If you're looking for microblading, LyLy is the one!! She was extremely knowledgeable and meticulous during my procedure. I've had microblading done in the past that was painful and faded pretty quickly, but she was committed to making sure my pigment would stay on well and the procedure was almost painless. Not only is she a perfectionist and a true artist, she's also super sweet and definitely made me feel at home. I'm so happy with my results and would highly recommend LyLy! read more

Please stay away! Brows uneven! She doesn't care at all! Not even returned my calls! Texted me to remove it with laser! very unprofessional!

My eyebrows are not even. She told me that if a third session was needed it would be included in my package. When I contacted her for a third session since my eyes brows weren't even she said she'd be charging me extra $50 on top of the already $850 spent. Then I continuously contacted her on her personal phone which is the number she gave me to contact her, she pretends to be her own assistant. Mind you she has no assistant so I knew 150% it was fake. Said to say because I had high hopes and thought she was a genuine person. I thought wrong! Stay away there's way better places more professional. read more

I got my initial microblading done with Lyly today and I am speechless at the amazing work she did! From the start she explains everything what she's doing and why. You fill out a few pieces of administrative paperwork and she actually goes through your responses and explains why she asks the certain questions. Once you're done with the paperwork she starts her magic by taking pictures and various measurements of your eyebrows in conjunction with your facial features. She is meticulous in how she works and takes a great deal of time to explain what she is doing, why she is doing it, and shows you various steps of the process. Once she's completed the initial draft of your eyebrow shape she has you look at it in the mirror. You can tell that she really cares in the satisfaction of the customer's satisfaction of the shape of the eyebrows. She wants you to tell her what you want changed. She actually encourages it. And will also provide honest feedback which i appreciated. The first hour is dedicated to the shape of your eyebrows, which again shows you how deeply invested she is in giving you the best shape and results! Then she tells you what colors she chose for you based on your skin tone, hair color, and eye brow color. For me she picked two colors and I couldn't really decide. I told her I trusted her suggestion and she ended up mixing the two colors for me. She again explains everything, step-by-step what she will do. And then shows you one last time your shape to see if you want to change it. Once you're good, she begins with the tattooing part. The first part is a little uncomfortable, but manageable in regards to he pain. In my personal opinion, I think waxing hurts more. The second part where she fills it in doesn't hurt at all. I actually fell asleep. I truly appreciated how she thoroughly explained everything to be before doing it. It was soothing to a worry wort like me. I signed up to do my touch up and also to get my permanent eye liner done! Hands down she is THE BEST!! You will not be disappointed! read more

Lyly is amazing!! A true master when it comes to microblading. I am beyond happy with the results and get compliments on how amazing my brows look. I had a good portion of the front of my right eyebrow missing from a bad waxing years ago and never thought I'd have symmetrical eyebrows. I'm impressed how natural microblading looks. Lyly took her time to make sure I was happy and comfortable throughout the procedure. If you're interested in microblading she is the person to see!! I had a great experience with Lyly. I love my brows! She did a wonderful job. This was my first time getting my brows microbladed and I was happy with the results. Lyly was very thorough, informative, and meticulous with her work. More importantly, she knew what she was doing and she's very good at it. I went for the first session in November and a follow-up session 5 weeks later. It's been 2 weeks since the follow-up session and the brows are healing nicely. I will probably need to go back for a "refill" or a follow-up in 12-18 months. It's also very important to follow the before and after care instructions. If you are considering getting microblading done, I definitely recommend checking Lyly out. read more

Lyly is very professional and courteous. She very quickly accommodated my schedule whenever I have needed to adjust it, and I have done the same when a client pushes her over. She is very precise with the microblading eyebrows. Very protective and safe in her practices. Provided new items throughout. She showed and requested my input each step of the way to confirm that I was happy with the outline and final product. The needle hurt like heck due to being in a sensitive area, but Lyly was quick to apply more numbing medication as needed little by little. The aftercare instructions are clear and she gives clients a little care package to properly attend to them afterwards. I've gone twice now and will return. As of this writing, 4/15/18, she has moved to her own beautiful independent shoppe from the address listed below. read more

I'm very happy I found Ly-Brows Studio! Lyly was very professional and thoroughly walked me through the microblading process. She took my previously crazy-looking blue pigmented microbladed brows and turned them into beautiful natural looking brows. The process of covering the old pigment was not easy, but Lyly took her time. I finally have decent looking brows!! Overall, it was a great experience. The studio is safe & sterile and adheres to CDC guidelines. I'm very happy to have found a microblading studio closer to home. Thank you, Llly!! read more

Lyly is simply the best. I have to admit, my husband did the research and told me this is where I wanted to go... I am in the Worldgate center a lot but wasn't sure where I was headed and the address isn't the easiest to see when driving in... To say the least, I was pleasantly supplied! The office is clean and relaxing. Lyly is really sweet and you can tell she is really passionate about what she does and damn good! I did 6d microblading. Lyly walked me through the procedure when I arrived, then started with drawing the shape. She took a long time doing an amazing job... and made sure it was perfect for my face and shape. After the shape, she started the procedure. All and all it took about 3 hours but SO SO well worth it. I can't explain how much Lyly cares or how much or a perfectionist she is. Finally, after the amazing job, she did pigment and then went over all the after care. I'm so impressed with the results and with Lyly's personality ... I highly recommend her and her services. Well priced, clean, pleasant... excellent service! Highly recommend! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Lyly and Timeless Beauty studio. I went in yesterday for a touch up. My initial procedure was January 2017, then a 4 week touch up in February 2017. She has a new studio, which is much bigger but it is still only you and her in the room. She is extremely knowledgeable in this profession. A true artist. Her main goal is to give you perfect brows, and that she does!! I even fell asleep for about 45 minutes yesterday when she was doing procedure. The numbing cream really helps. I have referred so many friends and family to Lyly and will continue to do so. The price may seem expensive, but it is so worth it. Trust me. She is excellent at her job and you can tell she really loves it. Thank you Lyly for giving me amazing eyebrows, and everyday I wake up flawless!!! read more

LyLy is so kind and did a GREAT job on my eyebrows. I had them done over a year ago and I still get compliments!

I had microblading done here and it was the best decision EVER! I was very nervous about the procedure, but honestly Lyly made it such an easy process. She is so talented and passionate about what she does. - she really truly loves her work, and is not after your money! She updated me on every step of the way, and would let me look in the mirror throughout to make sure I was satisfied. Lyly spent a lot of time making sure the shape was absolutely perfect and gave me a realistic idea of what to expect during and after the procedure. There was no pain or discomfort whatsoever. The shape is absolutely perfect and I look forward to seeing her for years to come. I am already recommending her to all my friends who are considering getting their microblading done! read more

Went back for a touch-up after over a year and a half. Lyly was still very sweet, informative, and professional as my previous visit. Her new location is larger and very warm. Parking was a huge improvement. Lyly explained new techniques and i decided to do a combo of Microblading and powder. My eyebrows are popping even though I'm still healing. My shape is awesome and I am again happy with Lily's work. There was minimal pain and no puffiness. Lyly again explained the healing process and aftercare. I recommend her without reservation. She is worth every penny! read more

Lyly was amazing! I went to her today for 3D brows/microblading procedure. For starters, her salon is very clean, and she had a wonderful smelling candle burning. She had me sign some paperwork and explained the procedure, and we got started. She first drew on the shape that the brows would be and showed me in the mirror several times before starting the hair strokes. I will say that actual procedure is slightly painful but nothing that you cannot tolerate. She checked on me, and my pain levels the entire way through and explained what she was doing before every pass. She is very knowledgeable about the various types of skin and how the pigment will take to the skin. I am VERY satisfied and cannot wait to see the results once I am fully healed. Thank you, Lyly! I am so excited to leave filling in my brows in the past. read more

Lyly is amazing!! I drive two hours to see her because she is worth it?She does a beautiful job, takes time explaining everything and making you comfortable. Her studio is very nice, comfortable and clean. I have lost pretty much all my eyebrows and she has given me a beautiful and new look! Lyly is absolutely AMAZING! Her passion for her art and craft are tremendous and show through her work! If you are looking to have microbladding done, Lyly at Timeless Beauty Studio is the place to go. Unfortunately, time and time again we may come across high priced and not so good work from other places, but Lyly hands down is the best person to have you brows done by and her pricing cannot be beat. We are so used to equating a lower price with a lower level of quality, however, Lyly vows to keep these "lower than competition prices" so she can offer her beautiful services to more people. You can't help but respect and appreciate that! She is such a caring and meticulous person when it comes to her craft! She does FABULOUS work and I couldn't be more happier! Go see Lyly for your brows! You will definitely not be disappointed! read more

Lyly is the best. I've gone to other places for waxing and they have been bad, painful experiences. So I was weary when my sister-in-law told me to go get waxed by Lyly just because of my past experiences. Lyly makes her own wax and it was the best wax experience I've had. It wasn't as painful as my previous waxes. Her salon is clean and she doesn't double dip into her wax. She is the sweetest person and she's very gentle. I have been going to her for almost a year now. read more

I Went and got my eyebrows done in Maryland for the low $150 and I tell you it came out not so very delightful as my color was wrong and shape didn't fit my face and one was higher then the other. I've been following Ly-brows studio on IG for so long and I went for a consultation...Let me tell you, the professionalism LyLy gave me and the confidence that she will be able to correct them and she gave me hope I'll have pretty brows again. I suffer from anxiety and Trichotillomania and so I barely have any brows or eyelashes left. Long story short. My appointment came and I let her do her job and when she gave me the mirror to take a look it was tears of joy and I walked out her office as confidence as ever again. Thank you so much Lyly you've done a phenomenal job. read more

False advertising on Groupon. This company is using false advertising to get appointments on Groupon. I purchased this Groupon, called LiBrows and spoke with "LyLy" who assured me she did all the work featured on the site. She booked me and asked for the voucher number. Today, I received instructions and was told LyLy does not accept Groupon - even though she is the one doing the advertising, initial consult, and booking, and I have to work with "Danny" - some random technician. This is a semi-permanent procedure that relies on experience and portfolio when choosing a person. They said I have to pay hundreds more if I book with her. This is a money grab! Lyly is a true artist at Microblading down to the T. A perfectionist, I have uneven eyebrows to start with, one barely has any hair and a high arch. She was able to fix my eyebrows. The single strokes look so real. This is not the first time for me getting them done and that is the hardest part for an artist is to do.Yes the price is not cheap however the quality is worth it,she's honest and will recommend that you come back at a later time if necessary, note to other possible candidates out there touch up is a MUST as our skin is all different mine does not take ink very will as it is oily so please be patient it is worthwhile.Lastly it was not painful at all no joke I've had previous Microblading done before and tears kept rolling down my face because of the pain but the numbing cream she used was amazing.Thank you so MUCH Lyly you are the BEST and you love what you do, wish you could've seen how happy you were to see the outcome of my eyebrows. read more

I have been going to Lyly for more than 10 years. I started with gel nails and recently had a microblade eyebrow procedure done. Lyly has all the credentials and has worked at Elizabeth Arden as a licensed esthetician doing facial, microdermabrasion, etc. She is an amazing professional, artist and perfectionist. Lyly was a true professional. I love the microblading she did on my eyebrows. She took her time drawing the outline and didn't start until i was completely satisfied. I had such a great experience with Lyly! My first appointment for Microblading was great, the brows looked wonderful on the first day however they started to fade quickly especially on the right, even if I had followed the aftercare instructions. I was informed that this was normal. Fast forward to my not so good touch-up appointment. On my touch up appointment Lyly had horrible bed side manner. At the start of my touch-up, no numbing cream was applied, the pain was almost intolerable. I requested numbing cream and she continued to say that the reason she did not apply the numbing cream in the first place was because I was late. I had called earlier to excuse my lateness but she did not understand. She appeared very angry on my arrival. She then put numbing cream because I threatened to leave and request a refund. After the numbing cream was applied, I permitted her to continue with my procedure and there was a moment of awkward silence and then I broke the ice by apologizing for my emotional outburst and she was like I understand etc., I was pleased by the result of the eyebrows. They do appear darker than I expected but I know they will fade. Additionally, when I asked a question about what ingredients included in the after treatment cream she was like, "read my website." I read her website and it's very poorly written with numerous grammatical errors. I think she should be able to verbally state what is on her website to customers. read more

Lyly is simply amazing. I have gotten my eyebrows microbladed by her twice now and both times my experience was great. She is so talented and made my eyebrows look so beautiful! I had my appointment for my included in the fee touch up and I woke up this morning sick with a flu/cold and I had lost my voice. I tried texting the number and I tried emailing her but she never responded until AFTER my appointment time saying I would have to PAY AGAIN to reschedule. Honestly I am coughing all over the place and I am blowing my nose every 60 seconds. My nose is peeling in some areas from blowing so much. My body aches and my voice is gone. There would be no way to lay on her table to even stay still enough for a touch up. She per her email even though I contacted her before my appointment time stated that I still should have came in since I had to inform her 48 hours in advance. She can be as sterile as she would like during the treatment but if she is forcing people to come in with the flu I would avoid this place like the plague unless you want to come out with a flu or cold or god knows much worse. Highly unclean and a rip off artist at best. She just wants your money and she does not care about you as a client. And by the way my eyebrows DO NOT MATCH and now I am stuck with mismatched eyebrows and I will have to pay another 400-500 to get this HOT MESS fixed when she will not even fix her mess herself. AND to make matters worse she didn't even give me the sale advertised on her yelp page here that says %15 percent off. She just uses it to hook people in. Classic bait and switch. Also she had her young daughter in there the whole time she tattooing me, very unprofessional and the space is so small and cramped to start with. Please save your money and go elsewhere! This place is the worst! read more

Astonishing. Lyly is a true artist. She took her time with me making sure every angle and arch was to my satisfaction and perfection. Professional, sterile environment and instruments, careful, and she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything throughout the procedure. I have to say, I have ( and will be) highly recommending her to anyone getting microblading. I will definitely returning to get permanent eye liner. Thank you Lyly read more

I received the 3D Microblading from Lyly on 10/15/2016. I have to write this review because Lyly deserves to be recognized for her talent. My eyebrows look so natural and amazing. I could not be happier with the result! Lyly is very skilled and meticulous. She took her time and paid attention to every detail which is important to achieve the natural look. The first part of the procedure involves a lot of measurement and drawling the outline of what would become my new brows. The outline that she draws appears bigger than what your brows would actually be so don't get nervous and feel that your new brows will be that big. As she assured me, the outline is there only to ensure the individual strokes stay within your natural brow line. In regards to her studio, she maintains a very clean and sterile environment. It was important to Lyly that I saw the tool she would use during the procedure. The tool was individually packaged. The environment of her studio is very relaxing. You will appreciate the calm music and the smell of the candle during the procedure. There was a time during the procedure where I felt I could fall asleep. Here is what to expect in regards to pain level. On a scale from 1 to 10 expect to feel levels of 1 more than levels of 4 or 5. There are times when the level of discomfort for me reached a 4, scaling to 5, but it's short lived. Lyly does apply a numbing cream two times during the procedure. Right before the first strokes, the numbing cream is applied. The first strokes are superficial strokes which I believe are barely breaking the skin. This feels more like lower level paper cuts. I've had some painful paper cuts but this is nothing like that. At this point the numbing cream is barely working but at this part of the procedure, it's really not needed. After the superficial cuts are completed, the numbing cream is applied again. This is where the magic happens! This is the part of the procedure where the deeper strokes are administered. The numbing cream is working wonderfully and I don't feel a thing. This is where I actually felt that I could fall asleep. You really will not feel a thing. Once most of the deeper strokes are completed, the numbing cream starts wearing off. This is when the levels of discomfort reach about a 4 or 5. Don't worry....it's short lived. What gave me the most discomfort was when the dye was applied and rubbed off. It stings. If you ever had a tattoo, you will be reminded slightly of how it felt when the artist rubbed the skin to wipe the ink off. All of this is totally tolerable! Just remember the awesome eyebrows you will have. Here is the part that I think is the most important. When the procedure is done and you look at your new brows they will look very full, possibly bigger than you intended. I wasn't ecstatic with what I saw but I knew all would be okay as what I was looking at was the fresh dye that was still lingering on my brows. By all means, the brows still look good but give it a few days to see the real result. You will need to apply a cream on your brows 3 times a day. Each time that I applied the cream, some of the remaining dye that hadn't been wiped off will come off on the q-tip. This was a relief to me as I could see the color and shape of my new brows coming to light. I had the procedure done Saturday morning. Today is Monday and now I see the true result. My brows are so beautiful and are exactly the way I wanted them but even better. It's wonderful waking up in the morning and not having to touch my brows at all!!! I honestly couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Lyly for microblading if you are looking for professional results. You have to be careful who you use since this is a semi-permanent procedure. Since I have personally used Lyly, I can highly recommend her. FYI: I had hair on my eyebrows prior to the procedure and I still have the hair. No hair is removed only trimmed. Microblading is good for those who already have eye brows and for those who have none. I believe every brow type is a candidate for this procedure. Lastly, for me, there was no downtime. I was able to run errands and go about my day. read more
