Jessica remind me of someone body that I used to know. I even thought she was someone else, but was later informed she is not the same Jessica I was thinking of. Still, Jessica look very close to the woman in the red dress featured in the picture I took with the new prices for massage. Today, I was shown into the Autumn Room and it looked nice. It is very spacious with two massage chair/couches. In the center is the massage table. The Massage table wasn't heated from what I saw. It is also Summer time and the heat wasn't needed for the massage table if there is one. I noticed the large window is heavily layered to keep out the sunlight. The Massage: Covering the body is not necessarily a requirement, but can be done if you are not comfortable with being exposed...so to speak. Jessica asked me what kind of pressure I wanted and I went with medium pressure. Lotion, oil or neither are your choices. I went with the oil, but I think next time I will go without oil and lotion. Ashiatsu (backpack massage) is an option, but Jessica didn't incorporate this option into my massage. Jessica used her forearms for my back , glutes, but I preferred her hands to Jessica's forearms. Jessica massaged my legs and feet. Jessica continued her massage checking to see if I wanted her to pressure to be harder or softer. I am glad to say Jessica wasn't interrupted with phone calls or someone else ringing the doorbell. There is also no time clock is in the room, but there is a clock in the room. Check your time before the massage starts. Hot towels supplied inside a heat box were applied to my body to remove the excess oil on by body. Flipping over onto my back Jessica again asked if I wanted oil, lotion or nothing. I went with oil and Jessica began her work. The stomach massage and chest massage were great. Yet, the foot massage nearly put me to sleep. The soft massage is another trick that can put someone to sleep. It did not happen with me, because I wanted to be awake for the massage. Not fall asleep through it. Jessica did the hot towel thing again before ending the massage. Upon standing up, I felt some pain in my back. Jessica was able to massage my back again and removed the tight muscles in my lower back. I truly appreciate this Jessica. I will definitely return here for another session. I found it humorous an ironic that we were both wearing red and black outfits on this particular day. What are the odds of this happening?

Nevertheless, the scub can be combined with the massage if you like. 30 Minutes - $40.00 60 Minutes - $60.00 90 Minutes - $100.00 I will say I like the fact this place doesn't show women posing for the camera in tight clothing giving off several suggestive impressions. I just wanted an hour body scrub with a table shower, but this wasn't an option at this business. They do have the option of the hot water and towel in a bucket, bit I have had this experience before and wasn't interested this time around. The service felt extremely rushed and careless, particularly when he massaged my hands. At that point, I felt like I was simply being charged for time rather than receiving an actual massage. When I spoke with the front desk, May offered me an additional 10-minute massage at no charge. I appreciated the gesture, and I want to be clear that May actually did a good job. She understood the areas that needed attention and provided the type of massage I was expecting. Unfortunately, I was still charged for the additional 10 minutes that I had specifically been told would be free. I also found the response from the front desk extremely inappropriate. When I explained that I was dissatisfied with Michael's massage, I was told: "Black people like how Michael does massage; you like May's style." That comment was completely inappropriate and offensive. My complaint had nothing to do with race. I was simply asking for a proper massage and explaining that the service I received from Michael was not satisfactory. I don't believe customers should be charged full price for a service they had to stop early because they were dissatisfied, especially after being offered additional time for free as a resolution and then being charged for it anyway. May was professional and provided a much better massage, but unfortunately, because of the overall experience and especially the inappropriate comment from the front desk, I will not be returning.

If 1 hour isn't enough, I reccomend 90 minutes for $100 dallors. If you hurting all over or just want the enjoyment of a great full body massage then the 2 hour massage for $140 is the way to go. You can also asked for 4 hands or 8 hands massage, but I strongly recommend calling ahead of time and setting this up with the manager on duty. Don't forget to get the cost of this service too. Now, if you are looking for stone massage, Kneel and Step Massage (which caught Mr eye), Thai Massage and Reflexology, you are in luck. I hope to make my appointment with Rose either today or on Sunday as a birthday gift to myself. When he finished, I thanked him but chose to decline the back massage and proceeded to pay. I left a tip of less than 20%, and in response, he raised his voice at me in his own language. I simply thanked him again and left quietly. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I don't plan to return.

I'd heard good thing from others and read from reviews but my experience was unfortunately lacking. The whole time I had the table massage shower thing I was thinking "wow this is bad. I feel like I'm in a car wash that is way over priced" I've had tons of Korean spa scrubs and this wasn't even close. This was barely memorable. The massage afterwards was ok but not the best I've had. I told the masseur I had asked for deep tissue and he said he doesn't do deep tissue and usually isn't at that location. And then asked me to stop talking (but I was asking for the modality I asked for!) - the whole time he was quite rude and clearly distracted. Won't be going back. Note: yes I am aware different therapists can make the experience different but quality control has to come from the top. If you have to bring someone in as I asked for a male therapist, then don't just get someone who is bored / unhappy to be there, and makes it known to the client that he is not into the massage and got called in last minute about 3 hours before. Coincidentally 3 hours before is when *i called Prince salon and spa to confirm my appointment, the timing makes me think they forgot my appt and planned late. Also made my appt well in advance so they could have had someone there who cares about being there. Don't go! Go get a scrub at spa riverside instead!

Since at least 2008, I've seen Wei every two weeks or so for facial treatments for acne and dry/oily skin issues I've had throughout my 30s. My skin has definitely improved. Wei also helps me keep my brows shaped neatly. My appointments are at her Rockville location - it is quiet and private. The facials and back/neck massages are also very relaxing and I like having them even if I'm not having particularly problematic skin at the moment. I love how she gets to the facial pressure points during the facials; afterwards, I'm so relaxed that I pretty much fall asleep during my mask time at every visit. Her services seem more affordable than other facial/massage places. Over time, Wei has continued to expand her skills and the products/services she offers, although I personally don't use all of them. I started with a basic facial and sometimes she'll suggest that I try a new treatment; I'll try it and may decide to add it to my routine facial or just ask for it occasionally afterwards, but if I don't, she doesn't pressure me about it and I stay happy. I have regular recurring appointments but Wei also has been great in rescheduling me (with advance notice) when I have work/travel conflicts. Her non-native English isn't perfect but she communicates clearly about her work and scheduling and I've never had a problem as far as that goes (I'm Chinese American but my Chinese skills can't even match a toddler's). I definitely recommend Wei for her facial and massage services and her reasonable prices. read more

I am the loyal customer of Wei. She is so professional and take care of me every time. I am a student of GMU and don't have too much money to do facial regularly. But since I find Wei Wei Beauty, the price is not too much high but the service and treatment are above the price. I am always worried about ace on my face. I tried a lot of medicines and other facial services before, but all of them just working for a short time. Wei recommended me to do BDR, which is the best treatment for me to cure aces so far. I am so glad to see my flawless face with less pores and aces. Wei always give me some sample products that best for my skin, for example, break out control which is my favorite products. She is very professional, not only she is good at what she does, she also has the passion for the beauty industry. My mom is a loyal customer of Wei Wei Beauty Care for about 7 years now which is why she recommended me to go see Wei after having frequent acne breakouts. The breakouts left red marks and acne scars all over my face and there are still new acne from the most recent breakout so I decided to start with a facial. It was my first time getting a facial so I didn't know what to expect and was actually a bit scare that it will be painful since I have pretty sensitive skin. But Wei is really professional and was really gentle when extracting my acne so the pain was bearable. After going for about 5 facial sessions my acne has toned down and along with hyperpigmentation products recommended by Wei my acne scars are slowing fading as well. I have recently relocated from SOCAL and Las Vegas and was looking for an esthetician and lash girl who needed to meet my lifestyle. Wei totally gets it. She is knowledgeable about all skin types, up on new technology, yet maintains true to the basics of skin care and how to get a good result. For me, the goal is to wear absolutely no foundation or concealer, just color--and she keeps my skin absolutely healthy, glowing and just fab. I have been coming to Wei's ever since I had no where else to turn to treat my acne. I initially went to the dermatologist and was under their care for over a year. I saw virtually no improvement, and if anything, my skin actually got worse because it had become red and patchy. I eventually decided to give Wei's BDR treatment a try. I have gone four times now, three of those times getting the BDR treatment and it has helped my skin recover immensely. The redness and dryness as a consequence of the previous acne treatments had completely disappeared, and now my skin looks healthy again. What I like about her is that she will customize her facial depending on each individual's skin type and also depending on the person's skin condition at the time of the appointment. In fact, once I complete all 4 sessions, I will continue seeing Ximena for other services. The microdermabrasion session lasted 30 mins. Here, you you will feel like home, rather than a number.

Consistently excellent, clean, professional and warm. Just did microneedling, and it was a great experience. They'll tell you about the products but I've never been upsold and never felt like I was being used as a tool to extract money. They just really want you to feel and look great. We generally do: cleanser, chemical exfoliation, extractions, high frequency treatment, toner, LED light therapy, active serum, jelly mask, oxygen infusion, moisturizer, and spf, if the sun is out (my order may be slightly off lol). Nancy has a calming presence and always explains each step of what she is doing, and I love talking to Savannah at the front desk. In terms of the aesthetic, I would describe it as: clean, minimal, and modern with lots of cute neon signage. If you subscribe to the monthly membership, you also get a discount on products, which are high quality SkinCeuticals and IS Clinical products. I'm very selective about how my skin is treated and did a lot of research before deciding to come here (based on reviews from their original sister establishment, Skin Facial Bar), and my expectations are definitely met! My only critique is that I don't like having to fill out a form before each facial. It's so nice to find a salon that does facials with science-backed techniques and equipment:) Highly Recommend!!

They continue to make me feel so special and valued as a customer. Shiza in the front is so sweet and remembers clients, even on phone calls while booking! I got a couples massage with Mia, and then a scalp massage with Mia again. She puts great pressure, and focuses on points on my body where I was tightest during my deep tissue massage. I will say the scalp massage included a lot of hair combing which I liked but wasn't what I was expecting (from all my tiktok asmr- it's not scratching) I'd recommend the full body deep tissue massage over the Swedish massage. I'd also recommend the head spa over the scalp massage. I cannot wait to try more services.

Rather than the standard, massage table type set up, they have reclining, massaging chairs. They also provide you with a warm blanket and it helps create a relaxing environment. Before starting the service, they have you wash your lashes at their sink station. I can appreciate this because over the years, I've learned over the years, it is super important to have clean, residue free, lashes to ensure you get the most of your lash fill. Depending on your lash tech, depends on if they clean your lashes prior to starting the fill. I do understand it's a rather difficult task to clean someone's eyes will they lay down as there is no real efficient way to clean the lashes without getting water all over the clients face. Nonetheless, I'm sad there isn't a similar lash bar like this one where I live in Austin. I definitely plan to return anytime I am back home visiting.

I've had my appointment be rescheduled from 8 Am on a Saturday to 10 to 10:30 Am to then rescheduled for 8 Am the following Sunday, all on the count of Bella apparently having issues with her son's flight. It's 8:42 Am and I'm here still waiting for Bella to arrive, apparently from the airport. I'm trying to be patient and keep an open mind as life can happen but it's not a good look on the business for the owner to ask to reschedule multiple times within 24 hours and still be running late to the appointment. The deposit is non refundable hence why I'm here. I very much doubt I'll be getting any discount or price reduction on today's service but I know I'll never recommend this place anymore for lashes. Monday's Update: I got my lashes done, but I was right as Bella went ahead and charged my card on file anyways for the remainder of the service despite cancelling and rescheduling all on her account. I've filed a dispute with my bank to see about the merchant refunding me the $82.50 as it didn't feel appropriate given this visit's circumstances with her lack of punctuality. I'm also not pleased with how the lashes look since I asked for a more natural, wispy look and she went with a more dramatic look. Regardless if I get my money back or not, and despite the compliments I get on the lashes, I will not be recommending this place moving forward.
