Ken then called and indicated the weight of the move would require them to come out for several hours the day before to prep the furniture and that I needed to sign a new contract . The new contract was 1200 .00 more .. started looking at the new contact and the moving materials were being charged on both days . He apologized , blaming the computer . The job went from 5300 to 6800 . Between the 2 day change and double billing for materials , requested my deposit back and found another company . The new company did it in one day for 3500.00 .

We moved from Seattle and lived with our daughter and her family for the last 10 months while looking for a house! We found a beautiful home and spent a few weeks doing some cosmetic work to it before moving in. Then, in the middle of it all, we went on a Trek in Ireland for 2 weeks (it had been booked 9 months previous so we couldn't reschedule). By the time we reached this point, we were definitely tired and so thankful that we had hired movers to help us move into the house (we are just getting too old to want to do this ourselves ). We hired Away We Go Moving and were completely 100% satisfied and impressed! On the day of the move, Mark and Steve arrived on time, actually a bit early. They were friendly, polite, professional, and eager to get started. Originally, we thought it would be a two-day move because they were not able to start earlier because of another move they had in the morning. My husband and I gave directions on where to place boxes and furniture, and Markies and Steve worked quickly, yet carefully, with our belongings. I can't say enough good things about this moving company and about Markies and Steve. I also believe that their pricing was extremely reasonable and fair.
