We change the lightbulb and it would last a week or two and then go out so thinking we needed to replace the whole thing we were going to have a repairman come out, but she happened to ask me if we used a regular lightbulb or a LED bulb and I said I wasn't sure I would have to go check, but I thought it was an LED cause she said those don't always work too well and could give a person problems so she suggested I checked that first and changed to a regular lightbulb first before even setting up an appointment we did change it and just as she said the problem stopped and it was all good. We were very appreciative that she was so honest and could've just sold us a new garage door opener at hundreds of dollars we definitely will call them in the future when we do have an issue or need to replace our garage door or door openers as I can see they are a very honest and helpful business.

Either way, we needed help. Ryan H came out and provided his expert guidance and recommendation. He praised the condition and merits of our existing door, but recognized if we wanted an upgrade we could totally go for that. He assured me the bracket fix would be simple enough and very reasonably priced (which it was!). In talking to the company before Ryan came out, they also indicated that - should we decide to replace the door entirely, they'd credit the amount paid here toward a new door - which was awesome to know. That said, Ryan worked his magic and the door looked and worked great. While he added the new bracket, he was sure to respect the current door and did not have to make any new holes to the door/keeping everything in tact. Couldn't be happier with his professionalism, practical approach, and effectiveness. Throughout the whole time, he was not only patient and informative in explaining reasoning and justification for all of the things, but he was also friendly, approachable, and genuinely displayed a passion and care for his work. Thank you all!
