors simply because we wanted a different window/product they don't offer - HOWEVER we were very impressed by their responsiveness, efficiency and helpfulness in our window decision making process. We may return to them when we go to update our doors. Sandy was very prompt in getting back to us and fielded multiple quotes very quickly. We were also impressed by the level of detail in the quotes and attention to quality that they clearly value. I'm sure that if we had chosen them to update our windows, we would be happy. read more

They just finished installing 14 windows on our house and I have to say I have never had such a positive experience with any home service company. Don was great but, it was Sandy's quick responses with answers to our questions that really closed the deal. The price was very competitive and the Marvin Windows are fantastic. Special shout out to the install crew. Joe and Jerry were terrific. They did a great job. The workmanship is top notch. They accommodated a few special requests and when they were done you couldn't tell they had been here. They cleaned up everything inside and out. We are so very happy with the the whole experience. I cannot recommend Naperville Windows and Doors highly enough. We are completely satisfied. 10 Stars!! read more

This is a small operation but they won't disappoint! Their prices are unbeatable! They came in at half the price of Pella and about $7K less than another local place (and that place was offering a discount on installation so their price would've been even higher). Don came out for a quote and he didn't spend an hour giving us a lengthy sales pitch like the other two we had sat through. He did his measurements and was on his way, then we got a call with the quote. The windows took a while to come in because of COVID, but that's how everyone is right now. Two guys came to install and it only took a day and a half for 16 windows. They cleaned up after themselves and were very prompt. Highly recommend! read more

Communicative, everything was done when it was expected, in the time frame promised. COVID safety protocols are followed. And my beautiful windows and patio door were put in with minimum disruption to my life - I was able to continue working from home both day of installation. Peter showed me everything, explained how windows/door work, what was done, etc. I am a very happy customers - few months after the installation I can see the difference in air conditioning use and noise reduction. Plus they look beautiful and everything works as expected :) read more

If you want great new windows, call Naperville Windows & Doors! Soooo professional - from the office to the quote process to installation. Don, Sandy and Peter were fantastic. We hired Naperville Windows after interviewing several window companies. They have been amazing to work with from day 1. Today they completed our project. It came out beautiful. I highly recommend their services. read more

I waited to see how the window installation held up over the winter. We had all our windows, sliding doors, large picture windows and front door replaced late fall. Don was great to work with...no pressure sales tactics. He is direct and to the point and he will be honest with you throughout the process. His installers (Joe and Peter) are real pros. I watched them do the work and they are precise...no short cuts. If they find some issues that needs to be addressed, they will tell you. In our case, our original sun room window was not installed properly and caused major leaks that rotted the wood around the casing. They suggested getting the framing and the wood behind the sidings to be inspected before they installed the window. Ultimately, we asked around for quotes from other contractors, but decided to work with Peter and Joe to do the under siding work...they did great. I trust Naperville Windows and Doors and if they are still around 20-30 years from now then I'll be sure to look them up again. BTW...we installed Simonton vinyl windows...they're great. And we spoke with nine different companies and did our due diligence before selecting Naperville Windows and Doors. read more

They did great work and the prices were very competitive. We had a very complicated window to install due to its size and shape, and NWD was the only company we quoted with that was confident in addressing that window and didn't try to price gouge us for it. The owners are very accessible and committed to making sure the homeowner is happy before collecting the final payment. They're a great, honest business to work with! read more

NW&D just completed installation of replacement windows for my entire home. I shopped 4 companies and chose NW&D based on best pricing, great reviews, and a guy who knows his stuff (helped me with many decisions about windows overall as well as one special order window). Easy communication throughout the process from initial estimate to final install. No high pressure sales. Installers were on-time, friendly, professional, and hard-working. Don't know why you would want to get windows anywhere else. read more

We had a very positive experience with this company. Very professional from the start to the finish. Don was very helpful and so was the office staff. The quote we received was very competitive (we obtained quotes from several different companies including Lowes). Based on the good online reviews for this company we decided to go with them and we were not disappointed. The two member crew who came to install the windows knew what they were doing, were very accommodating to our requests and seemed to be experts at what they were doing. Over-all a very positive experience. read more

This is the place to go for very fair pricing, quality products, excellent customer service, and top notch installation. We needed to replace the two garage windows on our 1985 home. Don (owner) did the estimating in-person and was great to deal with. He clearly presented options and did not try to oversell the job like the competition did. He suggested and we chose exactly the right product for the situation. Sandy (owner) handles the office side and she was very pleasant to deal with and either answered the phone immediately or returned the call quickly. The installers were friendly, helpful and highly skilled. They showed up as scheduled- no BS "we will be there" then they aren't. I cannot say enough good things about this company and will use them again. read more
