Exceptional Service from ProLift Garage Doors of Plainfield…read more My experience with ProLift Garage Doors of Plainfield was outstanding from start to finish. I first reached out to them through Angie's, as my wife and I needed a completely new garage door setup tailored to some very specific needs. We wanted a system that was ultra-quiet, fully compatible with our smart home setup for remote operation, and able to integrate seamlessly with our home security system. From the first phone call, Sam, the owner, stood out from the competition. His deep knowledge of his products and their capabilities gave me immediate confidence. Unlike other companies--some of whom never even followed up--Sam took the time to understand exactly what we needed and provided clear, expert guidance on the best solutions available. The experience only got better when our installer, Ruben, arrived. Living in Naperville, I really appreciated the professionalism of the clearly branded, well-maintained company vehicle he arrived in--a small detail that added to my confidence in the company. Ruben was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, not only installing our new opener flawlessly but also taking the extra step to inspect and service our springs at no additional charge to ensure the quietest operation possible. He worked quickly, cleanly, and efficiently, all while keeping me informed throughout the process. ProLift Garage Doors of Plainfield exceeded my expectations at every level. If you're looking for a team that is knowledgeable, professional, and truly goes the extra mile, I highly recommend them!
