Lyly is very professional and courteous. She very quickly accommodated my schedule whenever I have needed to adjust it, and I have done the same when a client pushes her over. She is very precise with the microblading eyebrows. Very protective and safe in her practices. Provided new items throughout. She showed and requested my input each step of the way to confirm that I was happy with the outline and final product. The needle hurt like heck due to being in a sensitive area, but Lyly was quick to apply more numbing medication as needed little by little. My eyebrows are not even. She told me that if a third session was needed it would be included in my package. When I contacted her for a third session since my eyes brows weren't even she said she'd be charging me extra $50 on top of the already $850 spent. Then I continuously contacted her on her personal phone which is the number she gave me to contact her, she pretends to be her own assistant. Mind you she has no assistant so I knew 150% it was fake. I got my initial microblading done with Lyly today and I am speechless at the amazing work she did! From the start she explains everything what she's doing and why. You fill out a few pieces of administrative paperwork and she actually goes through your responses and explains why she asks the certain questions. Once you're done with the paperwork she starts her magic by taking pictures and various measurements of your eyebrows in conjunction with your facial features. She is meticulous in how she works and takes a great deal of time to explain what she is doing, why she is doing it, and shows you various steps of the process. Once she's completed the initial draft of your eyebrow shape she has you look at it in the mirror. You can tell that she really cares in the satisfaction of the customer's satisfaction of the shape of the eyebrows. She wants you to tell her what you want changed. She actually encourages it. And will also provide honest feedback which i appreciated. The first hour is dedicated to the shape of your eyebrows, which again shows you how deeply invested she is in giving you the best shape and results! Then she tells you what colors she chose for you based on your skin tone, hair color, and eye brow color. For me she picked two colors and I couldn't really decide. I told her I trusted her suggestion and she ended up mixing the two colors for me. She again explains everything, step-by-step what she will do. And then shows you one last time your shape to see if you want to change it. Once you're good, she begins with the tattooing part. The first part is a little uncomfortable, but manageable in regards to he pain. In my personal opinion, I think waxing hurts more. The second part where she fills it in doesn't hurt at all. I actually fell asleep. I truly appreciated how she thoroughly explained everything to be before doing it. It was soothing to a worry wort like me. Lyly was amazing! I went to her today for 3D brows/microblading procedure. For starters, her salon is very clean, and she had a wonderful smelling candle burning. She had me sign some paperwork and explained the procedure, and we got started. She first drew on the shape that the brows would be and showed me in the mirror several times before starting the hair strokes. I will say that actual procedure is slightly painful but nothing that you cannot tolerate. She checked on me, and my pain levels the entire way through and explained what she was doing before every pass. False advertising on Groupon. This company is using false advertising to get appointments on Groupon. I purchased this Groupon, called LiBrows and spoke with "LyLy" who assured me she did all the work featured on the site. She booked me and asked for the voucher number. Today, I received instructions and was told LyLy does not accept Groupon - even though she is the one doing the advertising, initial consult, and booking, and I have to work with "Danny" - some random technician. This is a semi-permanent procedure that relies on experience and portfolio when choosing a person. They said I have to pay hundreds more if I book with her. This is a money grab! My first appointment for Microblading was great, the brows looked wonderful on the first day however they started to fade quickly especially on the right, even if I had followed the aftercare instructions. I was informed that this was normal. Fast forward to my not so good touch-up appointment. On my touch up appointment Lyly had horrible bed side manner. At the start of my touch-up, no numbing cream was applied, the pain was almost intolerable. I requested numbing cream and she continued to say that the reason she did not apply the numbing cream in the first place was because I was late. I had called earlier to excuse my lateness but she did not understand. She appeared very angry on my arrival. She then put numbing cream because I threatened to leave and request a refund. After the numbing cream was applied, I permitted her to continue with my procedure and there was a moment of awkward silence and then I broke the ice by apologizing for my emotional outburst and she was like I understand etc., I was pleased by the result of the eyebrows. They do appear darker than I expected but I know they will fade. Additionally, when I asked a question about what ingredients included in the after treatment cream she was like, "read my website." I read her website and it's very poorly written with numerous grammatical errors. I think she should be able to verbally state what is on her website to customers. read more

I had my appointment for my included in the fee touch up and I woke up this morning sick with a flu/cold and I had lost my voice. I tried texting the number and I tried emailing her but she never responded until AFTER my appointment time saying I would have to PAY AGAIN to reschedule. Honestly I am coughing all over the place and I am blowing my nose every 60 seconds. My nose is peeling in some areas from blowing so much. My body aches and my voice is gone. There would be no way to lay on her table to even stay still enough for a touch up. She per her email even though I contacted her before my appointment time stated that I still should have came in since I had to inform her 48 hours in advance. She can be as sterile as she would like during the treatment but if she is forcing people to come in with the flu I would avoid this place like the plague unless you want to come out with a flu or cold or god knows much worse. Highly unclean and a rip off artist at best. She just wants your money and she does not care about you as a client. And by the way my eyebrows DO NOT MATCH and now I am stuck with mismatched eyebrows and I will have to pay another 400-500 to get this HOT MESS fixed when she will not even fix her mess herself. AND to make matters worse she didn't even give me the sale advertised on her yelp page here that says %15 percent off. She just uses it to hook people in. Classic bait and switch. Also she had her young daughter in there the whole time she tattooing me, very unprofessional and the space is so small and cramped to start with. Please save your money and go elsewhere! I received the 3D Microblading from Lyly on 10/15/2016. I have to write this review because Lyly deserves to be recognized for her talent. My eyebrows look so natural and amazing. I could not be happier with the result! Lyly is very skilled and meticulous. She took her time and paid attention to every detail which is important to achieve the natural look. The first part of the procedure involves a lot of measurement and drawling the outline of what would become my new brows. The outline that she draws appears bigger than what your brows would actually be so don't get nervous and feel that your new brows will be that big. As she assured me, the outline is there only to ensure the individual strokes stay within your natural brow line. In regards to her studio, she maintains a very clean and sterile environment. It was important to Lyly that I saw the tool she would use during the procedure. The tool was individually packaged. The environment of her studio is very relaxing. You will appreciate the calm music and the smell of the candle during the procedure. There was a time during the procedure where I felt I could fall asleep. Here is what to expect in regards to pain level. On a scale from 1 to 10 expect to feel levels of 1 more than levels of 4 or 5. There are times when the level of discomfort for me reached a 4, scaling to 5, but it's short lived. Lyly does apply a numbing cream two times during the procedure. Right before the first strokes, the numbing cream is applied. The first strokes are superficial strokes which I believe are barely breaking the skin. This feels more like lower level paper cuts. I've had some painful paper cuts but this is nothing like that. At this point the numbing cream is barely working but at this part of the procedure, it's really not needed. After the superficial cuts are completed, the numbing cream is applied again. This is where the magic happens! This is the part of the procedure where the deeper strokes are administered. The numbing cream is working wonderfully and I don't feel a thing. This is where I actually felt that I could fall asleep. You really will not feel a thing. Once most of the deeper strokes are completed, the numbing cream starts wearing off. This is when the levels of discomfort reach about a 4 or 5. Don't worry....it's short lived. What gave me the most discomfort was when the dye was applied and rubbed off. It stings. If you ever had a tattoo, you will be reminded slightly of how it felt when the artist rubbed the skin to wipe the ink off. All of this is totally tolerable! Just remember the awesome eyebrows you will have. Here is the part that I think is the most important. When the procedure is done and you look at your new brows they will look very full, possibly bigger than you intended. I wasn't ecstatic with what I saw but I knew all would be okay as what I was looking at was the fresh dye that was still lingering on my brows. By all means, the brows still look good but give it a few days to see the real result. You will need to apply a cream on your brows 3 times a day. Each time that I applied the cream, some of the remaining dye that hadn't been wiped off will come off on the q-tip. This was a relief to me as I could see the color and shape of my new brows coming to light. I had the procedure done Saturday morning. Today is Monday and now I see the true result. My brows are so beautiful and are exactly the way I wanted them but even better. It's wonderful waking up in the morning and not having to touch my brows at all!!! I honestly couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Lyly for microblading if you are looking for professional results. You have to be careful who you use since this is a semi-permanent procedure. Since I have personally used Lyly, I can highly recommend her. FYI: I had hair on my eyebrows prior to the procedure and I still have the hair. No hair is removed only trimmed. Microblading is good for those who already have eye brows and for those who have none. I believe every brow type is a candidate for this procedure. Lastly, for me, there was no downtime.
