"Doors by Russ" had someone in the office to take our call, and they put us on the list for the following day. They notified us the serviceman, Danny, was on the way, and he arrived within 30 minutes as promised. Danny was quite personable as well as knowledgeable about his job, and he finished installing the new spring in very short order. I was more than satisfied with the repair and the price was quite reasonable. I recommend "Doors by Russ" for garage door repair without reservation. (Thanks, Danny!!)

I was met with nothing but rude condescending attitude from this woman. I was told $100 just to have someone give me an estimate? She like yes we charge $100 per hour and minimum of an hour. So I left a review of this and was called back by her boss Margerory. Let me say now I know why the first rep was rude and condescending..... it was the same treatment by Margerory as well. Then after this rude belittling conversation from her POOF my previous review vanished..... they started the quote at $1000 when I had been $850 from another company I will definitely just wait for the other company to get back to me.

One, the wire cable located at the bottom end of the door is frayed and could snap without notice. Two, the rollers that guides lowering/raising the garage door is either rusted and past it's prime. Since I can't remember that last time I had my door serviced, I ok's the work to be done. All in all, it costs me $330 and in my opinion, it's was a fair price. Are you looking for a reasonably priced garage technician? These guys at The Door Doctors are…read moremechanical geniuses! They can fix anything, but they've really honed their skills on garage doors. My family, like many others, uses my garage door every day. It opens at least 25 times a day, . If you add the opening and closing of the door's , it's probably around 10,000 times a year. But here's the thing: my garage door was heavy and noisy. It was a real struggle wearing out my garage opener. Kevin, the technician, came to my rescue. He accurately weighed the doors, calculated the right springs, tensioned them correctly, and tuned the door to a gentle close. My wife is so happy since the garage door no longer can be heard in the upstairs bedroom every time someone comes in or out through the day. The Door Doctors did such a fantastic job on my first garage door I decided to have them work their magic on my other door even though it was already operational. When I compared it next to their work it was very obvious it was originally installed by total amateurs! Now both of the doors operate smoothly, and our counter balance to weigh almost nothing. I suspect this type of attention to detail will add considerable longevity and not require replacing springs frequently. Thanks again, Kevin! You're a true professional. And guess what? They also sell a replacement sprocket( SPEEDGEAR X2) for belt-driven garage door openers. He was able to install these on both of my LiftMaster belt driven door openers, fixing the known issue of slow opening. https://youtu.be/rI0ueaMyKSg?si=wVpEe1RpKOkharx9 I highly recommend them to anyone who needs garage door repair or maintenance. They're the best in the business!
