My garage door broke on a Thursday night. I Googled and found a few places that claimed to be local and have extended hours service, so I called a few places that all ended up leading to the exact same dispatch center in Vernon Hills. I didn't want to deal with a company that wasn't local and didn't have a presence to stand behind their work. B&B Garage Door was the most "Local" place that actually had good reviews, so I called them on Friday morning when they opened. Nice lady answered the phone, told me she had an appointment in an hour as there was a tech somewhat in my area. I didn't expect a same day appointment, let alone someone within an hour. So I rushed home from work in Downers Grove to meet the tech. Tech arrived early and actually waited for me to get home from work. I couldn't even get into the garage as the overhead door was the only means of entry, but 30 minutes later he had gotten into the garage, replaced the cables from the spring, and lubed the track. The tech was very friendly, explained what happened, and explained what he'd be doing to repair the door. This is the kind of place I like to do business with - local, family owned, and the price was very fair and I was back in business quickly. I am so please to had picked B&B Garage Door. My husband just passed away a few months ago and I begin to have issues with my garage door. My husband always took care of these things,so I had no ideal what to do or who to call. I Called Brian and Angela to schedule maintenance on my old loud garage door that was 15 plus years old. It was a Genie chain driven garage door opener. I wasn't happy with how loud it was so I decided to purchase a lift master belt driven elite series to replace it. I was shocked how reasonable the price it was and so was my wife so we didn't hesitate to go ahead and purchase a new one. I was beyond happy with the friendly customer service from start to finish.
