People were squatting in these dilapidated structures, tearing them apart, and lighting them on fire. We'd tried applying for demolition permits ourselves, but our City made that complex and difficult to do. The task required technical expertise and savvy that we just didn't have, no matter how hard we worked or how well we did. We found Demo Leaders on Yelp, and negotiated a very fair price. They even helped us by recruiting a permit expeditor, which cut through all of the red tape. When the City finally issued the demo permits, Demo Leaders jumped in immediately and all of the distressed properties was scraped clean, down to the dirt. The City inspector was impressed with Demo Leaders' job, too. I DEFINITELY recommend Yanir and the team at Demo Leaders. They were patient, understanding, professional, and efficient.
