My experience with Junk Lift Pro was absolutely amazing beginning with my initial inquiry. We were in the process of relocating our business and had accumulated way more "of everything" in our 3000 sq ft warehouse than we wanted to take with us. Luis promptly contacted me, offered to put me on the schedule, and after I sent some pictures he gave me the price.  TBH a lot of companies promptly contacted me to bid on the job, but there was something about Luis' customer service, professionalism and easy going demeanor (all via text!) When Luis arrived, I showed him all of the junk (definitely more than the pics I sent) and he was extremely accommodating.  Of course, the price increased but it was still VERY VERY reasonable. The increase was less than $100.  Keep in mind these were big heavy business items AND since I was the last stop of the day the truck was already pretty full so a lot of rearranging was needed. Nonetheless Luis and Alex made it happen. Oh and to top it off Luis swept up the debris in the warehouse. I was very impressed! You definitely won't go wrong choosing this company. read more
