I've been coming here for a while, but unfortunately, I dont think I will be returning. Lately, the quality and meat portions have gone down. My bowls used to be packed with good sized pieces of meat and there was plenty of meat in there. Yesterday, not only did my food lack flavor, but the portion and size of my steak pieces were very small. read more

The lobster burrito and the steak rice bowl is my go to. The garlic butter really adds that extra flavor. Great sizes and very filling. The line wasn't too bad either! read more

I have to give them ONE star bc there is no option for no stars or anything lower ... ordered online for the first time asked for my steak MEDIUM RARE yet got OVERCOOKED steak , I also asked for NO VEGGIES on one plate and got EXTRA VEGGIES then to top it off the cashier was RUDE AF asked if I was ordering or picking up then just walked away when I said picking up made me wait yet my food was READY just sitting there the cook had to ask if I was "ordering" or "picking up" .. again ... this place is OVERPRICED and not good I've had better ... very disappointing read more

Bachi Yaki - Food Trucks Near Me - Paramount, California

It's a no, food isn't tasty ... bland and expensive for no reason. The chicken fried rice had 3 little pieces of chicken. Where is the flavor? And the food smells like it was cooked after it went bad. I would suggest the hibachi place on the corner of Firestone! read more

Love the food ! Order ahead ! They're generous and have so many combo options ! Amazing team read more

This place never disappoints. I get the NY steak and shrimp with steamed rice like clock work. I order my steak medium, the portions are amazing, meat is flavorful, juicy and top quality. Same goes with the shrimp, and the steamed rice always on point. I add the noodles to this joint because it's mandatory lol. Been coming here for over a year and it never fails me. Worth every penny, customer service is the best. Only once I had an incorrect order given to me and I was taken care of within minute and spoke to Eva, the manager herself to get this issue resolved. This demonstrates they care about the customer and want to make things right every time. Big shout out to her and her staff for making my meal epic last night. I highly recommend this truck if you're in the area. 10/10 New York Steak Plate read more

The food was whack and overpriced for the quality. They stuff the bowl 3/4th of the way with plain steam rice, and stuff the protein portion with more mushrooms than chicken. Thank for reminding me why I haven't gone here in a long time! read more

So I been here multiple times. After giving them opportunity after opportunity I've finally decided to stop coming here after being disappointed. One day the food was good they cooked the steak as I requested but the next time it would be so off as if they cooked the steak and the food in a rush the next day it would be okay then again they would mess up the order not to mention the ridiculous wait times read more

I've been going here for over a year and it never misses, always made to order fresh, hot and best of all great customer service. The one time I had an issue with my online order on the ChowNow App they made sure it was corrected and made sure I got the right thing. Very satisfied, Happy to Support, will be going back for years to come! read more

The paramount truck charged me$3.00 on top for phone order which a $12.00 side of rice came to $16.23 total with tax !! I paid with a $20 bill and only got back $3.00 dollars so on top of the $3.00 phone fee they shorted me out .77 cents which is comun for them to pocket youre change !! They told me 20-25 minutes s and 40 minutes in still didn't get my order !! The food is overpriced but it is good !! The sevice and those phone fees suck !! For that price on just rice id rather go to the real deal like shogun or Brnihsna !! read more

Love this food truck, I come here all the time, I usually order online and pick it up. Their creamy diablo sauce is great definitely recommend read more

Great hibachi food fast service will definitely be coming back to try different plates

If saving money from Benihana I recommend a hibachi truck. It's pricy but delicious. The sauce prices went up and they started to only fill the sauce containers 1/2 way. Also they never have chopsticks which is a factor in eating Japanese food. read more

Yesterday was the 2nd and last time I will be going here. I was really wanting to like this place since the prices are not that high and they are walking distance. The first time the food was so bland and dry I didn't even eat half of it and threw it away. My sister said I didn't have them make it the right way because I was suppose to request the garlic butter to be cooked with the food so yesterday (6/2) I did just that. The girl who takes the orders stated all of the food is cooked in garlic butter and I explained to her my last experience and requested extra for both of the meals I ordered but what a surprise when we received the food it was the same bland dry mess. The first time I went I requested my steak to be medium they gave me well done this time I requested medium rare they gave me well done smh I assume the chef only knows how to make the steak one way which is horrible. The steak this time wasn't even eatable, it was so hard we couldn't even chew it. Then they ran out of veggies, said nothing about it so we had just rice and meat, had I know there was no veggies I would have cancelled my order. The customer service here isn't terrible but it could honestly use some work because they don't call your number out to let you know your food is ready you have to keep walking up to the window asking. If you run out of something your customers should be made aware not wait until their food is done then told that something is missing because you did not have it. A waste of money AGAIN and I will no longer go here. It was $50 for a bowl and a combo and we couldn't eat either one every thing went straight to the trash. read more

Today I tried hibachi for the first time and it was so so very delicious from here, I definitely will like to buy again

Food is always amazing, workers are always super sweet and helpful they always keep you updated with your orders . They even call and ask if you'd like to pick up your order sooner than the expected time so your food is warm . Location is super easy to locate . If you haven't tried them yet please do you won't regret it! read more

This place is like benihanas on wheels....fire as fuck! The wait is crazy long but you get what you pay for and am well satisfied!

What a disappointing 50th Birthday. I wanted to eat something really good on my special day. We drove to Paramount from Inglewood with high expectations about the Beni Yaki truck that my friends rave about. The customer service was great but our food was SUB-PAR. As you can see from the picture my Filet Mignon (what's supposed to be a prime cut of beef) was charred as we asked for medium preparation. And the meal tasted like it was cooke on a dirty grill. Such a f*#@ing disappointment!!!!‍ I hope they don't do anyone else like this...... read more

Everything here is amazing ?! Will go again! It's a bit pricey but it so worth it ! 10/10 would recommend it left us in a comma lol

Always freshly made. Food is never cold. Garlic butter and Diablo sauce are my favorite and their noodles as well.

Great, and courteous service! Food is made to order, comes out quickly and taste is super delicious! I'll definitely be back every weekend! 5 stars for friendly service, answered questions about menu nicely, and for delicious food! Come try it out, you won't regret it. read more

Food is delicious, just when. You order take on phone takes an extra 30 minutes when you pick up food

Food was amazing and they serve you enough for two days. The Parking was great. Easy access to the area and parking was great. Real easy to place and order highly recommended! read more

*Review is not based on the food itself. It was actually very yummy!* However..... Im still disappointed to say the least. Usually go the Inglewood location & never have any issues. They weren't servicing that area that day so I decided to make the 25 minute drive from Inglewood to Paramount. I placed a phone order at 6:52pm, arrived, paid & got my receipt at 7:31 and was told to wait about 10 more minutes. Okay no problem....20 minutes later and nothing...asked for an update, they said "it's coming out.." as I'm waiting, one of the employees offered another waiting customer a refund or the option to keep waiting for his food because "they were really behind", mind you he had placed his order before I did. I should have known that was a bad sign....I finally got called & what do you know....MY ORDER WAS WRONG. They fixed it BUT it was still wrong even after that lol, I didn't realize it till I was already at home. Anyways, long story short, for a two plate order that was placed at 6:52...I didn't leave till 8:21pm...ridiculous. I was offered no apology for the wait/inconvenience either. Never again. Do not recommend unless you have time to wait at least 1-1.5hrs for your food. read more

I been to a lot of hibachi trucks trying to find the best in quality. I can definitely says this is the spot. I mean the best all around as far as food quality and service. I've worked with Eva and she's been so accommodating. I've made big orders for trays (last minute orders) and she has came thru for me. Also, they're not skimpy. The food portions are huge. Overall, this is my favorite spot the food is delicious the meat is perfectly cooked! I love it! Thank you Eva for all your help! You're the best! read more

This is my all time favorite hibachi food trucks. I've tried a few others but none compare to Bachi Yaki. The steak is always fresh and top quality. The chicken fried rice is so flavorful and soft. 100% recommend this place over any other. read more

My daughter suggested this food truck, was not expecting it to be as good as it was. The quality of their food is really good. Although he wait time is a bit more than I'd like to wait for "take-out" but worth the wait. Recommended 100%! read more

The flavor, the quality, just so delicious! Best take out decision we made ! Will definitely have this again

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I loved it so much great prices and the food absolutely delicious!!!

So good, I always call in to order to decrease the length of wait time or else it could be around 45 to one hour. I always get either filet mignon, shrimp or chicken, you can't go wrong with any one of those choices. Ask for creamy diablo and garlic butter on the side!! read more

Delicious & very tasty . Food is shareable between 2 people . Very fulfilling. Kinda on the pricey side but worth it

I ordered online thru yelp/grubhub, it says my order is ready but when I get there they tell me 10 more minutes. I finally get my food. I ordered shrimp fried rice for two of my combos which is a dollar extra each and neither of them had it along with an extra dollar for two sauces that I didn't receive either. The food is good but forgetting my items on more than one occasion is disappointing. read more

Food is good but they forgot about my online order. I placed the order from home, ran errands since it said 40 min wait. Showed up after the time has passed and they didn't even see my order yet. At least the food was good, didn't appreciate the wait though. read more
