We were pleased to see that pattern continue during the work itself as David led an extensive team to do what we expect a professional contractor to do: offer ideas and expertise, perform quality work, and drive through obstacles to keep the project moving amid several frustrating hurdles and delays caused by a long HOA approval process as well as the various required government permits (building, electrical and plumbing). Through the process they were honest and open and collaborative. We chose colors, materials and designs with their expert guidance and input. On a couple of occasions their advice saved us from our own bad ideas and resulted in a much-improved final outcome. And when little things went off track (as things inevitably do in large projects) Manchen stepped up consistently to make the changes needed. We think the results speak for themselves.

We had them replace track lighting with canister lights in the bedroom and hallways. While they were not the "cheapest" of the estimates, one has to remember that "you get what you pay for!" The quality of the workmanship is extraordinary. We were pleased with the final outcome. Communication with the project manager is key and this company stands by this! If you know what you want...let them know and you will have their undivided attention! If you want suggestions for what you want they can do that too. I have been involved with construction for over 12 years, and once we got our vision conveyed Manchen delivered.

Guy sourced a wonderful array of subcontractors who all were very professional and did an excellent job of communicating and letting us know what we needed. Guy also gave us the most competitive price for all of the labor that we could find anywhere else around Los Angeles. We are so incredibly happy with the end product of the floor and the cabinets and are working with Goldenline again on our future projects around the condo that we plan to do very soon. We have also gotten new brand new windows, sliding patio doors and collapsible bifold doors installed and they look fabulous and the work was clean, efficient and tidy! Guy was very communicative and easily reachable and always responded in a quick fashion. A great experience!

It's an incredibly rare thing in this industry to meet people who genuinely care and are invested in your best interests. Vlad, our project manager, and Guy, the company owner, gave us detailed SOWs (Statement of Works) from the onset that they stayed true to. They were consistently forthcoming about which costs would be out of pocket and what's covered in the SOW. They kept us within our budget and worked with us whenever any issue arose. For example, our HoA was particularly troublesome at points in this process, but Vlad and Guy handled the situation with such care and, again I cannot emphasize this enough, transparency. Something that was invaluable to us and saved us incredible headache. We originally started the process with only a kitchen remodel, and then after seeing how detailed and forthcoming they were about pricing and schedule, we added a bathroom remodel as well and chose to re-floor the entire unit. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Not only was the finished product truly gorgeous but they were wonderful and trustworthy people to work with -- something that's truly rare.

If I had to rate the service on a scale of 10, it would be 10. Amir, the project manager, was punctual, respectful, and attentive to detail. Regarding quality and value, we are very happy with the amount we spent and the our new bathroom. The old adage, "you get what you pay for" is true. But, you don't need to "break the bank" to purchase quality and value. Build Method stayed on track despite issues we had with material supplied by third-party vendors. What we appreciated most was their level of communication. There existed a certain level of transparency that we appreciated. I would use them again, as a matter of fact, will probably do so when we remodel our kitchen sometime in 2027.
