I've always plucked my own eyebrows and they're naturally kinda straight with no angle, so I asked if they could clean it up and possibly change the shape of my eyebrows. The lady was super sweet and said that I should keep it as close to my natural shape but she could clean it up and angle it slightly more. I appreciated how honest she was! She evened out my eyebrows (after years of plucking, one was actually slightly bigger than the other). She also gave me this lotion temple massage when I was done. The place was relatively busy, with 5-6 workers and each helping somebody. It was $12 for the eyebrows and they accept credit!

I have been coming to this place since we moved to the area in 2018. It has definitely gone…read moredownhill since. I appreciate that I can stop by any time, with minimal wait times. The color selection is also decent. Now, to the cons: - I have had a couple of gel manicure that peeled off within a day or two. - many of their nail polishes are old, and you can tell that by the consistency of the polish, or by the fact that it indent within a few hours of application. - I have also had regular nail polish applied that would literally peel off like a sticker and then a couple of hours of application. - I was also surprised that they stopped offering the paraffin wax dip for regular manicures. I really loved those. - they charge +$1 for every extra color they apply for children. I think that's crazy! If your kid wants 5 colors applies, for example, that is $5 extra! I hope they get their act together because they were really good and their technicians are good for the most part.

She also provides other waxing services such as underarms and arms as well. As I've said in my previous review, the studio is clean and hygienic! Lydia is also very meticulous and thorough with her craft. Although the experience can be uncomfortable, the results are well worth it! Her packages are fairly priced and can be used within 6 months of purchase. You can easily make appointments online through their booking system and tip is accepted through cash and credit card. COVID-19 protocols include wearing a mask at all times and a temperature check. Lydia also changes gloves frequently throughout the service and sanitizes her space frequently. Not only is she very detailed and thorough, she is a very sweet lady and makes sure you have a pleasant experience here. There are good Groupon deals, but she has even better deals for first time customers and will be very accommodating to your needs. So I recommend contacting her about her offer before you get yourself a Groupon deal! The sugaring process is less painful than wax and has less "side effects" in my opinion. She also goes on to pluck any remaining hairs with a tweezer once she's done. It keeps the area clean for months and the more you get it done, the longer it takes for it to grow out. Their sugaring room is also very clean and you can tell she takes good care of the place. I am a regular here now and have brought many friends that are now regulars as well.
