Lies and scams - normal operating procedures. Their so-called discount programs are entirely bogus…read more "Income Qualified Discount" is just about non-existent. The only people who'll ever get that are those willing to spend dozens of hours at each of the following: IRS, SSA, Medicaid, and Retirement accounts, etc... to get a $10 a month discount. SRP claims they support the community, and support those less fortunate. And boy does that look good on paper. Unfortunately, that's all it does... looks good on paper. *They want pay stubs - I'm unable to work. *They want tax papers - I'm unable to work, therefore, I don't file taxes. *They want SSA paperwork - that's a 50 mile drive and 6 to 8 hours at the Social Security office. *They want Medicaid paperwork - that's a 30 mile drive and 6 to 8 hours at the Medicaid office. *They want retirement benefit paperwork - that one isn't even in the state. There's another 1-2 days on the phone. The last three, even if I went through the arduous task of getting those papers, would be all for naught, as they require pay stubs and tax papers. This company doesn't hesitate to use their monopoly to raise prices and lower service.

The requirement was the screens had to block 80% of the sun. The screen is called SunTex 80 which signifies that it blocks 80% of the suns rays. Never ever use this crooked company! I initially decided in Dukes of Air in May 2016 after our…read morecondo air unit bit the dust during a hot memorial weekend and the only online venue back then that was avail was Yelp- no Nextdoor, no Reddit... even though this company was bought out- I'm sure several of the original techs still are there doing the same crappy work-- see photos! I had them come out YEAR after YEAR and each time the tech would complain about what the last did. Aside from making a disgusting mess with all of the black tar over my closet room, the front and back concrete patio- they did a Jerry Rig Each and every time! And they stripped the screws and bolts badly. This hvac co. came out for biannual maintenance check -- which obviously doesn't include removal and cleaning of blower wheel and housing, nor does it include cleaning out the water outflow drainage tube that collects foliage debris; which then cause water backup prompting another service call. Btw. I promptly dumped the monthly service fee to get two "system checks" a year because it seems like once they find something- it's due to the last years of other techs doing absolutely nothing! They're all young and lazy looking to make a quick buck and likely forced by the corporate man to sell sell service repair upsell!! I'm not looking over their shoulder step by step and asking what are you doing, what does this mean? But I will for sure moving forward!! I keep my air at 77 and not lower, so there's not a huge stress. They noted a slow leak last February and suggested a leak test. I didn't do it at the time since he said it was slow. Two guys come out, in their separate top of the line Mercedes vehicles, and tell me I need my coil replaced; which is covered under warranty and scared me into schedule replacement for refrigeration leak and coil replacement along with the blower wheel cleaned, because, as the tech said look at what your breathing in (photo). No I am not - that's why there's a filter used inside, but still-well my bi yearly maintenance should include that cleaning!! And why wasn't this brought to my attention in the previous years??!Lazy arses. Since the coil is covered under warranty I was quoted 4 hours labor, coils replacement and fan cleaned and refrigerant at $$$2400!! The next company I used --Larson, a certified Trane dealer- said No leak!! Don't use them either, a grand less as they said no coil leak! But $1550 for refrigerant you can get on FB for free mixed with the new stuff at $15 a lbs and you mark up it up! I'm telling you these dumb techs don't know squat. Then how the heck did refrigerant leak in an enclosed system?? Hey Dukes if Air-/IF the coil is covered under warranty then why am I being charged for it?? This is with my gold member discount since they have serviced my unit exclusively since day one. If it is a slow leak why would the coil need to be replaced? The guy last Feb said it could wait until next year, but the guys today said that it could cause my compressor to blow! Yet my neighbors have their original unit from 30 yrs ago still working?? And-- it was very obvious that they both had to return to the vehicle to come up with a price each time. It was obvious one lead sales guy was teaching a newer guy how to reel the money in for repairs to be done as a quick fix for a couple grand-NOT getting to the root cause. 1) Bad recommendation to use Trane 2) Crap duct work done from day one 3) Crooked, Dumb or Lazy techs thereafter Lastly, the 5 stars are from friends and family members of the hvac techs and owners- it's ALL BS!! And use ai to do your homework and get at least 7 quotes! Find an individual or small business and let these big companies rip off Richie poos!

The lady informed me he has to be stuck for 48 hours before they can come help. She encouraged me to put food down at the bottom of the pole to entice him to come down. I'm not too sure how or what happened but he ended up off the pole and unfortunately deceased. I called the lady to have my ticket cancelled and to see if the "48 hour policy" could be changed. I got a "management will look into it". That's unacceptable, I now get to explain death to my three year old. I requested a call back from management and the lady said "a request for what, what do they need to call back about?!" I'm pissed and heartbroken. This could have been prevented. The employees are heartless! UPDATE: no one from management has reached out to me. I called and they offered a $35 credit to my account. Not good enough for me, my cat is more than a $35 credit. I would like someone from corporate to reach out or I'll be happy to take things further as far as legal actions. 48 hours for a cat to be stuck is absurd! They'll die after 72 hours without water.
