The ladies were all geared up for safety and everything from entering the door, to exiting was immensely clean. They had hand sanitizer available to enter near the door, check you w a contactless temperature gun, and provide full CONTACTLESS service Despite having a full get up of safety on, Saku's goddess like hands did her usual magic and I was soooo happy with my eyebrows. The best part? Tricare Prime insurance covers so these thousands of dollars procedures cost me nothing! I consulted with 3 other plastic surgeons in the area all of them charged a min $150/consultation visit and $500-900/mole removal. In my case since we are Prime, I just needed to get a referral from my primary doctor, then everything from the initial consultation to all of the moles removal and follow up were covered fully. Sometimes you'd associate "free" to something that is "less" than paying thousands, nope, not in this case. A young lady helped with washing my hair, and then I got moved to Umber's booth. Umber is super nice, efficient. She understood exactly what I wanted and delivered. I wanted my hair with a tiny curl inward and she did it. She also applied some products so that I could keep my hair perfectly styled just in case it started to drizzle! I walked out feeling amazing. My appointment for a gel manicure and regular pedicure with Tina was at 1pm, and I got there a few minutes early. We picked out polishes and then started the pedicure before moving on to the manicure. I was there for about 100 minutes total (some of the reviews said three hours, so I was relieved). Tina is METICULOUS and so nice. She has been doing nails for 30 years, and it shows! She was able to recommend what would look best, my cuticles look amazing, and the pedicure didn't even tickle me like it normally does. I paid $70 for both, and tips are cash only. This is not the place for an upscale, pampering spa day--it could use some updating, instruments didn't come in sterilized peel packs, etc.--but the price is right for a standard and high-quality mani/pedi.
