I had the pleasure of contacting David, whom I asked several questions of how he would go about the process and I felt very comfortable with everything he walked through. He scheduled the work for a couple weeks out, text notifications let me know when he would be arriving and he was able to complete everything within a few hours. David cut the replacement beautifully using PVC so there is no maintenance on it in the future and caulked / sealed up all points of exposure to rain. He was very efficient, kind, and answered all the questions I had since I'm learning to do these kinds of tasks on my own. Our activities included electrical (over 40 switches and outlets replaced!), painting, basement ceiling track replacement, painting and installation of a basement handrail, sump pump work, exterior caulking, and duct replacement and sealing. Their hourly rate might be a little higher than some of their competitors, but their total cost, due to their expertise and work ethic, was far less.
