Been lucky to work near a one taco again to get my breakfast taco fix up in the Tech Ridge area. The tacos are made fresh to order and a dirty horchata is a great morning pick me up. Service is fast in the morning was in and out in about 10m with two tacos and a drink.

Very authentic and good Mexican food. we are from South Texas and have a hard time finding good Mexican food. We will definitely be back! The street corn was soooo good.

Villamelon (Taco of the Month) $4.50 - 5/5 Meaty chunks of salted beef with spicy crumbles of chorizo mixed with bacony love in the form of pork rinds to add some crispness. The red sauce had a good depth of umami and spice. I recommend trying this before it's gone. I also recommend they make this permanent. Pastor $3.85 5/5 Their Trompo is on-point. Perfectly juicy pork from the slow turn cooking method. A deliciously balanced blend of pineapple and spices. If you like al pastor you won't be disappointed. Barbacoa $4.75 4/5 A perfect greasy beef offering that coats the pallet but not overly slick that coats the throat. Nothing unusual or spectacular about it, but a solid offering I'd order again. Birria $4.75 2/5 Birria tacos should be fried in their own fat to finish them. This missed that necessary final step. Although the meat was seasoned well and so was the sauce, without the fry step the sauce was required to add much needed moisture to the dry protein. Black Beans $1.95 2/5 Their beans were blended to a thick paste that made them unrecognizable other than the color, and served with Cojita on top. It lacked complexness and depth from being blended so smoothly and ended up just a lump of warmth in my mouth. While I can see they put effort in it, for me it's a pass but I could see how others might enjoy it. Rice $2.50 1/5 Very-mid. It's hard to have bad rice, but this was just boring. While the beans certainly had spirit, the rice seems more of an after thought to have another side choice on the menu. Atmosphere 4.5/5 Small joint with two-top metal patio tables and chairs. Definitely has a taco shop vibe to it that I love, but limited seating for a large group other than 1 big table. I didn't check the restrooms, but the dining area and kitchen were clean and the staff was friendly and inviting. I didn't ask about Veteran's discounts.

A great place for tacos that doesn't break the bank. You order at the front and get it when it's ready. The food is freshly made and tasted yummy.

Authentic street tacos straight out of Austin, Texas! So glad my friends introduced me to this spot. I ordered three tacos with chips and guac, and everything was bursting with fresh flavor! They make each taco to order, so you know it's fresh. The staff was great, and there's plenty of seating inside.

The space is very inviting and vibrant! I loved the personal touches of signed jerseys and fun decor. We ordered: Chips & Guac NORTE - steak, cheese, chorizo, & pico CAMPECHANA - al pastor, steak, cheese, onion cilantro POLLO ASADO - grilled chicken & chipotle sauce LIFLOWER - grilled cauliflower, crispy onions, queso fresc, avocado sauce I could definitely taste the quality of ingredients and loved all the flavors! I've never had such big tacos before- so you'll definitely leave full! I can't wait to come back to try their street tacos and breakfast tacos!

We stop for a quick snack on our way to school event and this was the perfect spot they have a taco for every one of us, typically taco places will only have one kind or one of us will ended up getting nothing from the menu but here we found the ones we like , the staff service was fast and friendly, and the over all look/ambience of the place takes you to the old Mexico City Taquerias.

this is our second time coming to OneTaco & we weren't disappointed!! I forgot to leave a review the last time but this time I had to. The first time we stopped by we came for some breakfast tacos and the Barbacoa breakfast taco was so tender and flavorful I've been thinking about it the past couple days so we came by again !! The Campechana tacos were sooo good. I can't wait to try everything. The vibes here are amazing , we will be back The second picture is all of the breakfast tacos we tried, the first pic are the ones we got from today

5 stars for the Gringa taco! And because they have so many locations, fun atmosphere, affordability & wide selections. I was determined to have Mexican and visit any Triple D restaurant. The Gringa taco was juicy, filling and authentic. So many great flavors including cheese and seasoned Al pastor. I would order this again but ill try all their menu in the future. My first Austin visit was victorious.

I would not recommend One taco.... The service was okay, nothing worth mentioning. We got frozen margaritas, and they both sucked! For five dollars a pop I would assume they wouldn't taste like straight plastic (but they do). Not sure if it was the cup it was in or the machine they make it in, either way not worth getting. Upon receiving my tacos, the presentation looked nice. Although my tacos were dry and not all that great. The only taco I thought was decent was covered in a bunch of bacon and avocado. Hard to mess up anything smothered in bacon crumbles. For 40 dollars your better off going to a food truck, cause the prices here are just as high and you get a franchise type mediocre quality. Not a fan!

Vegan review. This place looks awesome! Very clean, organized, and trendy inside!i commend the staff for being patient with me, i have to make many changes to my order. I got the bean and avocado taco without cheese and the cauliflower taco (didn't invite the avocado sauce was creamy). Both tacos were underwhelming, need salt and spices to give it flavor, granted i did nix the onion and cilantro, so maybe that's my fault. Not my favorite tacos in Texas, I am not sure i would come back.

Breakfast Tacos are my favorite and OneTaco consistently delivers. The I love Bacon, Migas, and El Clásico are my favorite trio with the verde and taquera salsas - delicious! They both have a nice kick. The roja salsa is also good, I just prefer more spice! Some days I treat myself to the Barbacoa taco, it's incredible! These tacos keep me full for hours - 2 is plenty, but 3 keeps me full most of the day.

Unfortunately, the kitchen just wasn't on their game this day. We went for brunch and it is a lovely restaurant with some amazing looking pastries. My ratings of the food we got are below. Overall, everything was just okay and not something I would order again. Our order: Salami and cheese - 1/10, not even edible with how much olive oil they dumped on it. Hard cheese and meat. None of us touched it. Frites - 9/10, hard to go wrong here. Nice and crispy French cruller - 7/10, I think this is just personal presence here I wished it was warmed up. Flavor was good but it was a little dry. Burger - 5/10, the flavor is there and definitely has potential but it was so bloody and rare which is not what we asked for. My friend has a gluten allergy and she asked for the burger lettuce wrapped and it just came on top of a huge chunk of iceberg so wouldn't recommend that if you want it lettuce wrapped. Chicken sandwich - 8/10, this was good with a nice crispy chicken. It could have used something sweet to balance the spice though it was a little one dimensional.

Upon entry was greeted by Melissa and sat in her section. The decor is very diner type with low, cozy booths and few tables and chairs. Not too big of a space and not sure if there is more seating elsewhere. Anyhoo, coffee was good and I got the Royal toast and a single pancake with eggs, and sausage. Ample amount of food and def had take away box. Everything was tasty and the buttermilk pancake was amazing with just syrup. Melissa was kind enough to provide little cups to take syrup home along with the tael away container. They had a daily special and a board above the kitchen with other items. I drove by it for 20 years on the way to Avenue Barber Shop. I wanted shredded beef tacos but couldn't get them without cilantro so I chose shredded beef enchiladas (with an $8!) side of chips and salsa. My wife ordered scrambled eggs, bacon and home fries. She requested soft eggs, as she always does because too many places overcook them. The chips and salsa arrived. I was immediately disappointed. The menu said "we make our own chips." They were thick and yellow and appeared to be run-of-the-mill, out-of-a-bag chips. I prefer the thin white ones. I took one bite of salsa, and that was one bite too many. Cumin. I pushed it all aside. Cumin doesn't belong in salsa. (Sorry. I grew up in the Rio Grande Valley.) My enchiladas came with black beans, and there was cumin in them. Cumin is overused and abused in most restaurants. I couldn't eat them. The rice was good but the chipotle sauce on the enchiladas was not. I scraped most of the sauce off and ate one enchilada, mainly because I just needed something in my stomach. We were still 45 miles from home. I pushed my plate away. I also ordered coffee. One sip of that was all I could stand. Too weak for me. It gets worse, much worse. My wife's eggs were barely cooked. She asked the waiter for some cooked eggs. He took her plate and returned about four minutes later. The eggs were still not cooked. She tried another bite but couldn't eat them. Her bacon was tough as a boot and not chewable. The home fries were average, but by the time her plate arrived at our table for the second time, they were cold. I pulled my card out waiting for our excellent server to return. He asked how everything was (he had to notice two plates still covered with food) and we politely told him. I ate one enchilada and some rice. My wife had two bites of egg and two bites of potato. He apologized and handed me the check. $65. Nothing comped and nothing adjusted. A manager should've been summoned. How does a place like this have any customers? It was our first and last visit.

It's a small space, with only around eight tables and a tiny kitchen behind the counter. It's a bit hard to locate from outside. There's no big sign on the window indicating the restaurant's name, just a plastic A-frame sign outside the building's doors. When I got there, four of the eight tables were empty but the dirty dishes had not yet been cleared. It took close to 10 minutes for the tables to be bused. Because the kitchen is so small, I'd recommend going up to the counter to order as soon as you get there. I believe you can also place your order online using the QR code on the table, but I didn't try that method. I ordered the lox n found, a toasted croissant roll with smoked salmon, avocado, dill ricotta, arugula, onion, and capers. The menu says it also comes with a side of roasted potatoes, but mine didn't come with that. The sandwich was delicious and filling, so I definitely didn't need them, but I do feel like I didn't get what I paid for.
