He came out and gave a free estimate and fit me in a week later even though he is very busy. The rot is gone and beautiful pine wood that is better than the original wood is in its place. I would STRONGLY caution anyone considering this company…read more My 83-year-old grandmother (who has macular degeneration disease causing her to lose her eyesight and she is almost blind) switched to a different lawn care provider this year to save money. Despite that, Green T services showed up, saw the sign in the lawn for the other company, REMOVED the new company's sign from her yard, and re-treated her lawn without permission. Then they handed her a $90 bill for the service. They are now attempting to charge her $90 for a service she did NOT request, claiming there is a clause that automatically renews service unless you call again to cancel. When my mother spoke with two managers about this, they dismissed the situation and even accused her of "pulling the elderly card," while insisting my grandmother is still required to pay. That response was not only unprofessional, but incredibly insensitive given the circumstances. Jeff at Green T services claimed they will "turn her over to collections" for a $90 charge SHE DID NOT GIVE PERMISSION TO DO. They are saying they have sent her 3 emails and 2 letters and said since she "failed" to read it, she is at fault although SHE CANNOT READ! The worker at Green T did not come to the door before asking for the service they PULLED OUT THE OTHER COMPANYS SIGN, RESPRAYED HER LAWN, and now are still insisting she pay. RIDICULOUS and absolutely terrible customer service. Removing another company's sign, performing unauthorized service, and then speaking to customers this way is unacceptable. This feels deceptive and predatory--especially toward an elderly, visually impaired customer with a limited income. If you're considering using this company, read every detail of your contract and document everything. We will absolutely be disputing this charge. Jeff and the Director at Green T services are EXTREMELY unprofessional. Recently I had a slight cleaning accident in my kitchen (knocked a piece of trim off a cabinet). Even though it is a full year passed the warranty time when I called RHI they responded to my plea for help! They arrange to have my same superintendent come to my home, take a look and yes, he was able to reinstall the trim for me. I find that an amazing example of taking care of the customer!
