Paola reached out to me personally, scheduled a face-to-face discussion, responded to my texts asap, and gave me advice on how to reduce inflammation (that I had not received at the other place). Not only was the result of my eyeliner tattoo far from what was shown in the Instagram portfolio, but the way the artist communicated with me was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. When I expressed concerns about the result, instead of addressing them professionally, the artist responded with rude and dismissive comments and even implied that the problem was with me as a client. The work presented on social media appears much better than the actual results I received, which feels misleading to potential clients. Cosmetic procedures require trust, professionalism, and respectful communication with clients. Unfortunately, my experience here did not reflect any of those standards. I would strongly encourage others to do thorough research before choosing this artist. I am posting my picture and pictures from his instagram just to see what his real experience is .
