The day of, the place was hard to find as it is part of this big complex and there are two suites labeled "250." I went to the first suite 250 and it was under construction. I tried to call to confirm the location...no answer. When I finally found the right suite it was dark and no one was there. I sent an email and called but have still not gotten any response. I have gotten facials and waxings from many business which are self-run but still good about texting/communicating with customers. I drove over an hour for this appointment so I am very disappointed.

I don't know. But let me tell you a little bit more about the decision you are about to make. My first ever waxer relocated to a whole another state and I was lost for sometime. I tried to become a regular for European Wax but their service and work did not mix well with me. I am currently located at #AspenHills #Rockville and I started looking for waxers.
