Overall, the food here is pretty decent but not the best I've had with this type of food. Also, this place is very expensive, and for the portions they give, I really feel like it isn't worth it. Not the type of gal to go on yelp and write reviews... i got a filet minion plate with steamed rice and veggies. It was okay, rice was hard it felt as pasty ish as if it wasn't washed or rinsed. Steak was okay very salty and the entire plate was mostly rice. To be quite honest i am not surprised as most locations in today's day don't really put much effort into their food, but for it to be 26$ please try a little harder people, make it fair. read more

It also comes with grilled veggies. I also order a side of the garlic noodles. I also always get the Yumi sauce. The spicy yumi sauce is good too if you're into that. The staff is friendly too. I arrived to the window, let them know, and they said they have just opened up, and that to stand by for 15 minutes. As I'm writing this, it's been 30 minutes since, and I've asked for an update on my order. They told me " we just started working on your order", all with the most rudest tone of voice. First of all, here is the issue. If that's the case why would " Chow Now" allow for orders to be placed if they location wasn't open or with reasonable pick up times. This place never disappoints. I get the NY steak and shrimp with steamed rice like clock work. I order my steak medium, the portions are amazing, meat is flavorful, juicy and top quality. Same goes with the shrimp, and the steamed rice always on point. I add the noodles to this joint because it's mandatory lol. Been coming here for over a year and it never fails me. Worth every penny, customer service is the best. Only once I had an incorrect order given to me and I was taken care of within minute and spoke to Eva, the manager herself to get this issue resolved. This demonstrates they care about the customer and want to make things right every time. Big shout out to her and her staff for making my meal epic last night.
