They made a lot of errors and were very slow. ***Then we switched to Mr. Handyman and everything turned around for the better.*** Kevin and Ray got more done in half a day than the two other workers accomplished in two days. And Keven and Ray did a much more professional, higher quality job. Our activities included electrical (over 40 switches and outlets replaced!), painting, basement ceiling track replacement, painting and installation of a basement handrail, sump pump work, exterior caulking, and duct replacement and sealing. Their hourly rate might be a little higher than some of their competitors, but their total cost, due to their expertise and work ethic, was far less. It was a bit of a tricky job due to the trim being arched, which meant it had to be traced and cut appropriately. I had the pleasure of contacting David, whom I asked several questions of how he would go about the process and I felt very comfortable with everything he walked through. He scheduled the work for a couple weeks out, text notifications let me know when he would be arriving and he was able to complete everything within a few hours. David cut the replacement beautifully using PVC so there is no maintenance on it in the future and caulked / sealed up all points of exposure to rain. He was very efficient, kind, and answered all the questions I had since I'm learning to do these kinds of tasks on my own.
