Currently it is take out only due to Covid but that's ok; it cuts down on the spread. My orders have always come out exactly how I've ordered. Their Mac salad is delicious too! The cooks were just talking and the girl in front had a terrible attitude and didn't know what she was going. This is a honest review. First, I've called so many times here and let me tell you, the phone call.... is HORRIBLE. Like I know they have enough money to replace a phone they KNOW is bad. It's frustrating and annoying having to call and having a loud obnoxious sound on the phone several times throughout the phone call. I called to make an order for my family and the person who took my order, so she wouldn't hear the noise just took one order and said we'll see you in 5 minutes bye. She didn't care to ask if that was it to the order, because she was annoyed too she just hung up. I had to call all over again hear that annoying obnoxious sound on the phone just to place the rest of my order. She never even said sorry or anything. Just a note, if you're trying to order ahead PLEASE DONT! The food is okay. I was just annoyed that you can barely get any words across without hearing that loud obnoxious noise. Don't order to go without checking your meal. Everything was wrong. Also they gave me a bunch of over cooked mush broccoli and cabbage as a side. The mini Katsu and regular chicken plate is the same amount of meat. The only difference is a scoop of rice. The katsu chicken is dry, smooshed and tastes really old. We used to drive to this location even though we live in Downey, but it's not worth it any more. We called to let them know the orders were incorrect and the girl who answered hung up. I've been coming to this place since it opened. I may come here more than I would like, but my almost 2 year old GrandBaby only eats the chicken teriyaki with rice from this place. We come here at least 2-3 times a week. I would say that it is very delicious. Especially the sauce that they use. I been a long time customer here and come frequently but it will be my last time coming. This woman by the name of Somara was very rude . I placed an order in advance to which i was told it would be ready in 15min. After this she purposely took longer to prep my order giving their orders to customers before me. Finaly, after 30min my order was ready. I asked her if i can have the souces that usually come with the order, she rudely told me to grab them myself at the station . But i order here before and i know they have souces ready for togo customers. Somara gave customers picking up their order the souces but refuse to give me any of the souces and instead told me to grab them myself even though she had togo souces and had given some to all the customers picking up their order. I felt so discriminated. Never going here again. For your information disciminating customers is a serious offense. I am a nurse and had just finished working a 16 hour shift. I had the chicken katsu mini meal and it was fiiire. I love their macaroni salad! So yummy! If you're looking for something fulfilling & not so heavy I would definitely recommend the mini meals, they're just the right amount of food portions. My bf got the chicken combo plate (bigger portion) & he loved it. Haven't tried any sauces yet but eating it dry was still good.
