Yesterday was the 2nd and last time I will be going here. I was really wanting to like this place since the prices are not that high and they are walking distance. The first time the food was so bland and dry I didn't even eat half of it and threw it away. My sister said I didn't have them make it the right way because I was suppose to request the garlic butter to be cooked with the food so yesterday (6/2) I did just that. The girl who takes the orders stated all of the food is cooked in garlic butter and I explained to her my last experience and requested extra for both of the meals I ordered but what a surprise when we received the food it was the same bland dry mess. The first time I went I requested my steak to be medium they gave me well done this time I requested medium rare they gave me well done smh I assume the chef only knows how to make the steak one way which is horrible. The steak this time wasn't even eatable, it was so hard we couldn't even chew it. Then they ran out of veggies, said nothing about it so we had just rice and meat, had I know there was no veggies I would have cancelled my order. The customer service here isn't terrible but it could honestly use some work because they don't call your number out to let you know your food is ready you have to keep walking up to the window asking. If you run out of something your customers should be made aware not wait until their food is done then told that something is missing because you did not have it. A waste of money AGAIN and I will no longer go here. It was $50 for a bowl and a combo and we couldn't eat either one every thing went straight to the trash. read more

The paramount truck charged me$3.00 on top for phone order which a $12.00 side of rice came to $16.23 total with tax !! I paid with a $20 bill and only got back $3.00 dollars so on top of the $3.00 phone fee they shorted me out .77 cents which is comun for them to pocket youre change !! They told me 20-25 minutes s and 40 minutes in still didn't get my order !! The food is overpriced but it is good !! The sevice and those phone fees suck !! Sadly, the noodles had rice at the bottom of the bowl. We were looking for just noodles, not white rice to fill in the bowl. The lobster shrimp plate was massive and had a good amount of shrimp. We drove to Paramount from Inglewood with high expectations about the Beni Yaki truck that my friends rave about. The customer service was great but our food was SUB-PAR. As you can see from the picture my Filet Mignon (what's supposed to be a prime cut of beef) was charred as we asked for medium preparation. And the meal tasted like it was cooke on a dirty grill. Okay no problem....20 minutes later and nothing...asked for an update, they said "it's coming out.." as I'm waiting, one of the employees offered another waiting customer a refund or the option to keep waiting for his food because "they were really behind", mind you he had placed his order before I did. I should have known that was a bad sign....I finally got called & what do you know....MY ORDER WAS WRONG. They fixed it BUT it was still wrong even after that lol, I didn't realize it till I was already at home. Anyways, long story short, for a two plate order that was placed at 6:52...I didn't leave till 8:21pm...ridiculous. I was offered no apology for the wait/inconvenience either. Never again.
