The lady was super sweet and said that I should keep it as close to my natural shape but she could clean it up and angle it slightly more. I appreciated how honest she was! She evened out my eyebrows (after years of plucking, one was actually slightly bigger than the other). She also gave me this lotion temple massage when I was done. Now, to the cons: - I have had a couple of gel manicure that peeled off within a day or two. - many of their nail polishes are old, and you can tell that by the consistency of the polish, or by the fact that it indent within a few hours of application. - I have also had regular nail polish applied that would literally peel off like a sticker and then a couple of hours of application. - I was also surprised that they stopped offering the paraffin wax dip for regular manicures. I really loved those. - they charge +$1 for every extra color they apply for children. I think that's crazy! If your kid wants 5 colors applies, for example, that is $5 extra! I hope they get their act together because they were really good and their technicians are good for the most part.

She also provides other waxing services such as underarms and arms as well. As I've said in my previous review, the studio is clean and hygienic! Lydia is also very meticulous and thorough with her craft. Although the experience can be uncomfortable, the results are well worth it! Her packages are fairly priced and can be used within 6 months of purchase. You can easily make appointments online through their booking system and tip is accepted through cash and credit card. COVID-19 protocols include wearing a mask at all times and a temperature check. Lydia also changes gloves frequently throughout the service and sanitizes her space frequently.
