Your service person Cameron was at our house on 8/10 in answer to my call to your office concerning some crabgrass in certain areas of my lawn. He demonstrated genuine concern for my issues. Cameron sprayed the areas in question and assured me that in 5 to 7 days the crabgrass would be eliminated. He was correct. It has cleared up. Cameron was courteous and professional. I would STRONGLY caution anyone considering this company. My 83-year-old grandmother (who has macular degeneration disease causing her to lose her eyesight and she is almost blind) switched to a different lawn care provider this year to save money. Despite that, Green T services showed up, saw the sign in the lawn for the other company, REMOVED the new company's sign from her yard, and re-treated her lawn without permission. Then they handed her a $90 bill for the service. They are now attempting to charge her $90 for a service she did NOT request, claiming there is a clause that automatically renews service unless you call again to cancel. When my mother spoke with two managers about this, they dismissed the situation and even accused her of "pulling the elderly card," while insisting my grandmother is still required to pay. That response was not only unprofessional, but incredibly insensitive given the circumstances. Jeff at Green T services claimed they will "turn her over to collections" for a $90 charge SHE DID NOT GIVE PERMISSION TO DO. They are saying they have sent her 3 emails and 2 letters and said since she "failed" to read it, she is at fault although SHE CANNOT READ! The worker at Green T did not come to the door before asking for the service they PULLED OUT THE OTHER COMPANYS SIGN, RESPRAYED HER LAWN, and now are still insisting she pay. RIDICULOUS and absolutely terrible customer service. Removing another company's sign, performing unauthorized service, and then speaking to customers this way is unacceptable. This feels deceptive and predatory--especially toward an elderly, visually impaired customer with a limited income. If you're considering using this company, read every detail of your contract and document everything. We will absolutely be disputing this charge. Very disappointing and concerning experience we DO NOT RECOMMEND this service company to anyone who doesn't want to get scammed and spoken to with disrespect. Shame on this company. All we wanted was to get new weeds treaded. What we got was an employee by the name of "Brian" talk over my wife and raise his voice to make his opinion stand out. It did and now we have asked for our remaining money pre-paid given back. There must be better services out there looking for business and willing to stand behind what they say. We have been using Green T to treat our lawn, which we are very happy with that service once again. However, we have two birch trees that looked "stressed" last year and hired Green T to treat both of them for pests. It improved both trees, but still one struggled. This year, that tree looks awful and we called to ask why it was so after four treatments already this year. They told me we "might" have to hire an "Arborist", but would send someone to check on it. They left a message that the tree had Leaf Minors. I spoke with someone at Green T and they said they dont treat those kind of pests. So, what have we been paying for for one and a half years? We werent informed in the beginning that their pest service was limited to certain pests - why was the problem just now diagnosed? We had to cancel upcoming treatments as they are not treating the orginal problem and we are now about to lose our beautiful tree and have the cost of hiring an "Arborist" or paying to have the tree removed after hundreds of dollars spent on wasted pest treatments. Love the lawn service, but so disappointed in the tree service! read more

Daniel was in to clean out vents and carpet today - he was on time, friendly, clean and stayed late to make sure everything was perfect....we are delighted!! This is for lawn service: We live in West Chicago. You used them before they stopped doing the lawn service. We restarted with them back in 2024. We did the prepaid plan but only had 6 applications done on our lawn because we started with them a month late. Anyway...we didn't have a problem with them in the first couple of applications but then started noticing they were only doing our back yard because our ring bell was not picking them up in front. So, we called and complained. They sent him back out to do it. We also asked for them to start calling prior to coming out and they cannot come on certain days as we wanted to be there when they came to do our lawn. Well it happened 2 more times. Not doing the front lawn. So, we called and complained both times again. They wanted us again this year for the first application. So, we asked for them to call and get the credit card information on Monday. The tech was also coming to do that first application as well on that day. Guess what?! The tech only did the backyard again. We called and complained again. We told Steve we didn't see him doing it nor did our Ring camera pick him up. How can your tech be here for only 5 minutes. Steve said that if he came, there wouldn't be any fertilizer in the front yard. I said yes. We are done with this company. I'm not paying $57 for a half ass lawn treatment. We had this problem last year! He said he would cancel the service and would not charge us for it. Just be aware of this. I don't know if these people are new but, what lawn service only does half the yard? But charges you full price? read more

3/24/25 Cesar and Alezar of Green-T came to our home to clean our carpets, our air ducts, and our dryer vent. We were a bit leery at first; should we have hired a firm that specializes in carpet cleaning to do our carpets and maybe an HVAC or similar firm to do our air ducts? Did we make the right decision by opting for a firm like Green-T that, as their ads say, does it all? In the wake of the terrific job Cesar and Alezar did on our air ducts, our dryer vent, AND on our carpets, the answer is an unequivocal YES! These two gentlemen, and I use the term in the genuine sense, were sensational. We are breathing clean air again after not having had our ducts cleaned for the entire 31 years we have lived here. Our dryer vent is clean and our dryer is fresher and more efficient. Our carpets are spotless, nearly gleaming from the thorough cleaning that Cesar and Alezar performed. In addition, we now have a relationship with Green-T, a firm that can do many things around our house; if everybody at Green-T is even nearly as good as Cesar and Alezar, Green-T will be our first call. read more

We hired them to clean the ducts and dryer vent in our 3 story townhome. Luis Gonzalez was our tech. He arrived on time, explained everything he would do and approximately how long it would take. He worked very efficiently, didn't seem to take any longer than necessary. He took a couple pictures of our ducts and showed us as he went along. With the entire house ducts being cleaned, the dryer vent was free. While I do feel the overall cost was a little pricey, it gave us peace of mind for our home and dryer vent to be clean. I also took into consideration that we have not cleaned them in the 16 years we've lived there. Luis was very friendly, professional and personable. I would use Green T again. read more
