The worst service! I am expecting 6 packages, worth over $2,300 that I ordered about 2 weeks ago. Tracking said my packages would be delivered on 12/10 then it changed to 12/11 then 12/12 and now it's 12/13 and still no delivery. OnTrac keeps updating tracking message as "will deliver next business day" although it states on the tracking that service commitment is 12/10. I've been sitting at home all day for the past few days waiting on my packages as I don't want them left at my front door when I'm not home and they get stolen. There's been a lot of package theft around my area so I'm trying to avoid that, but I have a life, OnTrac! Their tag line is "on time for less"... On time?! What a joke! The company has terrible service. Oh, and I gave up calling their customer service. I called several times and was on hold for over an hour. Never got a chance to speak to anyone. I opted to contact them by email, it's been 2 days, and no response. Update (12/16/19): I received 3 of my orders on 12/13 and 2 orders on 12/14. Two boxes were from Forever 21 and 3 boxes from Fashion Nova. The last order from FN that I was expecting had a commitment date of 12/12 but I did not receive it until 12/23. Although extremely untimely and unprofessional, I'm just glad my orders did not get lost and all came before Christmas so I'm bumping my review up a star. I did, however, have to call OnTrac's customer service TWICE to speak to them about my last order. Each time I called, I was on hold for over an hour. read more

Worst delivery service! Package was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago and never showed. The notes say they "attempted" to deliver which I a complete lie! People were home all day waiting for the package. There are no gates or codes or anything to get to the front door either. They simply didn't do their job and put a stupid false note on the delivery status. Stop using this service!! read more

Worst courier ever. Can't even count the times they've claimed they delivered to my rural address yet nothing arrived. I have a driveway alarm and motion activated cameras, so I know exactly when deliveries happen. I will not patronize any business that I know uses OnTrac for shipping. They are liars. read more

Worst delivery company ever. Non existent customer service. Say the package is delivered and guess what it wasn't. Shows packaged delivered. Contacted support and received generic response to wait 2 days and then contact the SELLER. My cameras showed no movement at the time of delivery. Asked to have delivery driver confirm delivery with proof, as it could possibly be corrected that day if it was the wrong address, but that isn't possible. Poor service, bad experience. Terrible Service. I got a notice saying there was an attempted delivery but there was either a safety concern or my package required a signature. When I see my item is being delivered by OnTrac I cringe. I always get other people's packages. Granted I live in an apartment complex but the numbers are clearly marked on buildings. I have even gone as far as making a large magnetic sign for our door saying the last name and what address my place actually is and still I get other people's packages with a totally different # address. When I order something they never deliver it to my building address and I receive a confirmation delivery picture that is clearly not my front door and I have to go search every building in my complex. When I see it's coming from OnTrac I immediately sign up for text updates. And as soon as I get delivery confirmation I Rush to the door and of course it's not there and start searching my complex. I have even tried calling within minutes but they don't answer the phone and of course no answering machine. I have even let it ring for 15 minutes straight and someone picks up and hangs up immediately without saying anything. Now I started reporting item not received on the website with description saying picture is not my apartment. Even corporate never follows up to see what's up. Amazon, UPS, FedEx and even USPS deliver fine. Why can't OnTrac get there act together???? Maybe it's just lazy delivery drivers they higher. read more

Three different weeks, three different packages and never received my package. I have even called and made special notes for them to leave it with the ring doorbell and they do not. My very expensive packages have been in two separate towns 10 minutes away from my house since 6am according to their unhelpful basic tracking site. It is now 5 pm. I suspect I'm not getting my packages today. I work night shifts and didn't sleep to avoid missing the packages. Now, I've been waiting on a customer service agent for 20 minutes. I need to sleep! IT IS ALWAYS THIS COMPANY THAT FAILS TO DELIVER WHEN THEY " COMMIT" to a delivery date and time. And no, this is not due to COVID. I dealt with them at the beginning of 2019 last year and it was the same story. I subscribed to a company's monthly service and now they are going to lose my business because they use such an unreliable delivery service. Ontrac is far from being on track of anything. Advice: make sure the company you are placing orders with is not going to use this company unnless you could care less about delivery dates and times. read more

Total nightmare. Target uses them almost exclusively in and around Native American Reservations in Northern California (around Klamath, Eureka, Crescent city, etc.,) and packages shipped by OnTrac never arrive. The tracking number Target had assigned respective orders never work. OnTrac makes up and consistently replaces numbers merchant issue with numbers that don't work. (Aren't recognized.) It's almost impossible to call OnTrac or contact them, or track packages. Deliberately so. Packages ship via OnTrac to many areas never arrive. Period. Packages shipped to San Francisco are usually stolen as they are delivered as late as 10:30 at night and left outside the gate on the street. There is no notification of delivery, and doorbells aren't even rung to alert recipients. Even small packages that could be slipped under or through the wrought iron gate. A neighbor recently had her badly needed diabetes items stolen. More and more companies, like Home Depot, are using them, and again, packages shipped to or near to Native American Reservations disappear into a black hole. It had happened many, many times, to many people. It's an obvious pattern. Customers cannot get companies to stop shipping via OnTrac, even after issuing numerous refunds because of non-receipt of orders. The companies can see what is happening, but obviously don't care - apparently figuring not enough customers bother to track shipments or will even know the packages disappeared. I've had to stop using companies to ship items to more remote locations because of all the packages that never arrived. That hurts the people the packages were meant for, the companies using OnTrac, and the people trying to help others. If I could give OnTrac a minus 10, I would. All they ever actually deliver is stress and misery and worry and frustration. read more

This company is shady. They often mark the package delivered and signed for, then deliver it the next day or even later. Customer service says to wait a day and maybe it will be delivered. Well, that's helpful-- they apparently deliver my package into a time portal with a random delay before it appears on my porch. read more

This is the worst shipping company ever!!!! I have been waiting for four deliveries and all of them have been hung up in their system. One is at their Visalia location and I was told it was due to inclement weather. Hello we are in California and are NOT having inclement weather. Calling them is a complete joke have spent over 6 hours dealing with this crap. Was told one of the four items I have been waiting for was out for delivery that was three days ago so seriously what the hell.. They are saying the delays are due to the holidays and I say BS to that because I have had issues with them before when it wasn't the holidays. Note to self to check in the future when buying online and if Ontrac is the shipper being used FORGET IT!!! No item is worth all thi Oh and gave one star because yelp won't let a zero star review through.. So I ordered from Bath and Body Works my order came today and was totally damaged. Here are pictures of the box. Looks like the box was opened and taped back up. I seriously do not know how this shipper stays in business. read more

These guys suck. They constantly mark my packages delivered and they aren't. They have dropped my package off at USPS for them to deliver the next day or so. Or they themselves deliver it the next day. I have a camera on my door and they do not come by. It literally has an option though that says is your package marked delivered but it is not. LOL! Gee I wonder why. read more

When I found out yesterday that my Blue Apron order was being delivered by OnTrac I thought I was screwed. If my order wasn't delivered today the food would be ruined. My order was delivered at around 10:45am and delivered right to the door, tucked it in the corner of the wall and door, and rang the doorbell (left a note on the door asking them to). I placed the order yesterday. By the way, OnTrac requires the driver to take a picture of the delivery (like other independent contractor delivery companies) so if they claim they delivered, they're going to have a hard time proving it. I checked my tracking and it shows the photo at my front door. Also always put a note on the door for them to ring the doorbell so even if you're not home, they think you are, and won't do anything shady like steal it after taking the photo. read more

Terrible!!! Another one star review, they obviously do not care. Holding my package and will not deliver or allow pick-up due to missing instructions from Home Depot, who tells me they have notified them twice now and approved delivery. One big circle jerk. UPDATE. I was finally able to get into contact with manager of the local office. I gave an exact description of my house and directions how to get there. I also explained my frustration and left my cell number and said if they can't find the house to either call or take the package back and I will pick up..... three packages later.... no calls, no packages, nothing. At least you can say you guys are consistent at not being able to do your job properly. I cringe every time I see my orders being sent through ontrac. I think I have only actually received an order form them once even though it was two weeks late. Other than that they are always "delayed" for some reason and then "delivered", but never to me. I call the company and they have to send someone to check the house and give me a time frame and what do you know, no one shows so they are delivering to the right house. I have asked multiple times to speak with driver to find out what house it is being left at but then get told I need to contact supplier to get my $ back(why do I have to do all the work when you are the ones who can't do your job right?!). I purposely order things and need them by the date delivered and never get anything at all. Since it affects my business, here's your one star :) read more

Horrible company. I ordered something through Home Depot and they shipped via OnTrac. Why does Home depot use this unreliable delivery company. I will NEVER order anything from Home Depot again since they use this bad delivery company. Same message everyday....shipment delay and your product will deliver the following day. Horrible customer service and their estimated delivery time is never correct. Was assured by the shipper that it would be delivered promptly by the end of the business day. Now being told that it may be up to as late as 9pm, if at all on that day. I made an order through Amazon and the seller decided to use On Trac....first the seller marked the order as shipped, when they actually just created a label. Three days later the order was given to On Trac. The following day, On Trac's website said loaded in the delivery truck at 8:30am and to be delivered by the end of the day. Well, three days later I am still waiting for delivery, it's been on the truck for three days now, but somehow can't seem to be delivered from Salinas to North Monterey County near Aromas. Very bad service......if something from the previous day isn't delivered then it should be priority for delivery the following day. The tracking web site said by the end of today 12/08/2020.
